Limit PO error in process

Hi,
I have a limit PO with 24 items that is in error in process.
It was created for the first time and is yet to be replicated to backend.
In RZ20 it says Enter G/L account thrice and PO still contains faulty items.
I have checked the G/L accounts and they look fine to me. There 2 G/L accounts used one for 12 items each.
One single cost center is used for all the items.
Please advice.

This is not a case of multiple account assignment.
Only one G/L is used for the items.
When i said 2 G/L accounts i meant that out of the 24items - 12 items had one G/L and the rest the other one.

We have a problem where one a LIMIT PO is created and ordered and if we make any chnage in the PO the status is changed to Awaiting Approval and on approval, the status is setting as Error in Process (EIP) instead of Ordered.
Application Monitor show following errors - The data entered is correct and have no issues. Not sure wht change is not updating in backend and showing EIP.

We have recently patched our ERP system to SP 18 and SRM is on SP 15 and we are experiencing a similar issue, although our issue is with using statistical order codes linked to cost centres on normal orders not limit orders which are not transferring to the backend correctly.
I have a high priority OSS call open with SAP and as of yet haven't had a response, I suspect they are looking into a note.
Before finding this issue, we had an issue with General Ledger codes not transferring to the backend from SRM, SAP advised they had changed the BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to bring it into line with ME21N.
In doing so, it resulted in us needing to change our config and apply various notes, some of the notes below may be of use to you:

It is possible all of these issues are linked to the BAPI change but I am waiting for SAP to get back to me to see if it is.
I also have another issue, again in the monitors I have the error:
PurchOrder : Purchase order still contains faulty items
PurchOrder : Sum of quantities >2< larger than total quantity
PurchOrder : Transfer failed
Have any of you got this issue and able to provide any information? I'm continuing to investigate but I think I may need to raise another OSS message as I can not see anything wrong with the purchase orders.

Closing Limit type PO,with status "ERROR IN PROCESS" &conf indicator reset!

For a limit PO,can we change the A/c assignment data if there are nofollow on docs(No GR and INvoice) created??
Also we have a limit type PO,which is now error in process.We are trying to close the PO by checking on the indicators"No further confirmations expected " and "No further invoices expected " ,but when we do so,the indicator for confirmation becomes unchecked,the status of PO goes "error in Process" and in backend monitor I see the foll erros:

Execute the Query in RSRT with Execute and Debug option.
Select SQL statements toknow where exactly it's taking time.

Is is still a not enough space problem? i think you have specified 1050m for users01.dbf file, your file system /sisdev04 has something like
1.5gb of free space. it failed because of lack of free space. may be you can reduce your datafile size or try to
create in another filesystem.

Error while processing message

I have WS2RFC interface that use to work. I recieve in the RWB this error message from the RFC Reciever.

In RFC channel increase the maximum connections paramter value to 5. Save and activate.

PO:Error in Process while transferring to backend (ECC 6.0) from SRM 5.0

Hi folks,
We are on an Extended Classic Scenario. We have a major problem occurring in Production system only for the the limit orders. Limit Orders are not getting transferred to ECC 6.0 from SRM (Error in Process clearly shows the non existence for PO created first time)
I also know that Error in Process/ Transfer Failed status comes up for several causes.
This was working fine for months together, suddenly this problem is coming up. 1 Week back we had a Patch Upgrade too. I have checked the Vendor data, Account Assignment and other Basic data too and everything looks fine. We have tried debugging the FM's on SRM side which transfers the PO(ex:BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2)
After debugging too we are not able to rectify from where the error is coming up..
I need your valuable inputs on this.

I just forgot to mention one more thing, i.e., in RZ20 (SRM) we could see the following errors for limit orders:
(01) PurchOrder 003....012: Transfer failed
(02) PurchOrder 003....012: Please maintain services or limits
(03) PurchOrder 003....012: Purchase order still contains faulty items
(04) PO 003....012: No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference
To trace the issue backwards we tried creating a limit order PO directly from ECC backend (ME21N Transaction)
One thing we could observe is in Limit tab if we not specify Expected Value and Overall Limit we are encountering the same error as shown up in RZ20.
This gave us a vague idea that the price is not getting transferred for Limit Orders from SRM 5.0 to ECC 6.0 backend. Any key inputs on specific FM etc.,to debug and see what value is getting transferred from SRM to ECC would come handy.
I hope Peter and others will help me on this.

Limit for license key Process Server Service. JCL_ FTP is exceded

We are getting strange error in Redwood. Now we are not able to start process servers. Process servers were running fine and we were able to run jobs. For some activities in UNIX server we stopped the unix process server and now we are getting strange error while starting process server
9:52:51 PM: JCS-102204: Limit for license key Process Server Service. JCL_ FTP is exceeded; limit is 0, changes require 1.
And we are not able create any new process servers also with job definition type System or Job Chain. While creating we are getting same error.
We have license ProcessServerService.JCL_FTP with the value true.
To create new process server we don't need any JCL_FTP license. Don't know why we are getting strange error.Please help me on this.

PO needs to deleted error in process

Shop with Limit (SWL) SC has been created previously with 2 or 3 line
before implementation of the OSS note1058510, the PO has gone
into 'Error in Process' there are almost 5-6 PO with this status.
We have implemented the OSS note 1058510 and now can create multiple
line with limit SC and PO.
Tried to kick-start the previously created PO again by deleting the
line items but Po again has gone error in process.
Needs to delete the PO which has gone ' Error in Process before
implementation the note.

Thanks for your reply, yaa i do agree that we can delete the Po item in browser or in GUI but in my case the Po has gone error in process when I delete the Po item and approved the PO it is again going in Error in process and not updating the Backend deletion flag.
Unfortunatly none of the FM provided by you is not sacifies my purpose the item is not deleted.
can you please elaborate whether it will cahnge the status of the Po or put the deletion flag on the items in the PO. also which one should i use because i have tested all of them and is not working

Administrative limit exceeded error

On attempting an ldap search command as follows ./ldapsearch -z1000 -b "ou=People,o=abcd.com" "organizationalstatus=manager", I am getting "Administrative limit exceeded" error. The limit is set to 2000 in the console. any help is appreciated. Thanks

"Administrative limit " may be a SIZE limit , ENTRIES ( number of ) limit or SIZE ( output of ) limit:
From "man" of ldapsearch:
-l timelim time limit (in seconds) for search (default is no limit)
-z sizelim size limit (in entries) for search (default is no limit)
You can use these options when you search.
You may also check the setting of 3 limits above with Admin Console:
Open your directory server (name), Configuration Folder, Performance. On right panel check Client Control folder. You may see:
Size limit
Look-through limit
Time limit
Idle timeout
� The look-through limit specifies the maximum number of entries that will be examined for a search operation.
� The size limit specifies the maximum number of entries the server returns to the client application in response to a search operation.
� The time limit specifies the maximum time the server spends processing a search operation.
� The idle timeout specifies the time a client connection to the server can be idle before the server drops the connection.
If you bind as Directory manager, you may use unlimited resources by default.

I install iplanet Directory Server5.1p1 on Solaris 8. These errors fill full in my error log files
"PR_Accept() failed, error -5971 (Process open FD table is full.)"
I use idsktune tool and detect i face the problem file descripton. I have increase to 4096 ( in /etc/system file and ulimit -n 4096), but these errors still exist in my error logs.
Who know this prolem, pls give us a solution to fix this errors

To increase the FDs available for DS, edit the Configuration --> Performance Settings and increase the no. of FDs available for DS. please check if you havent done this.
I faced the similar problem. Increased the system limit(/etc/system) and DS setting, but was still recieving the error message time to time, which disappears automatically, when FDs get freed. The server is quite a busy LDAP server.
Can someone comment how can i see the actual Fd utilisation on a Solaris 8 system.
I have been checking like:
ls -l /procs/fd | wc -l
and by:
ls -l /procs/pid-of-slapd/fd | wc -l
But always find the Fds in use to be quite lesser than the limit specified 4096.

I have this error : Error while processing a command type "WriteSettings" in plug-in "servermgr_netboot"
This happens when I select an image as default in NetInstall, OS X Server 2.1.1
It happened also in version 2.1
Otherwise, NetInstall is working fine when I connect from an other mac through my network.
Every other services work fine too.
Does someone else have this issue ?

we currently trying to perform a RFC Call to our developpment system. The scenario is a simple File to RFC Scenario and it worked until yesterday. Since today the Messages stuck in the RFC receiver Adapter with the following errors in the audit log:

I found some more interesting log entries and it seems to be a user password problem:
Retries exceded, set message 38f10280-3388-11dc-9c91-0003ba5d1d27(INBOUND) to status NON_DELIVERED.
Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)

Is this the user/password of the channel or is it service user for the JCO?

P.O Error in Process after copying the existing item in change mode

Hi All,
We are in SRM 5.0 Server 550 and SP15 and are using Extended Classic Scenario.
We are facing a peculiar issue, when an already created P.O (Free text - goods) is changed and a new line item is added either manually or by copying the existing line item and then ordering it, the P.O is going into Error in Process status.
This is happening only when i am adding a new item (material) to the existing line item (material) but when i am adding a service line item in the change mode to the existing material line item, the P.O is getting ordered without any issue.
I believe this is SAP bug and raised with SAP for OSS.
Meanwhile i would be grateful if you can provide any resolution to this issue and provide any OSS note number (If one already exists).
