Line chart - help please

Hi,
I have a line chart that shows project gate based on the date.
1)Is it possible to give same color for the project gates?
(p-12 Gate4,p-12 Gate5)
2)Is it possible to change legend shapes for different project gate in crystal reports (manually i am able to do)?
Any suggestions please.
Thanks,
Madhuri

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion.
Manually i was able to address these points.
1)Change the line color
2)Legend shape changing
I want to know whether any option is there to do automatically.
Thanks,
Madhuri

Go to System Preferences - Accessibility - Voiceover - turn off Voiceover. The shortcut is command-F5, so possibly you pressed that accidentally.

  • Basic line chart help

I am relatively new Crystal reports 11 and am having problems creating a lsimple ine chart. I am trying to trend two types of network errors over time. The type of errors are in one field and the values are 1 or 2, I have two formulas, one converts a 1 to alarm and another to convert 2 to warn. I thought this would be simple but no mater what I've tried I end up with one chart that plots two lines that have the same values (instead of one for alarms and one for warns) or two charts that correctly plot the events over time. I need both events on one chart to compare them. There must be something fundamental I'm missing.
In the chart expert I have, on change of show @Alarm and @Warn. I've tried it with and without groups.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Tonus,
Try just creating 1 formula instead of 2.
    Try this:
    if {field.value}=1 then
    "Alarm" else
    "Warn"
Now use this formula in your chart expert.
    I hope this helps,
    Regards,
    Zack H.

  • New/Additional phone line question- help please!

    Hi
I am after some advice, and every time I call BT I get passed around as I am not 100% on what to ask for, or who I should speak to.
Basically, we have 2 phone lines coming into the house.  One line/number + broadband signal goes via a repeater to the office which is a separate building across the garden (approx 300m but I am not sure on the actual distance).  The signal is not great, for the broadband particularly - often drops out etc.  To solve this we would like a new physical line installed in the office building to give us a separate phone and broadband package to that of the main house, but ideally keeping the same number as we currently use in the office.  The office is used everyday for working from home and so is important to us.
Does that make sense?  I fully expect that an engineer will need to look at the site, and there will be a (significant) charge for the line to be installed (underground pipe work for cables already exists from house to office building and so this could be utilised).  Do I just place an order for a new line online, and wait for an engineer's visit?  Can I deal with changing the number at a later date if that is easier for the system to deal with?  Last time I rang BT, I was told I needed to speak to the exceptions team, when I was put through to them she told me all I needed to do was speak to customer services, customer services thought I was trying to move home and then didn't seem to understand what I needed (but it was probably how I was explaining it!).
I would be so grateful if someone could point me in the right direction, or give me tips on what to ask for.  My main worry is keeping the same phone number as it would be so much easier.
    Thanks in advance

  • Possible line problems - Help Please?

    Good Morning,
Been having a lot of problems with slow speeds and the Hub disconnecting recently. I suspect this is to do with the phone line as my setup has not changed since previous issues I had with internal wiring which I fixed with help from people on here...
Anyway, my Hub is connected directly into the test socket and my stats are as below. This doesn't seem right. My noise margin seems very low and the number of errors and events seem rather high. My IP profile has been higher in the past and stable until a few weeks ago.
I realise the connection is not 'stable' as it's been less than three to five days - I'm struggling to keep a connection for 24 to 48 hours at the moment without a reset so this is good for now!
Any help from Mods or others much appreciated. Not much I can do at this end.
    Thanks,
    Dan.

I'm on a wired connection, but sometimes I just see poor through put.
Take this speedtest for example, In previous speed test this used to be mostly a solid graph but as you can see the spikes in this test. (Ok things might be more accurate on the speed tests now so it might be a red herring)
The ping test graphic below shows that everything should be fine but when I ping from the command line I see the variation.
I was pinging the bbc domain at around 20 ms then I see a spike of three pings with a max of 143 ms

  • DOWNGRADE PLAN + REMOVE LINES--question/help please

On December 17, 2009, I signed up for the Nationwide Talk & Text 700 Plan; I have my 1 phone, plus 2 additional phones on this contract/plan (this is a TWO YEAR contract, with contract end date of December 17, 2011).
On July 27, 2011, I broke my phone and had to purchase a new one (no issues/changes with the other 2 phones).  So now, the contract end date on my 1 new phone is July 27, 2013.
On December 17, 2011, I would like to KEEP my 1 phone, but get rid of the 2 additional phones I have on my plan.  THEN, I want to change my plan to an individual, single-line plan.
Will Verizon let me do this?  Will I have to pay a penalty?  I'm a little bit confused about my contract end date since I purchased a new phone before my original contract end date.
Also, will the people that currently have the phone numbers for the 2 lines that I'm about to drop off my account, be able to keep those phone numbers?  I don't think they plan on staying with Verizon Wireless when they go to get their own calling plans.
    Thanks,
    Marie

They can transfer their lines when the contract expires and you won't have a penalty. If you do it before the contract expires then there will be an ETF. You can switch to a normal plan from a family plan without any costs to you.

  • Re: Possible line problems - Help Please?

I have a ver similar complaint, my broadband has regularly been downloading at around 5-6mb which is good for our area, about 2weeks ago it started dropping out and now whe connected I'm lucky to get 0.5mb, we also had a lot of noise on the line.
Bt came and checked the line and whilst they did find a problem with their equipment which they sorted they said the main cause of the crackle must be an internal short, which is not BT's Responsibility, which I completely understand.
However I pulled all the internal connections off the BT DP and did a quiet line test, which was fine, but even if I connect the HomeHub straight in to the BT socket, with no internal connections connected, I still get the same poor speed and unreliable connection whether wired straight to the computer of via wifi, I can't use iPlayer, any video streaming, and it's near impossible to work from home. Good job I opted to pay extra for unlimited downloads at 0.5mb I'm sure that was a smart move!
E-mailed BT who said they've done various tests and they asked me to reply, but the next line said don't reply to this e-mail address genius! a brilliant bit of customer service, ask for a reply then not tell you how to reply.
Anyway, Could the HomeHub have packed up? It seems to be the only piece of the puzzle left.
    James

A little more info following the responses...
I'm around 400m (metres) from the exchange in terms of a straight line, obviously the cable could be longer although I live on a road with many houses, not out in the sticks so I would suggest that the cable shouldn't be that much longer.
I am not using any extension leads, the router is 1 metre from the test socket and my computer is hard wired in the same room also into the router all internal wiring for phones is now disconnected and I am using the BT DP test socket.
This is slightly by the by as I have previously had 5+ MB at this address and I have not changed service provider, added any services or anything.
We moved in 9 months ago, house is 20y/old so it's not a new estate or anything, we've had BT broadband from day one, good speed 5-6mb when tested on occasions, and able to stream iPlayer on my Humax box/iPad and desktop, as well as YouTube etc... i.e all the stuff you expect to be able to do with broadband.
Nothing has changed but about 2 weeks ago the broadband just flopped, it now drops out regularly, the wireless devices including iPad are constantly loosing the signal, the hub is in the same location nothing's change, which is why I can't believe this is a fault at my end.
    Any further suggestions greatly appreciated!
    Thanks in advance.

  • Please help me to draw a special line Chart!

Hi, I am programming to draw a line chart with X-axis as timepoint (for example, t1, t2, t3, t4, ...) and Y-axis as values (v1, v2, v3,v4,...) and have a line connecting all the (t, v) point. The issue I have encountered is that when a value (for example, v3) is missing at the timepont(t3), I still want the timepoint to show on X-axis but the connectiong line to stop at (t2, v2) and start again at (t4, v4). Is it possible to draw such a line chart? Is there any 3rd party supporting it? If so, may you please give me hints and help me out of this? Thanks alot.

  • Help - SVG Line Chart - ORA-20001 line_chart error Parse error ORA-00911

    Gurus,
    Need help.
I am trying to plat multiple series in a SVG line chart but am repeatedly getting line_chart error eventhough SQL queries work perfectly in sql workshop/sqlplus etc. How do I get past this error.
Sample queries I am using to plot line chart are
    select link, col1, value from (select null link, col1, col2 value from xy);
    select link, col1, value from (select null link, col1, col3 value from xy);
    xy is a table with three number columns col1, col2 & col3.
    Thanks in advance

Try taking the semicolon ";" off the end of the SELECT statements.

Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Maybe this will let the iPad reboot and then you may need to restore again but see if this helps to start the iPad first.
