All detail should be in your PO when you or your company finalized the agreement.SAP cant disclose the amount on web coz it could be very customer to customer.

Right I have tried serveral times contacting Nokia Customer Support by Email and Phone. On the email I made my point clear about why the Nokia N86 8MP maintenance release firmware (20.115) was allowed to be put on FOTA and even after its release on FOTA it got put on to the Nokia Software Updater, which is ridicolous as the firmware is totally unstable, its like as it was before Production Level so buggy. I even clearly stated there is no use in sending the phone off to repair like you always copy and paste the email instructing the phone to be sent to Nokia Care Centre which it does not need to as the latest firmware has been applied to the N86 and I have done numerous factory reset and stuff. I clearly asked for the Executive Director Details. I sent the email's like nearly two weeks ago and I have not received no reply in my inbox. I also contact Nokia Customer Service several times explaining this problem and the Nokia Customer Service did not even have a clue. I asked for the Nokia Exeuctibe details and everytime I asked that they go we putting you through, and guess were the call gets diverted to ? The Nokia Repair Centre (Annovo) in Theftord. What a waste of time and my breathe for a company like this which treats its customers like DIRT. The customer service rep told me to go to www.europe.nokia.com and check for software updates when latest version will be releasing. I clearly told him I ain't dumb and Nokia never release details on what firmware is going to be releasing and the dates. I told him you trying to get rid of me and dont take me for a mug and I asked him for Manager or Executive Details, and guess what after holding on the line it gets cut off!
I have sent all the details and video recording of the bugs on the N86 8MP to BBC Watchdog.
If i was given the chance to interview the Executive Director I would get my point across to him with this situation and for those who have problems with the lack of software updates for N97. These big time idiots just hide behind carpets and the employees at customer service as no better than monkeys. I wouldnt know what to class the customer service as, but all I can say apes can do better job than them. All lof of them are just useless sitting on the chair and talking **bleep**.

Perhaps your exact unit is faulty. How do you know that it's "faulty" firmware? Have you tried other peoples phones?

My phone is not even faulty. Look at the other thread, I have those problems what they have so if its happening to majority of us does that mean everyones n86 is faulty those with v20.115?

Well I clearly asked for a manger/supervisior to talk to and yet they put me through to somewhere else, and even better fast one they do is cut the line off. Nokia customer service should do magic tricks instead, becuase that what there good at.

you can get these information from Hz_Contact_points table. This table stores the phone,fax, email details about the contact of a party.
Join Condition between Hz_Contact_Points and Hz_parties is Owner_table_id where Owner_table_name ='HZ_PARTIES', owner_table_id is the party_id of Hz_parties.

Finding field KNA1_OIDRC in ECC6 / ERP2005 on the Customer Master details
Hi to all SAP Gurus
Could someone kindly advice how to find screen field "Diff.Ref.Co"/ Mag Area(KNA1_OIDRC) in the ECC6 environment. in the previous release of SAP 4.6C it was situated on General data in the Control Data tab. I have found SAP Note 973001 but this has not solved our problem. i have also checked in configuration to make sure the screen is a required entry.

1. In SAPLOI0_MF02D and screen number 7123, the attributes of the field Diff. ref. code (KNA1-OIDRC). is 084.
2. Table TMODP has ONLY this entry

3. Check customizing in OB20 and also in SPRO -> Logistics-General -> Business Partner -> Customers-> Control -> Define Account Groups and Field Selection for Customers

In AW sample DB there is a ShopingCartItem table where user can place product they want to buy.
In from that ShopingCardItem there seems to be no information a USer ID which place them in or is there somewhere ?

Tracing the Customer Number For deleted parked document
Hi,
I have wrongly deleted the park document . My client wants to know the customer Number of the deleted park document. Where can I fetch this details from.
I found that the Accounting document Number is stored in table BKPF with a deletion flag Can u please suggest which table the deleted customer no. for the park document is stored

Oneway to find out the customer number is, thro transaction FBL5N, select all customer open items (with key date before the parked document was deleted) and select the noted items also.
You will be able to see the document.

Sales order According to the Customer PO
Hello all,
I am very new to SAP SD. I am using ECC 6.0 machine.
When i search and display any sales order, it contains PO number. I want details of this Purchase Order. For that i used 'BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL'. But after executing it shows me that 'PO Does Not Exist.'
After some investigation i realized that it is a Customer's Purchase Order. I need the details of the Customer PO. Is there any built in BAPI which will give me these details?? Or any table which will store the details of this PO so that i can write custom RFC to fetch data from the same??

do i understand correctly that you would like to see information related to the customer's PO?
1) normally, you receive a call from the customer with his PO or your salesman submits a customer's order with customer PO, and you create a sales order. you manually enter the PO in the field for PO in the sales order. the details of the order are what you enter in the sales order.
an alternative is that the customer PO details are first entered in an inquiry or quotation, which are later referenced/copied when you create a sales order.
that's about all of the details you can get. however...
2) if you use IDOCs or XI in receiving orders from the customer, the XI consultant maps the customer's PO number and targets the PO field in the sales order. if this is what you do in your project, then the XI consultant can help you with the PO details.

Customer Hierarchy details in SAP ERP BP transaction

Currently we are using BP transaction in SAP ERP and also using customer hierarchy transaction VDH1N.
Now the problem is we cannot see customer hierarchy in BP transaction, we have any option that we can create relationship in the BP transaction, however its a double effort. Is there any option that we can see the Customer Hierarchy details in SAP ERP BP transaction?

No, you can't see the customer hierarchy in XD03. That's correct.
In XD03 you have sold-to, payers, bill-to and ship-to.
You also have hierarchy nodes (012).
In my opinion, the customer hierarchy should only have relations between hierarchy nodes and sold-to(s).
Therefore these are different information segments => No need to see the hierarchy from the BP transaction.
Hint: Maybe that is the reason why the functionality is not available in the standard system! -
Customer Bank Details creation in Lockbox using EDI
Hi Experts,
I am working on a Lockbox implementation project. Here we migrate the BAI2 based file processing to the IDOC (FINSTA01 ) based one.
When we used BAI2, in the standard program RFEBLB20, there was a logic to create the customer bank details, if they are not present in the KNBK Table. I do not see any such logic in the IDOC file processing Function Module IDOC_INPUT_LOCKBX. Is this functionality missing and we need to do it manually?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I am aware of that configuration. And there is a corresponding subroutine in the BAI2 file processing program to create the BDC Session with the name that we mention there.
However, I am unable to find any relevant code for creating the BDC session in the FINSTA IDOC's IDOC_INPUT_LOCKBX function module.
No worries, I have implemented an exit with the required logic in that FM.
