Lines "sizzle" when they move. Don't want them to.

Because I'm doing a lot of animation and moving stills around a lot, this is an ongoing problem.
I've tried
reducing contrast so that everything is gray. That helps a little.
I've tried using the flicker filter in AE and in FCP
I've tried using motion blur (disaster).
Various other blurs. (some help).
I've tried rendering out interlaced and de-interlaced.
Nothing ever really works.

scrub in to about 1:18. From there to 1:26, you'll see what I mean.
This always happens with all lines contained in a still image that I put movement to.
(the little houses at the end of the clip, when they move, their lines "sizzle" as well.)
How can I set things up to make this stop?
(I'm posting on some other forums as well, but I've always been luckiest with this one.)

If you are sure they were scammers the only way to be 100% sure they left nothing behind is to wipe your system disk, do a clean install and restore from a backup you are sure was made before the scammers got onto you system.
There is no other way to be sure that thye did not leave somehting behind. In addition if you have used any credit card numbers while on the system, back account (or any other) passwords, tax returns, etc. You need to be alert fo IIdentity Theft | Consumer Information. It may be a good idea to place a fraud alert with one of the credit reporting agencies (the link above will detail what to do)
And of course change the passwords right away.

If you mean iMessage then go into Messages in the Settings app. The feature is Read Receipts.

We just wanted to be able to share pictures and/or videos and find each other, if necessary. Is there a way around my card being the default for them when they go to purchase something?

If you don't want your sister to make purchases on your credit card, then Family Sharing is not an appropriate way to do what you want. You can use Find my Friends to locate each other and you can use Shared Photo Streams to share photos.

Are you using a separate Apple ID on each device?
Are you syncing it with your home computer?
For photos and some other things just go to Settings>iCloud and deleted the iCloud account or use a different Apple ID for the account
If you sync to your computer use the manual method

Go to Settings>iTunes and App store and turn off automatic downloaid and turn off SHOW ALL

Unless you installed the ARD administration application on the computers yourselves, all they'll have is the client. The ARD admin app is not included with Macs; it must be purchased from the Mac App Store. If you did for some reason install the ARD admin app, just remove it.
