Linksys wvc54gca......trying to view with cellphone....need help

I have my linksys camera working with a motorola sbg900 router. I have everything setup and working fine except my rtsp to cell phone connection. I had it all properly setup on a netgear router and had to change over to the motorola. Here is some info... I have set a static ip, forwarded my cam ip, my rtsp 554-tcp, rtp 5000 udp and have set a passcode of 12345. On my phone i am trying rtsp://mycamname.linksys-cam.com/12345.  Any suggestions? Any websites that offer remote assistance? Thanks

Heres how I got mine to work..
1.- DMZ all ports in the router to  camera's IP. ( this si the option in which all traffic is allowed to go through, all ports open.)
2.- type rtsp:// xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1026/1234 ( where: xxx= Public IP address, 1026= port fo  cell broadcast set in the camera's seup page and 1234 acces code in the same page.
3.- Make sure you have a rtsp capable phone, mine is a Balckberry bold, and type the above. If no luck at first, try clearing the cache from teh phone and powercycling it then re-try.
edusco, You should be carefull as to use the public address for rtsp instead of you home network as you did. you can check you public address in the router's page or  by going to http://whatismyipaddress.com/
Good luck!!!

    The
ERROR! Shared library ioser12 could not be found.error message has nothing to do with you adding a datasource.
It would happen even before you made the datasource configuration changes.
Looks like you added a j2ee.jar to the JBoss classpath.

  • Getting started with C# need help to know what I need to learn

Good evening everybody, first time posting in this forum, so be gentle with my lack of knowledge about C#.
A bit about me first, I'm a electronics student, with a strong C/C++ knowledge but geared toward micro-controllers(namely AVR's, PSoC and ARM Cortex-M3), now I want to make some nice GUI's for some electronic widgets and my main OS is Windows and
C# seems to fit the bill for what I need to do, that is basic GUI's, serial com's and some graphing features do display simples x/y graphs.
So, I'm in the process of designing a two stroke ignition system and I want to make a easy to use interface to re-program and visualize the ignition curve and some other parameters, so a simples program I think.
My main idea/design is more or like the program made by the Ignitech company, I will post some example images so I can explain my self better.
The first picture shows the principal window for me, its a simple graph that is driven by the two tables that are over th graph, I would prefer to have a dynamic table(for example show only 8 positions or 10 ou 12, driven by another input box), and then
the graph, and a couple tabs, in part so I can configure multi-curve ignitions, and to have a couple different "main" tabs, main configuration, the advance designer tab and a monitor tab(shown in the second picture).
What I'm seeking is what functions/methods should I study and use to achieve this?
I think I should say that I'm not copying anything from Ignitech, much less trying to make a "pirate" version of their software(its a free direct download from their site), its just a personal project.
Best regards and thanks in advance.
EDIT: For now I cannot post pictures(and links I assume), hope you guys and girls can get the mental image.

I created a pdf that I just wanted people to be able to fill in, download, print out and then mail to me.  I followed the instructions from a previous acrobat expert who replied to me yesterday and that did not work.  Now, I've tried this 5 times and the system has blocked me out unless I pay for your advanced system which is $143.  Please help

created by Lucia Lao in FormsCentral - View the full discussion
    Hi,
I believe this is a form that you created with FormsCentral and then you downloaded/saved as PDF via the "Save Submission-Enabled PDF" button via the Distribute Tab.
Please select via FormsCentral app main menu:
    - File -> Save As PDF Form... and then
    - when you get the dialog "Would you like your PDF form to collect responses online in the "View Responses" tab?" select "Don't Collect Responses" button.
This will save the PDF form without the Submit button/link.
    Thanks,
    Lucia

The instructions Lucia gave you were correct. It seems you have a Basic trial account (5 forms). You can just delete the forms you are not using so you can create more. Can you explain in more detail how those instructions above didn't work? I think there is some confusion so any details you can provide will help clear it up.

  • Error message, 0xE8000065 when trying to sync with iTunes. HELP!!!

I bought a new iPhone 4S, but when I try to connect it to iTunes, I get an error message, 0xE8000065, or sometimes 0xE800001. I want to sync it but nothing I've tried (restarting the services, restarting the machine, reinstalling iTunes, erasing lockdown folder) works. Can anyone help me?
P.S. I saw a video in youtube explaining how to try to connect it using recovery mode, and iTunes did in fact detect the iPhone and asked me to update and restore. I did not want to as I already have some apps and pics but I went through it anyway. Since it was taking a LONG time, I went to get something to eat: when I came back, the iPhone had not been restored, and it still wouldn't connect to iTunes. I'm guessing the restore/update failed? In any case, how can I fix this issue?

"itunes could not connect with the itunes store. An unknown error occurred (11556)."
This error is associated with ringtones, are you trying to sync a ringtone, purchase a ringtone...need more info...
I have also an error message saying it cannot sync and error message number 0050.
Are you on Windows XP? Is this the error message...iTunes displays -50 error message? If so, follow these directions:

IN the iTunes menu, click on View, then View Options, and check the "Kind" box. This will display the Kind for each track. if it says "MPEG Audio File," it's an MP3.
Should all my MP3 files be converted to simplify things.
No need to convert any music. iTunes can play MP3s.

  • Frustrated with upgrade - NEED HELP

I had a problem on my PowerBook PowerPC G4 when I updated to Safari 3.1.1
Safari, Mail and the Software update would no longer run.
    Tried everything to no avail.
Did an archive system install back to 10.4.6
Now I am unable to update to 10.4.11
I downloaded the Installer Package and when I run it I get the prompt:
"You cannot install Mac OS X Update (PowerPC) on this volume.
This volume does not meet the requirements for this update."
    What am I doing wrong?

Here's another suggestion that will help in the future:
    Basic Backup
Get an external Firewire drive at least equal in size to the internal hard drive and make (and maintain) a bootable clone/backup. You can make a bootable clone using the Restore option of Disk Utility. You can also make and maintain clones with good backup software. My personal recommendations are (order is not significant):
    1. Retrospect Desktop (Commercial - not yet universal binary)
    2. Synchronize! Pro X (Commercial)
    3. Synk (Backup, Standard, or Pro)
    4. Deja Vu (Shareware)
    5. PsynchX 2.1.1 and RsyncX 2.1 (Freeware)
    6. Carbon Copy Cloner (Freeware - 3.0 is a Universal Binary)
    7. SuperDuper! (Commercial)
    8. Intego Personal Backup (Commercial)
    9. Data Backup (Commercial)
The following utilities can also be used for backup, but cannot create bootable clones:
    1. Backup (requires a .Mac account with Apple both to get the software and to use it.)
    2. Toast
    3. Impression
    4. arRSync
Apple's Backup is a full backup tool capable of also backing up across multiple media such as CD/DVD. However, it cannot create bootable backups. It is primarily an "archiving" utility as are the other two.
Impression and Toast are disk image based backups, only. Particularly useful if you need to backup to CD/DVD across multiple media.
Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQs on maintenance, optimization, virus protection, and backup and restore. Also read How to Back Up and Restore Your Files.
Although you can buy a complete FireWire drive system, you can also put one together if you are so inclined. It's relatively easy and only requires a Phillips head screwdriver (typically.) You can purchase hard drives separately. This gives you an opportunity to shop for the best prices on a hard drive of your choice. Reliable brands include Seagate, Hitachi, Western Digital, Toshiba, and Fujitsu. You can find reviews and benchmarks on many drives at Storage Review.
    Enclosures for FireWire and USB are readily available. You can find only FireWire enclosures, only USB enclosures, and enclosures that feature multiple ports. I would stress getting enclosures that use the Oxford chipsets (911, 921, 922, for example.) You can find enclosures at places such as;
    Cool Drives
    OWC
    WiebeTech
    Firewire Direct
    California Drives
    NewEgg
All you need do is remove a case cover, mount the hard drive in the enclosure and connect the cables, then re-attach the case cover. Usually the only tool required is a small or medium Phillips screwdriver.

  • Preparing to travel with LR -- Need Help

Have clone/copied all my LR files (catalog, etc. and photo files) from the external drive on which they regularly reside onto a smaller, traveling HD. But iin opening LR from that Traveling Drive, I am faced with all those frustrating question marks signifiying missing or offline files. Trying to have the program find the missing files has been unavailing. What should I have done and what do I need to do? Would greatly appreciate someone walking me through this.
    Thanks.

If the copy indeed follows the original, you should be able to connect up the top level folder, by showing LR the new path where said folder now resides. Control or Alt click on it to bring up the dialog.

  • Need help with iPhoto, Need help with iPhoto

    Hey there!!!
When I plug in my iPhone I go to iPhoto and can choose to import the pictures. I also tried Image Capture as it seemed easier to organise my pictures, making folders, sub-folders, etc. The problem with this is everytime I plug my iPhone into the computer click on Import the system automatically makes second, third, fourth, etc copies of each picture. This also means that there is a copy of my pictures on iPhoto and on Image Capture - which I do not really need.
I have tried to make Albums and Folders on iPhoto. Sometimes when I delete a picture as it has been saved in two albums it gets deleted from both albums. Why is this? How can I make Albums or Folders to organise my pictures. If my pictures are transferred directly onto iPhoto, can I find them anywhere else in my computer? If I wanted to burn pictures from various albums on a disc how could I do that on iPhoto? Also I dont want events to create themselves. How can I avoid this?
I would like help with either using iPhoto or know how the stop the duplicating of pictures on Image Capture.
Maybe there is a better way I can transfer the pictures onto my MacBook??
    Thanks a mil!!!

Are you running a "referenced" or "managed' library?
Image Capture does not store phortos in it. It's an application for uploading photos to wherever you tell it to, either a folder on the hard drive or into iPhoto. If you want to use only Image Capture to upload your photos to iPhoto then set iPhoto's General preferences to the following:
Deleting Photos from an iPhoto Library:
1 - from an Event or the Photos mode: select the photo(s) and use the Delete key to move the photos to the trash bin. Then empty the iPhoto Trash bin as follows:
2 - from an album, smart album, book, slideshow, card, etc.: select the photo(s) and use the key combination of Command+Option+Delete to move the photos to the trash bin.  Then empty the trash bin as above.
NOTE: deleting a photo from an album, slideshow, book, etc., with only the Delete key only deletes that photo from that item. Deleting a photo from an Event deletes ALL occurances of that photo in the library.

Since there have been bug fix updates, you will need to get the update files to your computer
Either by using a different computer and a USB flash drive, or by buying a LONG network cable
All Adobe updates start here and select product, read to see if you need to install updates in number order, or if the updates are cumulative for the individual product http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

    Hello everyone,
I'm trying to set up NAT44 in the following scenario below and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to redirect the traffic. As you can see the big problem is that I have one single interface that connects to the internal network (10.0.0.0/8) and also to the tunnel destinations all in the same VRF. Can you guys give me a hand? The trafiic comes from network network 10.0.0.0/8 enters interface bundle-ether 2 (Now it needs to be translated), once it is translated, now it needs to reach the destination known via GRE tunnel.

    Hi Somnath,
Let's see if you can help with this new scenario. I want to extend this NAT configuration to a new site (BO1), but instead of using this entire setup with ASR9K, etc, I just want to use ASR9000v module and have this AS9K + ISM as the host. The first problem I see in this scenario is that I have the same 10.0.0.0/8 network in both sites, network which will access the same resources as the devices in the 10.0.0.0/8 in the main site.
    1) Do you think if I create a new inside VRF [NAT_IN1] would address this issue?
    2) Can I use the same outside VRF?
    Here is the configurations.

  • Leopard Wireless Dropouts - Tried all reccomended forum fixes - need help

I need to add my name to the list of people who are having genuine problems with the wireless networking in leopard. I am the primary systems admin for a school, and responsible for maintaining an install base of over 250 intel macbooks. Since upgrading to leopard we have had many many wireless issues.
We have 3com wx1200 wireless controllers running numerous 3com 3750 and 2750 access points. The security is WPA2 with PSK authentication (though I can shut the security right off without any improvements in reliability). Macbooks will consistantly drop the connection to the wireless requiring a "turn airport off" and "turn airport on" to re-establish the connection, which works about half of the time.... Many times the machines need to be rebooted. It seems as though our original core duo macbooks are the most affected, though the problem exists on all our macbooks running leopard. (currently 10.5.5) *Rebuilding any of the affected laptops with tiger instantly clears up any problems*. No tiger machines, and no windows machines have any issues with the connection drops. I've tried every documented suggested fix on the numerous other threads here where people are having this exact same issue. I've eliminated all the variables and my problem seems to be leopard alone, or perhaps leopard in conjuction with this particular wireless infrastructure. Regardless, it's time that this problem is officially acknowledged and that some strides are made to remedy it. I'd be very happy and available to work with apple engineers on this problem. I can provide whatever logs or dumps you need.
This is one of two unacknowledged widespread issues that is shooting us in the foot. We are also plagued by the problem where faulty parental controls partially restrict access to secure sites (in our case google docs). This bug is also all over the forums and goes unresolved.
Any ideas or suggestions (other than permissions repairs, keychain repairs, and upgrading router firmware - it's all been done!) would be most appreciated!
    Cheers,
    Neil

These are actually user to user forums - a place for fellow Mac users to get together and swap troubleshooting ideas.
However Apple Engineering does not read these boards on an official basis, so we can complain about something all day but until it makes its way through AppleCare to engineering it won't get on the engineers' work queues.
The other way to file a bug is to register for a free Apple Developer Connection Online account, which will then allow you to file bugs via the Apple Bug Reporter.
