Link to download CS3?

Due to a number of hardware problems with recently purchased iMac, Apple replaced our computer, but strongly advised clean install, including using orig. disks where possible for software installation. Unfortunately we have mislaid orig. CS3 disks, but have serial # and all paperwork related to original purchase through an educational program. Just spoke with Adobe tech support person who advised that Adobe no longer supports CS3 and downloads no longer available through Adobe tech support, but he suggested we post to this forum with the question, Is there any link to an Adobe website through which we can accomplish this download? My wife is a graphic artist and the main user of CS3, which, while no longer current, still meets her needs. If possible, we would just like to find a way to reinstall CS3. We of course have CS3 on a Time Machine backup to an external hard drive, but both Apple tech support and Adobe tech support strongly advise against trying to reinstall applications, such as CS3, from Time Machine backup, due to potential for corrupt files in backup, leaving me in some puzzlement as to what Time Machine backups are supposed to be for... Thanks in advance for any help or work-around suggestions you may have.

Follow the instructions precisely. Be aware that CS3 will not/ may not install at all, since it requires Rosetta components which were last seen in OSX 10.6.4 and are no longer part of OSX 10.7 and beyond...

Link to download CS3 when I have a serial number?

Hello- I purchased a student version of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Bridge from a bookstore in 2008. I installed it on a computer and recently purchased a different computer that I would like to install these programs on. I couldn't find the CD, but I still have the serial number. When I spoke with Adobe customer support they told me to post on here and someone would send me a link for a download option. Does someone have a link I could use?

There is no official link. You can only download the legacy trial version from sites like prodesigntools.com and then activate it with your serial. In any case it's all on your own head. Installing CS3 on Win 7 is not supported, anyway, so be prepared to run into problems.

Cannot download Cs3 web premium after reinstalling osx LION

Hello, I'm new here.
The Adobe chat gave me a link to download cs3, after reinstalling OSX Lion for a problem on my macbook pro. But the link give an error, they sayd maybe because on the same disk was already installed the same cs3?
How can I proceed to download?

While CS3 is said to run under Lion, it's likely to run poorly compared to CS6. Any link they gave you should have been valid. You could have installation problems after a successful download. You could try running the installer in the Utilities folder and first removing what is left of your previous installation.

HELP! Why am I getting HTTP ERROR: 404 when trying to download CS3?

They work just fine. whatever issues you have are specific, but without proper system info, browser info and other details nobody can even begin to guess.

Broken link to download Indesign CS3 - can anyone help me download it?

I had my Mac reset, but it won't accept the backup file I made of Indesign CS3. I looked online and tried to download Indesign CS3 from these two links, but keep getting this error message:

I tried multiple browsers, multiple computers, multiple apps in the CS3 collection… they all give the same error. Tried a VPN from a different country. Nothing. Turned off all extensions in my browser: Nada.

The trial is always extended. The serial number you enter determines whether it runs as standard or extended.
I'm getting through fine with that link, so it must be a browser issue or some such thing. Try another browser.

Where can I find a link to download AI v15?

I purchased AI version 15 (part of CS5) back in 2011. I never had a physical copy, it was installed from a link through the Adobe Instalation Manager and used the serial number that I was given when I made the purchase. I reinstalled easily in 2012, after a partial rebuild of my PC. No problem.
Next month I'm due to upgrade my PC and I have just found I cannot find a link anymore to download any CS5 applications (or CS6, as far as I can tell), as all the links lead to Adobe CC.
Where/how can I get a link to download the version of AI I purchased?
Or will it really be gone forever when I change computers next month?

thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, I seem to find links for CS3 and CS4 applications, but when I try to go for CS5 (the one I have a license for) it redirects me to the main Adobe CC application page
I'm not sure if I'm missing something... or this version is just not there

I still have the installation disc, but it is stored away somewhere really good. Anyway, I have the serial number and figured if I download a trial version I can just upgrade it using that. Trouble is when I go to the download link I'm greeted by:

I recently moved and then bought a new iMac computer running Maverick OS. I did a data migration of my old hard drive and all the software came along, BUT Adobe won't let me access anything. I can't find my original CDs, but I do have the serial numbers for my CS3 Web Premium software. So I clicked over to Download CS3 products, clicked the file links and got the following message:

When I use the link you showed it brings me to the page I expect, full of various CS3 downloads. I am using IE9. Another option for b=downloading CS3 is to go thru the ProDesignTools web site. Their downloads are still thru the Adobe servers, just without the download assistant coming into the picture.
