Link not opening in Mainframe

Question

Good Morning (Well on my side its morning :P )
I am a newbie to web design and the company I work for wants
me to design our floor intranet site. So after much experimenting
we settled on Dreamweaver as being the most friendly package to
develop this site. Now my reason for frames is because it (so far)
is the easiest way to get this site up and running. Never mind the
template that Dreamweaver provides is exactly what I need.
The template that I am using is the "Fixed Top, nested left"
because this setup is exactly what I need. The top will be the
company banner and the left will be a button menu, reason for being
a button is because it will live on the production floor with a
touch screen. Now my problem is I have created my button however
when I test the website and click on the button the link opens in a
new window and not my "body" frame. Below is my code for the
button:
Any idea's? Once this problem is sorted out I am pretty sure
everything else after that will be a breeze :)

The reason for using or not using frames should be based on
a) your site's
needs, and b) your willingness to accept the potential
problems that frames
can create for you as developer and maintainer of the site
and for your
visitors as casual users of the site.
I am down on frames because I believe that they create many
more problems
than they solve.
Judging from the posts here, and the kinds of problems that
are described,
the kind of person most likely to elect to use frames is also
the kind of
person most likely ill-prepared fo solve the ensuing problems
when they
arise. If you feel a) that you understand the problems and b)
that you are
prepared to handle them when they occur, and c) that you have
a need to use
frames, then by all means use them.
