Linking and then sending linked PDFs to other people

I have a PDF with 50 references at the end, I want to link the references to separate reference files, zip the files and be able to send everything to people. At the moment, if I send the files to people the linking doesn't work as the actual reference files are still sitting 'locally' on my computer. I have linked the PDF on an online site that is available to people who have a log-in, but want to be able to provide this document to 'lay people' as well. Thanks for your help

Put all the PDFs in one folder.
Make the desired links.
zip the folder and inform those to whom you email the zip that they must unzip such that the folder and its contents are there.

Converting PDF Forms to Word and Then Back to PDF with Forms In Tact

Hello,
We are currently having a heck of a time replacing some keywords in a collection of about a thousand PDF forms. These forms were created in Word without any interactive functionality and then converted to PDF. The simple form interactions were then added using Acrobat.
We figured out a way to replace all of the keywords by converting the PDF to Word, and then running a Visual Basic macro that does a Find and Replace on all of the documents at once. Our problem is that we lose the functionality of the forms when we convert them to Word. The docs have to be converted back to PDFs, and putting in all of the form interactivity in each file would take far longer than we have.
Is there a better way to go about this than we're attempting?
Is there a way to do these conversions and keep the interactive forms?
We essentially want the forms to behave exactly as they did, just with a few keywords changed.

How can I read the active (plugged in) DAQs and then send that to the device name input on DAQ assist?

I have a system property node for daqmx but it does not let me change it to read when i right click on it. I am trying to have my program detect the name of the daq that is plugged in to the PC and then send that to daq assistant so that it will run properly wiithout me manually having to change the device name every time i switch hardware.

You have do do programming. That is what LabVIEW is. MAX gives you all the tools to do everything you want and much more just program it to do what you want.

All of this depends largely on what printer /software you have, which Email client you use and to some extent which OS you are running.
Most HP printers have HP Solution Center which is used to set up scanning,choosing where to save,etc. Once a file/photo is scanned and saved to the folder, open the folder.Select the file and at the top of the window should be the option to 'Email'.

I just switched to iCal (Calendar as I have ML) and the important feature for me using Outlook before was to Make my week schedule and then send it to all my team via email. They could see my whole week outlined in detail, I could choose data ranges, wether I wanted to send details or titles and then receiving parties could add the meetings they wanted in their calendar as well.
Am I missing something or ical completely missed the boat on that one? is Apple going Backwards?

This issue is usually caused by some anti-virus programs, disable the anti-virus program you have on the PC, check if this issue will happen again.
You may also run Outlook in Safe Mode to determine if it's 3rd-party add-ins related:
Press Win + R and type “outlook.exe /safe” in the blank box, then press Enter.
If there’s no problem viewing html emails in Safe Mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which add-ins caused this issue. Some security programs may have such add-ins intergrated with Outlook.

We have to schedule the reports for auto delivery to users at a specific time period. Please, tell me the mechanism to schedule them and how to assign prompt values to them. Currently, the reports are run by users by selecting prompts from the dashboard. If we schedule them, we will have to add some of these prompts dynamically and then send the results to users via email.

I haven't tested it myself...but may be the following steps can help you.
Fill some session variables depending on the the name of the user who logs in (this can be done easily be creating different session variables and put some executing order in it)
Then you use these session variables as default values for your prompts. So the report will be executed making use of this default values.
And by scheduling your ibot..you can send it by mail.
I don't know if it's this what you're looking for...probably you have to base your prompt values depending on the users that are selected in your ibot?

If you're trying to back up your device to iCloud, that doesn't have anything to do with your computer. You back up to iCloud over wifi. All you do is go to Settings>iCloud, sign in with your Apple ID to create your account, scroll down and tap Storage & Backup, then turn on iCloud Backup. You can then tap Back Up Now at the bottom to start the back up manually, or lock the screen and connect it to your charger and it will back up automatically every day.

Offline form in iPad DPS App that stores data and then sends when connected to internet

I've built an "app" using InDesign and DPS. Great, whiz bang 360 spins, video, etc, etc but at the end I would like to have a form to record the users experience on the ipad or to record their experience of an event where the iPad was used. I have created a form in Acrobat XI, exported to FormCentral as a trial, linked to the form using a web frame within InDesign and then exporting out with DPS. App works fine, can see form, enter data and submit, check data via FormCentral admin system, all good.
However, is it possible to create the same app that works identically offline? I know the whiz bang stuff will work as it's built into the standalone app. I guess the html form will need to be stored locally, when a user submits the form it needs to write to the iPad and store locally and if/when the iPad makes a connection to the internet it can send the stored local data upto FormCentral for processing. The form would be filled in by multiple users at different times.
From trawling the web I can see forms can write locally to the iPad but then I also see pages of code, my eyes glaze over and I run for the hills. I just wondered if there was an easy solution? If not, can this be raised as an item in the wishlist for both FormCentral/DPS/Indesign? A nice clicky interface for us "non-coding" designers.

Thanks for coming back to me on this. Instead of a html form, can a pdf form embedded within a DPS app work?
I see that pdf forms can be filled in offline and data sent went back online but unsure as to whether this approach will work within a DPS app.
