Lion and Sharepoint

Question

I am looking for a Sharepoint Alternative, and not wanting to create another server to connect to a Sharepoint server.
Is this type of functionality in Lion?
(If so I'll buy and deploy it.)
Shared calendars, tasklist, projects, etc.,..  a collaboration space.

While Microsoft has many flaws (typical British understatement), it is good at creating business software like in this case Sharepoint.
Unfortunately Microsoft have the very bad habits of -
being insecure
being horrendously expensive from a licensing point of view
being horrendously complicated from a licensing point of view - I mean if you end up creating a whole new job category of 'licensing consultant' clearly something is wrong
and most importantly in this case, deliberately crippling non-Windows clients i.e. Macs
Microsoft is only just barely getting Outlook for Mac to a tolerable condition and it still is far inferior to the Windows version. Mac Sharepoint support is as yet very poor.
There maybe others, but in terms of a Mac solution the nearest thing I have come across is Kerio Workspace, you can find more details and a free trail here http://www.kerio.com/workspace
Historically Lotus Notes might possibly have also been counted as a similar solution.
