Clearly this is too late to help you, but since this is showing up on Google and there are about a thousand views, this answer might be helpful to another.
Once you access the Voice Admin menu and provision your device for your VoIP provider, access to the Voice menu is subsequently "Locked".
Your VoiP provider's system has set a new unique password for the Voice menu once the provisioned device has synced with your providers system.
You should be able to get that password from the control panel on you VoIP account profile under "equipment" or a call to support or an e-mail request should garner the password.
The Login will be "admin" and the password provided will get you back into Voice menu system.
You will also need this password if you want to reset the Voice features back to factory defaults. Because of this system it appears that a WRP400 cannot be unlocked by merely using the reset button.

Hi, don't have an answer to your question, but Skype for S60.5 was announced today, works fine, will give Skype to Skype calls free, and low cost calls to non Skype numbers, but both Skype or Voip will incur data charges if you don;t have a data plan !

You can find all configuration guides at http://service.sap.com/ibc. For SRM server 5.5 (SRM5.0), the configuration guide has to be downloaded from Solution Manager.
Solution Manager is must for all new version implementations now.

Configuration guide for Action Control Matrix

Hi, Does anyone configuration guide for action control and status matrix for VMS for Equipment master, General Object creation, Master warranty creation and assignement for the object VELO.

I have seen this as well as the SAP best practices configuration guide, they do not talk about the status for CREQ. We have defined it as secondary action and executed the action but it does not create the equiment. The CS/Plant maintenance does not seem to recognise objects created from VELO. Although the documentation talks of VELO as equipment categry along with the standard equipement category EQ, we are not sure if we have to add VELO as equipment category (add how to add as well) so that the vehicle master details can be carried from VELO into equipment for warranty processing.

for cProjects 4.5 information on the configration guide can be found in note 1119326.
in general use http://service.sap.com/instguides and navigate to
"SAP Business Suite Applications" > "SAP PLM"
and there you can find the guides for all delivered cProjects releases.

I assume when you say "Drop shipments", you are referring to the process where a customer orders product from your company; you procure the product from a Vendor, the Vendor ships the product directly to the Customer; and you invoice the customer. SAP calls this Third party order processing. SAP has two Best Practices, Here are the Business Process docs, and configuration guides.
