I am new to the cloud. Trying to send a client a link to a design file in my cloud. But when they click the link the get an error message saying the link is no longer active. Do t understand why, can anyone help me please.

I no longer get sounds when I send/receive email. I have used the Help and turned the sound on inside the email preferences as well as in the System Preferences. I do get sounds when I go to the web. Any suggestions?

I did have one website up listening to something.
Pulled another up.
Paused the first, to quickly hear what the other was going to be about.
So... I was hitting "Pause" and "Play" on one then the other.
...when the audio stopped out.
Almost as if something got "confused" (to be anthropomorphic)

when I send an email with a photoshop file attached, the recipient receives it "flattened". How do I change this?
I've sent psd files to various people without issues, however you might want to try something like www.filedropper.com to make sure it's not that they can't open your version of psd file.
You may also want to zip the file using the built in archiving software, simply right click (or control click) the file and choose Compress ...., then you can email it to the person as a compressed archive. That should preserve all the aspects of the file properly without any modifications. -

<Email Edited By Host>If you are in India, I'm not sure that dolphin is a supported Apple carrier. I think there are a couple of phone companies in India that officially support the iPhone and not sure that dolphin is one of them.
You can easily check your settings by opening settings and going to General and looking there to see if the settings are correct, but ultimately, sending and receiving of text messages is to do with your phone company and not Apple, so continue with your phone company until they can resolve the issues for you.
Either that, or take your phone into an Apple store or an Apple re-seller and get them to take a look at it for you and check the settings to ensure that they are correct. -
when i open iphoto i see my photo's for 1 second and then they are gone .The photo's are still there but i can see them only on the bottom or top of my screen when i try to open them i get a sign that it is not possible.Can somebody please help me?
Have you upgraded to iPhoto 9.6 for compatibility with Yosemite? If not, try that first.
It looks like iPhoto has lost the connection between the thumbnails and the original image files.
This can be caused by a corrupted iPhoto library, or the originals have been deleted or moved.
Try first to rebuild your iPhoto Library:
If you do not have a current backup of the iPhoto library, make a copy of the library, but do not overwrite any previous backup.
Launch iPhoto with the ⌥⌘-key combination (option-command) held down.
Select "rebuild" from the first aid panel. This may take a while for a large library.
Can you now see your photos again?
If not, rebuild the library with iPhoto Library manager as described by Old Toad: Re: iphoto crashed -
When my ipod touch is in recovery mode (when I try to re-store it) the itunes page sayes the website has been timed out and so it won't re-store. There is a limited time, whilst restoring the ipod, it lasts for approx 5 mins, then asks to start again all over again. Can anyone please help me?

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. If you have installed software to performunauthorized modifications to your iOS device, that software may have redirected connections to the update server (gs.apple.com) within the Hosts file. Uninstall the unauthorized modification software from the computer.
Edit out the "gs.apple.com" redirect from your hosts file, and then restart the computer for the host file changes to take affect. For steps to edit the Hosts file and allow iTunes to communicate with the update server, see iTunes: Troubleshooting iTunes Store on your computer, iPhone, iPad, or iPod—follow steps under the heading Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store. I have a black Apple TV that has recently stopped working. It loads the Apple Logo on screen then goes off and starts again. It's as if it is stuck in a loop. I've tried a re-boot and this has failed. I have tried a restore using a USB cable on 5 different computers, including a Mac Book Pro and it downloads the update file but when it tries to restore I get the error code 9 showing on screen. I just can't get it to do anything.

I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?! -

Actually, I want to upgrade my WhattsApp application and as soon as I click the upgrade button in App Store, it asks for the password of previous apple i.d., which I don't have as I have bought this phone from somebody. There is no option for log out or log in. It there any other way out to upgrade the WhatsApp ????

Has your phone been jailbroken? If so, you will likely never get it to work again.
You can try placing your phone in DFU mode (search google) and restoring. -

While trying to update Adobe Reader XI 10.0.06 to 10.0.07 on my laptop running W7 Home Premium x 64, I get error message 2203. The same occurs if I try to uninstall before manually install the new version. Can you please help?

I updated my iMac to Mountain Lion and when I want to fit my screen view... in the last version I had to examples where I could choose wide after format but I miss that function now in Mountain Lion. Can anyone please help me???
I'm sorry for my bad english, my problem is that I want the program I open in a new window to be avilable in full screen mode. Before I uppdated my os to Montaine Lion I could choose wide under screen in settings. I'll take an ex for you. 1) Switch to Library Mode by clicking Library button
2) Select menu item Help--> Erase Authorization or Press Ctrl+Shift+D
3) Click Erase button to De-authorize
Steps to Authorize
1) Launch ADE
2) Switch to Library Mode by clicking Library button (if you are in Reading Mode)
3) Select menu item Help-->Authorize Computer or Press Ctrl+Shift+U
4) Enter the valid credential to Authorize

I was using my iPad 3 awhile ago when it just blacked out and now it won't start. Can anyone please help me fix it?
Assuming that the battery isn't empty (and it can take up to 15 minutes of charging before it will respond), then have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Which particular .msi file is the message mentioning? (Several different .msi files might be referenced in this context: itunes.msi, bonjour.msi, AppleSoftwareUpdate.msi, etc.)
