Link phone to apple ID

Tried an android phone for 3 days and Apple removed my phone/number from my Apple ID account. Now I'm back with the iPhone and I can't link to my Apple ID. How do I re-connect?

Phone keeps erroring out, saying I don't have cellular data and can't connect to the internet. Sprint says everything is fine on their end, that I have data hooked up.

On each of the phones you're gonna use a new Apple ID for iCloud: turn off Contacts, Calendars, etc. for iCloud. You'll be prompted to keep the data or delete it from the phone, then turn off iMessage, FaceTime & delete the iCloud account...Settings>iCloud...scroll down...delete account. Then, setup iCloud using the new Apple ID, turn on iMessage & Facetime.
This will have no affect on the ID you share for iTunes content, & you can continue to do so.

Got my PAC code and my number was transferred over today.
I have turned the phone on and off again as requested but the number linked to my apple id is still the old number
Whenever I call anywhere my number comes up correctly but anyone I text gets the wrong number

Unfortunately, unless you know the Apple ID, there is absolutely nothing that can be done, you cannot use or even sell your mobile device.

The Apple ID and Password that was Originally used to Activate the iDevice is required.
There is no workaround.

If it has iOS 7 installed Activation lock will prevent using until it is unlocked by the Apple ID of the previous user
or that ID is removed by the previous owner from the iPhone

You will have to find the person whose Apple ID is currently tied to the phone. Only they can remove the activation lock. If you are unable to find them or they won't remove the lock, then your phone is useless. Take it back to the vendor and get your money back if you can.

On your iPhone go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive
In that menu you can select/deselect what emails can use iMessage on that device. This worked....just figured it out by dialing through menus.

Welcome to the community.
Unfortunately, you cannot do that. The first hurdle that you are going to face, is that mobile devices, by virtue of being prone to loss, will always require that a password is entered before a purchase of any kind is made.
If your concern about the password, is related to your privacy in regard to your mail, contacts and calendar information rather than their acces to make purchases, then the best solution would be for you to use another Apple ID for iCloud.
Apple have called the whole cloud thing iCloud, there are a number of features under the iCloud umbrella, some of which require their own login. iTunes is one of these, another is what Apple have unfortunately also called iCloud too.
You can use the same Apple ID (account) to login to both iCloud and iTunes, but you don't need to and often users will login to each service using a different ID.
The part that you need to remember is that the services available when you log into iCloud are completely different and unrelated to those when you log in to iTunes. Your iCloud login enables mail, contacts, calendars, find my phone, Back to My Mac, Documents & Data sharing and photostream, it does not affect any of your iTunes services.

How do I take away a unit/number that I have linked to my Apple ID?

I have let my brother link his mobile number to my Apple ID, however, now all of his text messages that are sent and received as iMessage get on my phone as well. So I want to take away his device/number that is linked to my Apple ID and have him create his own.
Can someone please help me how to do it?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You could simply ensure that only the numbers and addresses you wish to use on each device are checked at Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. However this isn’t an ideal solution because the other person can always change these settings from their device and have some fun with you and your contacts.
You’d be far better getting them to delete your account from their device and have them create one of their own.

Having second hand iPhone 4 of family member now recognized as a device linked to my apple account and not theirs.

I'm sure this has been covered in another tread but I haven't been able to locate a solution to my query so here goes...
I have acquired an iphone 4 (and an iPad 2 but not too concerned with it in this discussion) from a deceased relative. Have unlocked the phone as my uncle's carrier was vodafone which differs from my carrier so no problems there...
The phone is working perfectly as a phone but in terms of transferring apps from my old phone which i have backed up to my macbook pro's itunes to my uncle's phone is proving an issue. In addition to this my old iphone without a sim card but with 3G or Wifi enabled will receive imessages rather than my uncles.
Essentially my uncle's iphone does not seem to respond as a piece of apple tech when synced with my itunes.
I am aware that there is issues with iphones and people having acquired them second hand have been told they have essentially bought a pricey paperweight.
Where my situation differs is I have the account details for my uncle's apple account.
Is there any way given that i have these details i can have my uncle's iphone recognized as a device linked to my apple account so that i can receive imessages and sync backed up apps from my old iphone 4 to this iphone.
Any instructions would be really appreciated and again if this has been covered before please bear with me

I brought my phone to Apple yesterday with my friend, and the employee helping me told me that there was a chance that the screen wouldn't be able to get fixed. When I went to go pick it up they told me that the machine had broken my phone and it was completely dead and that I would have to pay the full price for a new phone. They could tell I was getting upset (because now I have no phone) and he told me that the guy I gave my phone to told me that this might happen but HE DID NOT, my friend as a witness. Now I just have a phone that they broke completely (when it worked perfectly fine before, it just had a broken screen) and they refused to help me any further. Is there anything I can do to get my phone to work again? I don't understand why Apple wouldn't have to replace it when they broke it and they DID NOT tell me that there was a possibility that this could happen, I feel like they just said that afterwards so they wouldn't be responsible. PLEASE HELP.

After reseting its linked to an apple Id

so i bought this iphone4s and i was ok with how it came because my thought was it can just be reseted and all the information will be gone no big deal. well thats what i thought when i folowed instructions to resetting it pressing power button and home screen at the same time then relasing the power leaving the home button pressed it turned on the recovery mode . my phone was pluged into the PC while i was doing this
anyways, it tuurned on with the logo of appple and started loading once it was done it welcomed me and did few steps. however when it came to sign in with my apple id it said "this iphone is currently linked to an apple ID ([email protected]) sign in with the apple ID that was used to set up this Iphone" i have looked for an answer but most questions are based on lost passcodes or links to put into recovery mode. Any ideas of how i can make this go away?

You can't make it go away. It is called Activation Lock. Ask for a refund from whomever you purchased the phone from.

Are you the original owner of this phone? If so sign in with the Apple ID and password you used when you first set it up.
Or did you buy is phone used? Contact the person you bought it from and have him/her correct the problem or refund your money.
You have encountered activation Lock that prevents stolen or lost phones from being activated. As stated the only way around this problem is to have the original owner clear the phone for your use.
