Linked pages are changing size - pls help!

We've created a pdf with linked pages (simple contents and back).
It looks ok when viewed on a mac but when it's viewed on a PC the pages change magnification - they seem to just get smaller everytime a link is clicked.
Anyone got any good ideas?

no when you make the font size smaller (press any button) you will notice as it comes down to say 12 and below the becomes deformed (use the magnifer u will see). The problem seems to be that the triangle head is not being drawn equally on both sides. This is a real pain in the arse.
I just hope you/any1 can fix it or come up with another solution.
I do need to draw them though and make them look better.

AIRHelp Links Pages Styles Change Appearance

Using RoboHelp 9 trial on Windows 7 x64.
The issue:
When displaying external web pages in an AIRHelp Application the page displays correctly for
about 2 seconds and then suddenly jumps to some different styles on some elements.
This makes some of the text change size and become justified full (instead of aligned left).
Obviously this makes the pages look broken.
Example Before (on page load it looks correct for about 2 seconds)
Example After (after about 2 seconds the style jumps to justified and a bit larger)
You can see in this example that it has affected both the heading and the body text
(which are now justified and larger).
I used the Application Help template for this test project.
The default CSS has not been changed much (just some left margin).
Found no "justified" in the default CSS file.
It happens on multiple completely different website links.
Does not happen on all websites.

Happens on both Favorites Links and TOC URL links. (just add to Favorites to test)
The page zoom in AIRHelp does not seem to be related to this.
What am I missing?
Have been using H&M for years and am testing RH9 because of the advanced AIRHelp
features such as the ability to seamlessly incorporate web pages and feeds etc.
Any guidence on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for taking a look at this.
The issue is not with the RSS feed(s).
The feed for that blog website seems to work fine in the Favorites RSS Feeds.
The issue is with the display of the websites within the AIRHelp application.
Links entered as ToC items, or Favorites Links, or followed from a Favorites RSS Feed - same issue each time.
It only happens with some websites (but most that I have checked).
So I am assuming that the AIRHelp Webkit browser is for some reason applying the styles.
It appears that the built-in browser is the issue.
I took a look at the source code of the various pages to see if I could spot something.
Because it does not affect all websites I am guessing that there is some common thread.
To make my first test AIRHelp project I decided to try to make a sort of Resource Guide.
This would include some topics, and quite a few extenal links (and some feeds).
I really like the idea of being able to put all this in one interface, sort of like the Adobe Help application.
This blog link shows the bigger and justified issue.

It appears that perhaps there are some issues in the browser engine in AIRHelp.
The feature which most draws me to RH9 AIRHelp does not seem to be working correctly.

Child Page automatically changes sizes

Hi There,
Having a issue which is bugging me and taking up alot of time.
In short i created several pages from a template but for some reason the one page decreases the page width and height. If looking through the site in "preview in browser" all the pages are fine then when i click on the specific page it looks like you have zoomed out in the browser.
I have tried re-creating the page from the template as well as other html pages that work fine, but as soon as i save it is reduces the page size however the CSS is still correct.
Any suggestions is as always greatly appreciated.

Without a link to your site it's impossible to diagnose the exact cause of this issue.
When things go wrong validate your code and fix reported errors.

System Preference/Spotlight/Privacy
drag your disk into the list, excluding it temproraily from the indexing procedure.
Restart your mac, and open the Privacy page again, click the disk and the minus button to re-incorporate it into the procedure and restart the indexing.
Or just try your luck in Disk Utility/First Aid/Repair Disk Permission first.

Try restoring the IPad. Either plug it into your computer or go to iPad settings, reset, all content and data. Restoring it should fix any software issues if it's a software problem. If that doesn't work it's likely a hardware issue and can't help you there. Have to take it into an apple store or authorized seller.

Page Has Changed ERROR! Help please!

I am trying to edit an ICE site but I keep getting the error:
PAGE HAS CHANGED-
A new version of this page has been detected. The new page will be loaded.
It loads the "new page" even though nothing has changed, only to happen again. I have used ICE on multiple other sites but this is the only one giving me trouble. The url is http://www.mainsqueezemusic.com.
Can anyone help?

I was able to edit and save the draft for the http://www.mainsqueezemusic.com/includes/ice/ide.html#page=home.html page and then edit the draft again with no problems.
Is this issue still happening?

OIDDAS page not found - URGENT PLS HELP

Let me start with explaning my environment.
I have two server Server A and Server B
Server A is sitting on DMZ zone and i have installed 10g AS , only J2EE and Webcache
Server B is in intranet behind the firewall and i have installed 10g AS , infrastructure and middle tier, bascially single box install.
As a stand alone i all the functionality on my Server B was working and accesible.
I wanted to access Portal from internet so i started to configure Server A as a reverse proxy and went through lots of metalink note and configuration ( no success till now :-( !!!)
Anyhow, during this process of configuration, i am not sure but i managed to screw up the access to OIDDAS on my server B, i.e when i go to http://<SERVER B>:7777/oiddas i get the main page, but as soon as
i click on Login link ,
on the address bar i can see it forwards the request to http://<SERVER A>/pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login?Site2pstoreToken=v1.2~8C6C3D71~140CA7EAA74F6CEFA17CCF16BF6E2C993BF1D8A545C2578E3FB35A5A5198A29DCC2F3B32B69F4728DBB196CCFCB5D6DA41CF00DE01362FB0BCF7CE188E63E5D61D102D7F83E9DF1D0B522411AD1A900D96B5B3758F793E84B0F3DEAF
I am not sure how to resolve this issue.

This probably occurred during a run of ossoreg.jar, which sets up the data you see in the SSO admin page. If you re-run that with the right login server address, with pls/orasso as the "partner application URL," you should be OK. (Sorry, don't remember syntax off the top of my head--it's a complicated little utility.)

Am running 6.0.2, when I click on a link, pages are slow or never load.

Ever since upgrading to 6.0.2, I have constant problems with sites loading. For example, msnbc.com, I click on the link and get a blank page with the continuously spinning clockwise arrow. This happens on most links.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

theres your problem, no futher testing till your power supply has been replaced!

Password itself changed ALONE pls help

Yesterday evening I used the phone and everything was OK, in the morning i tried to enter the password and phone does not accept it. I know i put good password. I tried many times, for sure more than 20, and every time i see message that i have 5 tries left. I can't reset to factory, it doesn't let me get in the settings, same when i try to connect to computer-shows me that i need to enter password.. Can somebody help me? I don't know what happened

In 10 years of BlackBerry experience I've never seen this before. The password attempts always count down and it's worked that way for 10 years.
Can you try an autoloader? Pick the newest version available in the list for your device model.

O.K., figured this one out. In EA I had converted a panelPage element to a Page, but had not modified the backing bean code to set and get the new object type. EA didn't seem to mind, but 10.1.3 production picked it up. I'm guessing it has to do with the better integration among the various participants in a page that's part of the production release (and also makes the removal of page components much cleaner).
