Line Totalling and page totalling in smartforms?

Hi,
Any ideas about displaying line totals and page/grand totals in smartform. Answers would be appreciated.

Hi..,
in TABLE you will have one tab called CALCULATIONS..
in that select the type as TOTAL and give the field name for which u want to find out the total. and give the resultant field into which u want the total to be stored !! and select AFTER LOOP in the next list box...
in the footer you just write this field name. u will get the cumulative total for each .. i mean for second page the total of ( the first page and second page) will get printed !!
if u want the total for each page then u need to write a program line for the table.. to clear the total field for each page !!

Line Color and color shadow in smartform with release 46c

Hi, we have a sap system release 46c.
We are developing a smartform, the smartform have a template with multiple box,lines and columns.
We want that the lines will be in one color and some of the box will be filled with a color.
Is possible have color lines in smartforms in release 46c ?
Is possible to fill a box with a color in a smartform in release 46c?

PS. We are using a template to draw the box.

When you Creating Lines in Tables OR when you creating Templates in SMART FORMS,
You can specify FILL COLOR for each CELL/ROW/COLUMN of Table or Template.
For that you must choose Item(table/template) in Tree in smartforms.
Then you must choose Cell(s) which you want to color-fill, and then choose color from "Shadowing" OR "Shading" ("Оттенок" on Russina) color-menu.

Re: Subtotal with Table Node in smartforms can use the PROGRAM LINES node to calculate the page totals in Table node.
Table Node has three sections:
Header: (Triggered once in the beginning of a page)
Create a Program lines node to reset the value of TOTAL to 0.
Main Area (For each row of internal table)
Create a Program lines node to add the Value to TOTAL
Footer (Triggered once in the End of a page)
Display the TOTAL
Note: 1) You can declare the TOTAL variable in the GLOBAL Definitions under GLOBAL DATA.
2) In the PROGRAM lines always pass the TOTAL in both INPUT and OUTPUT parameters

I want to display only 6 line items in main window( on first page and also total of the main window of first page), and consecutively in all the apges i want to display only 6 line itms and total in each page of main window, how to write logic for this.

Let us take the page you are using as PAGE1, you can achuve this using the Command Node. call the same page after 6 items as follows
1.create Table.--->Main area , Header and footer.
2.Declare a variable V_count type sy-tabix.
a.Now click on the table tab>Main Area>right Create>Command (insert a command node after the Line type you r using to print the data), in this COMMAND node give the condition V_COUNT = 6. GOTO>PAGE1 (it maens you r triggering the new page after the 6 lines.
b. after this command noder insert the Program lines heate increase the value of V_COUNT.
Maintain another variable the use that for page totals...
total can be doneautomatically by using the TABle-->CALCULATION TAB.

Total in page 1 incorrect = line1(page1) + line2(page1) + line3(page1) + line1 (in page2)
Total in page 2 inccorrect = line2 (in page2) .

first create a variable in Global difinations-->global data tab.(ex v_tot)
then in the TABLE>calculations TAB> 1select ->sum then 2nd colun>give the field name which u want to calculate (ex-wa_itab-netwr) in the Target Filedname tab> give the varialbe u have declared for the total(ex v_tot). in TIME colums select AFTER theLOOP...
then in theTABLE>footer>inset a line display the variable(total u r using).here
after the the printing the total..->create a program lines> cleat the v_tot... why u need to clear this is.... u want to display only the total value which are displaying in the current page... after printing this v_tot... clear this... so that in the next page it start totaling the freshly...

Max.cond.base value - wrong line totals in Sales Order and Invoice

Dear Experts,
In my pricing procedure, I have set the field Max.cond.base value as 1 in VK12 (in additional data) for one of my condition type ZR16 . If Max.cond.base value is set as 1 for ZR16 condition type, the value for ZR16 will be considered only for the 1st quantity for that item. All subsequent quantities for that item will not be considered. This works fine in Sales Order and when I enter the same material in 2 line items with qty 1 each, only the first line item considers ZR16 value in total net value and the second line item does not consider the value of ZR16 in the total, which is correct.
Problem arises when I create individual deliveries and individual invoices for each line item. Although the ZR16 value is not considered in the total for the second line item in the sales order the value is being considered in the invoice which is wrong. I tried various scenarios and found this issue arises only with domestic customer and not with overseas customer. Issue is that the line total value value calculated correctly in sales order is reflecting wrongly in Invoice when I use Max.cond.base value. I am confused if this is a pricing procedure related issue or copy control related. Please share your valuable inputs.

Compare the access sequence combination and condition record in both the above cases and check which one is differing and creating issue.
the line total value value calculated correctly in sales order is reflecting wrongly in Invoice
Again here also, compare the Analysis tab which should be self explanatory to find out the root cause of the issue.

Lines above and below the total values

Hi All,
This is for an invoice. I display line items and then the totals. I want to draw lines above and below the total values. i am able to underline the total values using the paragraph formats but that will give only lines below the values. how can I get the lines above and below the values in correct proportions? Please give me some ideas on how to do this.

You should not be using ULINE and VLINE commands here. Instead you have to declare boxes.

Using boxes is advantageous in a lot of ways as you can specify the x and y positions exactly.

Totals in smartform

Hi,
I have developed a smartform with 3 pages. Page 1 calls Page 2 as next page and page 2 calls itself (page 2) as next page, recursively. Page 3 has terms and conditions.
Now the problem is that I want to have the total of the Purchase Order on the last page (page before terms and conditions). How do I accomplish this?

We are printing Purchase Orders in the smartform.
I have inserted the variable for the totals in the footer of a table in the main window. But before the footer I have a program node, in which i have written logic that if the the GUID of the cuurrent line item is equal to the GUID of the last line item in the internal table, then I am setting a flag. I have put this flag in the condition of the text element of the footer.
Now what is happening is that whenever the last line item of the PO is split over 2 pages, the totals are printed both on the 2nd last page and the last page. Also if I put a page break, I still have the same problem ie if the last line item of the PO is displayed on a new page as due to the page break, the total is displayed both on the 2nd last page and the last page. We want the totals only on the last page.

[no replies since 2days] problem when doing line total in matrix?

hi everyone...
i have a user form in which ihave a matrix with few columns and for a particular column there is CFL...when i select a CFL my matrix is feeding with data in other columns as well.....
in my form there is a edit box called Tax...in to which iam supposed to calculate the line total of a column in my matrix... as soon as when i enter CFL....
here is the code which i have written in item event

the above is code is working perfect...but,
there are 2 problems....
1. if i remove "oMatrix2.Columns.Item("V_7").Cells.Item(pVal.Row).Click(SAPbouiCOM.BoCellClickType.ct_Regular)" line from my code there is an error called
" Application has a problem. Diagnostic file C:
some path..dump was created...plz attach the file...etc etc..."
2. in my matrix column if i re-enter any other CFL data...my Tax is adding again with same value again...i.e i'm not getting the correct line total...
plz provide me the solution for both the questions...

Hi,
For your 1st question, y should you remove that line? If it works fine with that line, leave it as it is. Its afterall placing the focus in that column right?
w.r.t your 2nd question, the reason why the same value is being considered for tax calculation is that, the same old datasource is not cleared. So you clear the datasource manually and this problem will be solved.
Eg: Try to clear the data source as below.
oForm.DataSources.DBDataSources.Item("@Table_Name").Clear();

To calculate totals and sub totals in sap scripts you can use subroutines.
Say if you have to add the unit price (KOMVD-KBERT) then in the main window whereever tat value is picked write this routine
/: DEFINE &TOT_PRICE&
/: PERFORM F_GET_PRICE IN PROGRAM /:USING &KOMVD-KBERT& /:CHANGING &TOT_PRICE& /:ENDPERFORM
Then write the variable where ever you want it to be printed (mostly it will be in footer window)
Then create subroutine pool program and you have to write the code.
FORM F_GET_PRICE tables int_cond structure itcsy
outt_cond structure itcsy. data : value type kbert.
statics value1 type kbert.
Read int_cond table index 1.
value = int_cond-value.
value1 = value1 + value.
Read outt_cond table index 1.
outt_cond-value = value1.
Modify outt_cond index 1.
ENDFORM.

Dear all,
i created in the Sales Order a new Userdefined field and called it ADDPrice.
and now i wonna totalize this field and the Unit Price field as new Line Total (Total LC).
ADDPrice + Unit Price + Quantitiy = Line Total
can anybody help me to create this query??

I had a similar problem, you need considerate the document's type that is in the invoice header (OINV), 'I' Item or 'S' Service, and the Discount percent DiscPrcnt in the header too.
WHEN T1.DiscPrcnt > 0 THEN T0.LineTotal - (T0.LineTotal * (T1.DiscPrcnt/100)) AS 'LineTotal'
if not T0.LineTotal
this is the net value.

Smartforms table and page brake

Hi experts,
Iu2019ve got some plain questions about smartsforms,
I need to print data from a table containing some header data and linked detailed items on each row (so header and related item on the same line).
My layout ought to work this way:
A header section has to appear on the upper side of each page, theese header data have to be related, so must belong, to all items that happen to be shown just beneath it, within the so call main (window) section,
On change of someones of header fields, just two of thems, I must have a page brake, and contents of table with new header data and related items got to be started and follow on a new page,
What happen to be the proper and best practice to gain this simple aim?
u2018couse I tried different ways,
Iu2019ve created a window for header data and a main windows for items and a new page break event on changing of tableu2019s fields too.
But when new page happen it seems impossible to get the proper header data in the upper section according properly with following items lines in the main section of the same page, as the smartform would seem composing and matching them in complete different times, so matches are all wrong,
Beside I also tried to use only the main window including my simple table and adopting header part of the table smartform node as my header for each page, but I couldu2019t reach the goal either again, ( the printing is failing matching header and items in the first page of each page brake, is printing an unesefull page without data at the end, and so on,)
Problem is I can make up the layout at least but I canu2019t manage running out pages with proper break and filling,
Could anyoune help?

I would create a header text box, and put a condition in the header tab based on some flag which I would set to X on change of header line.
or
loop at the itab into wa_itab.
header text condition lv_h1 = wa_itab-h1.
lv_h1 = wa_itab-h1.
