Linking 2 Spreadsheets in SharePoint 2010 in the cloud

Question

We have SharePoint 2010 in the Cloud. I am trying to link the cell of 1 spreadsheet to the cell of another spreadsheet.
When attempting to retrieve the UNC by selecting to Open with Explorer, an error comes up stating that it is, "having trouble opening this library in File Explorer." 
Is it possible to have the cell of 1 speadsheet reference the cell of another spreadsheet while using SharePoint in the cloud?

Hi,
A workaround is that we can use the Managed Client Object Model with the Open XML SDK 2.0 to update the two Spreadsheets from client side:

Or you can also use the Excel Services REST API to Access Excel Data:
