Link Compositions on multiple pages together?

Dear Adobe Forum/Community/Team,
I am asking myself, if Adobe Muse has the feature, that you can Link Compositions on multiple Pages together. As example what I need:
Page: About us
Contains Compositions with 3 Parts (DE , EN , FR) (Yes, language based compositions)
If customer changes now the page to let's say "Activities", then the compostition on that page reads the state of Page About us, and shows the same language.
I would be glad, if that is possible!

I am sorry you are experiencing difficulties with your EPSON Stylus Photo RX580. Unfortunately this feature is not available with Mac OS X. You will need a third-party software that will help you with this, such as Poster Print for Mac or Tiler. Please note though that Epson does not support these applications.
So I guess my question becomes what software can I use to print my images on multiple pages. As I do large photo transfers I need to be able to do this with my mac in an efficient way and not try to cut portions of image into seperate print jobs that would be too time consuming. HAve you had any experience with other software. If not I guess the next question what printer would you recommend that would do this with my MAC. I have included a pic of one of my larger transfers on a cupboard. To do this I needed the image to be tiled on 8 different sheet of 8.5x11 so this is a feature I need through either software or a printer that is easy to use and easily accessible. Thanks Krista

How to change link strings on multiple page PDFs - urgent please

I have several muly page PDF pages, and on each PDF page there are 20-50 different web links.
Each of the links are done as Open a Weblink, but on each one I did them like below.

javascript:void(window.open('http://www.xyz.com/link3'))
etc.
I would like to be able to remove the beginning and ending on each link, for either one or multiple PDFs using some type of automated process, instead of clicking on each one, one at a time.

REMOVE THIS FROM THE ENDING '))

I tried this using notepad and an editor, but doing so resulted in an error when reopening the PDF
an unrecognized token was found '0.35w' was found

Hi,
Try to change the Text Property of that Link through personalization.
Through Personalize page link which is on top of the page Left Side-
Click on Pencil icon which is in front of that item and change the property to whatever text so want to see like=> "click here to go back"

Enabling 'An Email Message' hyperlink opening multiple pages?

Hi All ---
I'm trying to enable 'An Email Message' hyperlink for a png on one of my pages. I've tried appliying this to a few different things - jpegs or text - but when clicked the link opens up multiple pages in an outside browser (Safari /Firefox) until it crashes.

Multiple file links in a single page: A better way to/efficient way to handle ?

I would like to ask the community how they have handled multiple file links in a single page. Sort of a pseudo database of files.

The website works best in Chrom or Firefox, still have to convert the flash header to an edge animate .

Depending on what other text you might have, you could use the data list component.
To get the text to have underlines, you will need to edit the repeated item. You can also adjust colors and fonts as well. The default rollover and selected states will probably not be the UI that want, so make sure you change those as well.
Now for the interactivity, select the datalist, and use the interactions panel, choose "On Select", then "Go To Url", the trick is to make sure the "When a specific item is selected" is also set. Here are the basic settings to get your links working:
Add new interactions for each item you want to be functional.

My MacBook pro mid 2012 doesn't seem to have a "save as" function, so I can't seem to save multiple page pdf's together after moving thumbnails into the sidebar. It only saves the first page. I can't figure out the rename function either. Help?

Common http link on multiple pages

I would like to have a single image used on multiple pages of
a website for ease of updating, but I also need to have a common
hypertext link associated with tha image. Is there a way of

If you will later want an image and it's link to be exactly
the same in all
instances, and future edits to the image or link will be
copied to all
instances, there's two ways-
a few pages, use a dw Library item.
How to-
Select the image. On the quick tag bar at bottom of image,
click the
rightmost <a href> tag (may want to select any style
tags to the immediate
left also)
then dw menu-->modify-->library items-->Add object
to library
In the Assets panel, give this new library item a name now.
to use it in a page, drag it from the assets panel to where
you want it in a
page.
if there will be many pages, use a ssi server side include.

Multiple responsive compositions on 1 page with edgecommons

Hi Guys,
I am trying to determine what in the is going on here, got two responsive compositions using edgecommons in a single html page. Below is the runtime code - however not having much luck getting them both displayed at the same time. I am able to see each composition on the page when I remove one of the two load functions, but if I use both, there is no joy. I must be doing something wrong but cannot determine what. P.S. all files and assets loaded in the root directory.

Wish the adobe team would streamline this in the next update. Makes real life instances very difficult to figure out.

I believe I either found the problem or at least narrowed it down. 2014.1.1 appears to have broken the Multiple Responsive Animate Compositions in an uploaded state.
I will send you the comps that I have used for testing, but it appears that the current version (2014.1.1) broke this code in an "uploaded" state. Running this code on a local web server functions perfectly fine.
Again, this code only works locally and not on an internet web host!
P.S. I have removed all instances of Edge Commons, so there are no calls to this extension library.
P.S.S. I am now using multiple compositions to serve my responsive breakpoint needs using media queries to hide and zero out stages between break points.

Hi there, I'm trying to use pages 5.2 for the first time and I cannot find how to connect two consecutive pages together as I use to do with earlier versions of Pages... Any help?

Word Processing templates have what is called a Document Body.
That is the area defined by the margins and holds a default text area which flows from page to page.
Examples of WP templates are the Letters, Reports, CVs etc.
Layout templates have that switched off and require you to add Textboxes or Shapes into which you can type text. Each page is an individual Section and no text flows from page to page.
Examples of Layout templates are the Brochures, Business Cards, Posters, Newsletters etc
In Pages '09 you can manually link Textboxes to flow in your own set order and across pages. Pages 5 has dropped this along with 100 other features.

Hello Experts,
my client using solution manager 7.0 sp14 (Service Desk).
Now my requirement is need to be able to link multiple incidents together.
Any suggession in that to get an option u201CLink to another Incidentu201D from an Incident in any status. From this you can search for master incident, and link the two. Some times it is probably safer not to stop the clock (as the link maybe incorrect), but this action should set a flag on the child ticket so that SLA reporting can exclude all child tickets.
If the master ticket is resolved, then all child tickets should be resolved also (with the same reason).
A linked ticket will then have an option to un-link if it is found to not be a correct link (and this will un-set the child ticket flag).

in ITIL this is called a "problem". In standard SOLMAN, SAP reserved a specific subject code for this ME01 : Problem message but this solution is not supporting the functionality you need.
You need to develop an action that allows you to link and an action that allows you to unlink a support message to a problem message.
The coding of these action should be like the one used to authorize change request, this action is popping up a list of active project, instead of this, this can be programmed to look for active "problem messages"
For the problem message you can either create a specific document type (different from the support message) or further enhance the SAP functionality by using a support message with this "problem message" subject".
My SOLMAN consultant confirmed me this has been developed for some of his customers.
Before starting this development I would rather ask SAP if there is any further development of this ITIL functionality.

Multiple compositions on a page: first comp stops playing

Hi everyone,
I have two compositions on a page and I identify them within the AdobeEdge.bootstrapCallback. As soon as the user scrolls to the first animation I want to start it with an external call (compId.play()). If this is the only composition on the page it does work correctly. But as soon as the second one is added to the page it doesn't play at all. If I trigger the first animation via the console (e.g. compId.play(1000)) the animation jumps to the 1000 ms mark but then it stops immediately and doesn't play on.
Has anyone an idea what's wrong with the setup? Any help is greatly appreciated.

thank you for your help. Indeed there seems to be a conflict with the rest of the JavaScript on the page. The multicomp you've sent me works fine.
Unfortunately I can't figure out what's going wrong as the console doesn't throw an error.
If I make any progress on this issue I'll keep you updated.

Bringing in Multiple Images Together?

Hi everybody. Is there any way of bringing in multiple images at the same time into a HTML page in Dreamweaver? I am trying to place about 70 small thumb nails on the same page. At the moment I have to bring them all in, one at a time, which takes forever! If you could just select a folder and bring all the images in that folder in to your page together, ordered as they are in the folder that would be a lot quicker. Thanks for your help.

Copy & paste this code into a new, blank document. SaveAs gallery_test.php. Change php code to point to your Gallery/thumbs and Gallery/slides. If you don't have a local testing server, upload to your remote site to test.

How to make an anchor link also refresh the page?

I'm trying some new things with some widgets (compositions) and I'd like to make certain anchor links also refresh my page (on the mobile version of my website). I tried putting the entire link in instead of just selecting my anchor (.com/mypage#myanchor) but that only works the first time (maybe because the user already is on .com/mypage#myanchor ?)
A bit of Googling found me a way to do this:
window.location.href = 'mypagetoreload.htm#jumptosection1';
window.location.reload(true);
but I don't know how to use this in Muse..

Im experimenting with some different versions of a mobile version of my website. In this one I'm trying to put all content (everything except the header and footer) in a composition slideshow. I made the triggers invisible and placed them over my menu buttons in the header, so that the content scrolls horizontally. I like this because people only need to load 1 page (my mobile version only has about 6 pages) and they can also swipe between content, like my product pages.
This all worked out fine, but now every "page" is the same length (because in reality its just one page with a slideshow on it). So now I had to add content to some pages (like home and about us) to kinda fill all space (the pages with my products on it have alot more content). I decided to put pages together, like put "about us" on the same page as "home". I made an anchor and linked to that anchor with my "about us" menu button. But, as "about us" is on slide 1 with home, the slideshow must also reset when people click it (otherwise you would only scroll down on the wrong slide). If I make my website refresh the slideshow resets (it would also work if i open the link in a new window, but that'd be very annoying).

Scanning multiple pages into one document with an automatic document feeder

when using automatic document feeder to scan in multiple pages - using the Image Capture app, this process does not work for more than 2 pages. However works perfectly in PC environment.
Using a MacBook Pro with 10.8.4 and a Lexmark Interpret 405S All In One Scanner.
Is there any other all in one device that can perform this function in a Mac environment?
Please advise.

I see by your post that you would like to know how to scan multiple pages into one file. I would like to help you out today.
From the HP Scan Software, click on the link for Advanced Settings, then uncheck Create a separate file for each scanned page.
Here is a URL for how to scan and change the settings. Just select your operating system.
