Line Chart - Formatting more than 4 lines in line chart

Hi,
How to format more than 4 lines in line chart using Crystal report Designer as by default it will display 4 lines in design mode.
Able to format 4 lines but i have to display total 6 lines.
Urgent. Please help....

Hi,
The design mode is not the right place to edit lines, bars etc for Charts.
You can select individual lines from the Preview Mode and edit them.

I'm using Apex 3.1.
I am trying to create a line chart with more than 15 data points. Apparently 15 is the default. Question is, How do I change the default?
The Wiki has advice for changing the "Maximum Rows" parameter, but "Maximum Rows" is not to be found, either in the chart attributes or series attributes.

I have encountered this limitation with SVG line charts and Flash line and scatter charts. Seems like it must be an easy thing to figure out; I feel embarassed asking such a question. But I've been through all the application property pages, much of the documentation, and several tutorials... Where can I change this? It's driving me nuts!

Which version of APEX are you using?
Go to your Flash Chart attributes - get into your series (click the icon) in the section of Series Query you'll find the maximum rows.

More than one schedule line when 'Only complete delibery allowed'

Hi guys!!
I need your help to solve a problem with the shipping of our sales orders. We have a customer which has been set with 'C' 'Only complete delibery allowed' in the field 'partial delibery per item', but if a sales order is blocked because credit limit has been exceeded and we try to release the order, the system automatically set several schedule lines in the schedule lines tab of the sales order. I know afterwards the system will not allow us to delibery the order unless we ship the whole line, but Is there any way to avoid the system set more than one schedule line?

How many schedules are created. Normally if the system couldn't confirm the stock on the Requested Delivery date, then it will create one schedule line with zero quantity for that requested del date. Since it is a complete delivery, it should have only one more schedule line. If you have only two schedule lines, then it is working fine. If not, pl check the sales order whether that complete delivery is determined or not.

More than 8 FXO lines on the UC540

Hi,
I am looking for possible solutions for adding an additional FXO line to a UC540 as well. Mine already has the additional VIC2-4FXO module and all FXO ports are used. From reading the Manuals, Release Notes, and Forums, it sounds like the 8800 will only support additional FXS ports. I have not found a solid answer as to why that is. It seems like it would be a hardware/platform overload issue for the UC540 to support more than 8 FXO lines. Is this assumption accurate or is there something we can do about it?

It is std. you can speciefy onely 10 not more than this,
If u want to add more schedule line categories,then rais ticket to SAP and ask is it possible to add more ones ???

I have performed data acquisition on a computer with lower specs than the one you described, at rates greater than 1 kHz. I don't quite understand the "waveform chart support" portion of your question, but if you are asking if it is possible to plot the acquired data on a Waveform Chart in LabVIEW, this should not be a problem.

How do I get more than 10 Y axis chart labels on a line chart

I cannot find a way to get more than 10 y axis labels on a line chart. In AppleWorks you set your step size so a size of "10" which in my case equates to labels of 10, 20, 30, ..., 80, 90 and so on up to the MAX value. I would often have 20 or more labels. In iWork the size is the number of labels and the maximum size (number of labels) I can display is 10. With a min value of 30 and a max value of 330 each label jumps 30 points which doesn't give the resolution I need to see...and....when showing the data point values on the page in iWork they overlap each other and are unreadable even when stretched out on legal paper.

What I am calling the X axis (horizontal) you are calling the Y axis. I need more than 10 labels on the vertical axis. Space for text is not a problem. I already have done exactly what you suggest for the horizontal axis. What I need is to get 30 value labels on the vertical axis (You show 5 in your example) along with the many more than 10 I have on the horizontal axis. The 10 through 300 value labels run vertically, and roughly 90 data points, one per day covering 3 months runs horizontally with a date label every 7 days. This graph represents values recorded daily at the same time each day.

How can I see   more than one text line?

Graphics.drawString() doesn't format the text into lines based on embedded linefeeds. You have to split the text into lines yourself and use multiple drawStrng() calls, giving it the correct starting location each time. This "HstaticString" class is obviously doing that for you behind the scenes. If you want to draw multiline text without using an HstaticString, I suggest using either a JTextArea, or a JLabel with HTML text: JLabel lbl = new JLabel("<html>Pulse cualquier bot�n.<br><br>para averiguar su Keycode</html>");

Testing for more than one command line argument

Ok im writing a client to access a given server. What i want to happen is to say that if you enter one argument at the command line do this code- if you enter more than one do something else. I cant seem think of how to do this though-ive tried testing if args > 0 but it wont let me do that . Here is the code so far:

Where is Paul (no quotation marks) is three arguments, no spaces.

Input required - when line size exceeds more than 1023

hi all,
in my ouput i have to display 64 fields which exceeds the length of 1023. if i enter greater than this value it is showing syntax error like max line size is 1023.so what shall i do in this case.

U have to split the line.
If you show list created by yourself, it should be better to use the ALV functions, they'll automatically sets the layout in order to produce a list no longer than 1023 and the user can choose which fields to be hidden.
If you needs to show all fields, u have to split the line and show the fields in several lines (perhaps 2 lines are enough).

Creating Scatter chart for more than one column

Hi,
I have 2 columns of sorted numbers, when I select one column at a time and create a Scatter type chart, every thing is OK,
But I want a chart with both columns in it, and when I select both columns and select a Scatter chart, Numbers takes the Group1 column as X axis and Group2 column as Y axis and draws me this chart whiich is not what I want!
When I try this type of chart the chart is something like I want, but not with connected lines.
How can I draw a Scatter chart with 2 columns of data in one chart?

Thanks Jerrold, The problem was the first column, on the left of Group1. that column should not be as header. I created another table like this and the Share X Values command worked like a charm. I really don't know why!?

Display more than 15 Values in Chart

I am pretty new to apex, and while this looks like a very basic problem, I couldn't find an answer to it on the web:
How do I display more than 15 value in a simple 'Horizontal 2D Column' chart?
I know that the SQL-Query returns 26 rows, but only the first 15 are displayed in the graph.

Hi Martin,
have a look at the page with the SQL query. There is a field labeled "Data Point Limit" or "Maximum Rows"
which is defaulted to 15. Just increase this number ...

Can I increase steps in a chart to more than 10?

I'm trying to create a chart showing budget amounts and actual spend amounts, the amounts varying from $0 to $2,500,000. The lower amounts are very small and hard to see so I would like to spread the chart out over more than 10 steps but I can't seem to do this or can I spread out the lower amounts to show increases of $1,000 and have the higher amounts at increases of $500,000 if only 10 steps are allowed?
