Is their any link between Purchase requisition T code ME51N & service master T code (AC03)
Can i create service order in Purchase requisition

You can use the Service master created using T code AC03 while creation of Purchase Requisition.
You cannot create service master using T code ME51n

Hi Puja,
If you have created sales order for matrial which has both procurement type,after MRP run you will get
planned order.This planned order you can convert to purchase requisition for external procurement or
subcontracting.
You will find sales order number in details of purchase requisition ( ME52N) in Account assignment tab.

Which table holds the link between Purchase requisition and Reservations ?

Hi Guys,
We are using MRP and as a result of the MRP run the reservations are converted to purchase requisition. When i look at transaction MD04 it shows me the Purchase requisition against a reservations.
I would like to know which table holds this information? I mean which table will give me the reservations tied to a purchase requisition or vice a versa.
I have looked into RESB and RSBD but could not find what i am looking at. RESB table has BANFN field for purchase requisition but this field is not populated. RSBD table hold the Purchase requisition and reservations but it only holds the relation for Direct procurement and not for all.
Any idea where i can find the Preq and Reservations created through MRP run?

try table DRAD with field DOKOB = EBAN. The number of PR is in field OBJKY.

Hi All,
I got a requirement like Purchase orders are from moved from one system to another system.There was a bug in BDC program
so some Attachment list of the purchase orders are not moved properly to the another system.
                                               Now my client want a report to generate the Purchase orders which is having attachment list.
I did not find any table link between Purcahase order and Attachment list.
                                              So Plz provide me the link between purchase order and attachment list.

You mean service for object services?
if yes then u have to create one custom report for Generic Object Services   ( like notes , attachment , url )

How to indentify Quotation linked to Purchase Requisition?

Hi Colleagues,
I need very much to figure out how to identify Quotations linked to Purchase Requisition in order to develop BW extractor.
Using t. code ME53N the "Status" tab shows the Quotations (field "Purch. Doc.") linked to PR line.
The structure MMREQ_HISTORY gets this information. I'd like to know if there is any Transparent Table that I can get this data?

There is a view M_MEKKE. We inform the PR/Item and get the Quotation/Items
It's also possible inform the PR/Item using the table EKET and get the Quotation/Items

Integration between Purchase Requisition & external web services

We have a requirement to Integrate Purchase Requisition Process in MM & external web services(Portal).So we wanted to know what are the third party tools that SAP supports inorder to integrate both the systems.The requirement is like a business user from Logistics team enters a PR on a portal and the data flows to SAP through a connector and creates a PO automtically if it has got sufficient data.

Hi,
If you have the any transaction codes that are required to do the process in the backend MM, use the same tcodes and create the SAP Transaction iViews in the Portal.
You can have three GUI (for look and feel) in the Portal iViews, SAP GUI for Windows that is the default one, SAP GUI for HTML has the Web look and feel, which requires you to configure the ITS and SAP GUI for Java. Depending on your requirement you can use any of the three.

Link between Purchase Order and Production Order

Could some one tell me how i could get a relation ship between Purchase order and Production Order after a Good receipt is done. Coz after a GR is done I am not able to see the production order for a particular material in MD04 transaction.

i think u may not get the LINK b/w Production Order and PO , Bcos--->
check the process --->
RUN MRP , here System will generate the Production Plan and PRs( based on the avail.of that Raw Material).So PO will be generated by PRs.So I think there is no link b/w Production and Purchase .
this is based on the my system settings and my knowledge.

thanks for the function.
i know that when a position plan is created it is assign to an org. unit and thus it will inherit its master cost center.
the problem is that more often than not the master cost center of the position plan is changed manually and so it will not match the one of the org unit.
this is indeed an intricate issue

Pass the contract number EBELN and Item EBELP to ESLH table and take the Service pack number
or from EKPO take the AUFNR field (order No) and goto AFKO and AFPO and take the details

Link between Purchase Orders - Sales Documents

Hi all,
How can I find the link between a Purchase Order and a Delivery? I searched in table VBFA (Sales Document Flow) but I can't find anything. When I look into this table I only can see WMS Transfers Order and Shipment numbers. Does anybody have a clue where I can find the link?

in EKKN table you have sales order and Item fields (VBELN and POSNR)
using these fields search for the deliveries in LIPS table
EKKN-VBELN = LIPS-VGBEL and
EKKN-POSNR = LIPS-VGPOS

Sales orders - how make a link with purchase requisition ?

I'm creating a sales order by bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDATA.
At the creation, ( or after if at the creation is not possible), I have to create this link:
sales order item --> schedule lines --> purchase requisition and entry the sold-to party number and the price ...
Do you know if there's some bapi to male this link ?, or what else ?

Follow as done in Third Party scenario(consulting SD consultant) keeping Item Category PSTYV = 'TAS' in Sales Order item detail .This should suffice.

I am trying to join information from two related web services within CR XI. I have successfully set up the web services as data sources have been able to get to the point where I get good data back. However, when I try to pull in certain fields, I get an error that says "Failed to retrieve data from the database/invalid argument provided". Here's the scenario:
The web services are structured as follows:Web Service 1 (Artist) has attributes of Artist Name and Date of Birth.Web Service 2 (CD) has attributes of CD Title and Release Date. Underneath each CD are songs, each of which have a Song Title and Artist Name.
I have defined both web services and defined a link between Artist.Artist Name and CD/Song.Artist Name. I am able to run a report with Song Title and Date of Birth that crosses web services. I am able to run another report with Song Title and CD Title that crosses the different levels in the second web service. However, if I add CD Title to the first report or Date of Birth to the second (both of which effectively force CR to employ the link between the two web services AND the CD/Song hierarchical structure in the second web service, I get the aforementioned error.
Any assistance understanding how multiple web services can be linked in this manner would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about your exact situation, but having similar problem with another application and have tracked down to security. Added user to group Domain Admin and it works fine. It appears to be accessing a subdirectory which it does not have permission to use and then times out and returns the "invalid....". Seems that once the query just over a certain size (and I'm not sure what triggers this) it needs to make use of temparory file disk, intead of ram.
I'm still trying to track down which temporary it's trying to uses - so if you have any ques.
