Line speed now down to 288Kbps on ADSL, can anyone...

Question

Hi there everyone, my line speed on ADSL has gone from 2MBps at the start of April, to 576KBps sometime after the 6th, and finally 288KBps on the 21st. My Speedtouch ADSL modem reports line OK, and the landline is fine. Where can I get this checked? Nothing has changed inside the house. Is there any bandwidth capping going on here - since I don't really want to pay £15pm for a 288K service - 2MB was fair enough. Regards Mike Bell

It seems perfectly happy and stable - but what is this IP Profile DL of 0.25Mbps?  What next?  I tried the quite line test and the phone line is silent.
