Lion App missing in purchases

My previous purchase of Lion was listed in purchases but has dissappeared. How do I get it back since no longer in the Store? I need to install it again on bad disk. No I can't upgrade the mac to 10.8, software needed not compatible with Mountain Lion. I have logged in on different computers but missing.

Check if Lion is hidden, and if it's hidden, unhide it > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4928 After unhiding it, it will show up in Purchases, so you will be able to reinstall OS X downloading the installer, putting it into a USB drive with Lion Diskmaker and starting from that, or starting the computer holding Command and R keys and reinstall Lion

Ios7 apps missing from purchased tab in app store

Hi all,
After a difficult - but successful - upgrade of my iPhone 4S to iOS 7 (I haven't restarted my PC after upgrading iTunes, put the device in DFU mode because it was not recognised by iTunes while remained in "connecting to iTunes" screen) I have another big problem: my previously purchased apps don't appear under Purchased tab in App Store app from iPhone. Nor the apps purchased on other devices (an iPad 3). I don't have any of the previous apps on my phone now. After I started downloading them manually, one by one, I noticed that they went in the folders I previously had.
Did any of you face the same/similar problem? How did you fix it?

I'm returning with an update: the apps now appear in Purchased tab of the App Store. Most like it was a problem with App Store servers at the time.
I've learned that I should have transferred all my purchases to iTunes when backing up the phone. That option is really hidden in iTunes, and after re-installing Windows on my PC I totally forgot about it. BTW, iTunes team: why back-up in iTunes does not include the purchases?
Oh, and after another restart (since upgrading), Facetime audio started working - previously I was getting only "call failed".

Previously purchased app missing from Purchased list

Hi. I accidentally deleted my copy of OSX Server from my computer. Went to App Store to re-download it ... but it's not there anymore. I have not upgraded to Yosemite, so no major changes to my mac, and I have double-checked I'm using the correct Apple ID. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks!

I also can't find OS X Server in my previous purchases. The updates pane in App Store shows me OS X Server was updated to version 3.2.2 last week, when I was still running Mavericks, so I know I purchased it at some point!
I upgraded to Yosemite a couple days ago, and now the OS X Server app is disabled, so I presume I have to reinstall it.

Why is iLife missing from my OS X Lion App download?

I downloaded and successfully installed the OS X Lion App to enable the software on my Mac. This seemingly has worked and the new Software is active and has taken over my Mac. However iLife is missing and from researching what OS X Lion should come with there seems to be a couple of other 'bits and bobs' missing. Does anyone know what I might need to do or where to go for help?

I strongly recommend that you purchase iLife 11 on disk. Only by purchasing on disk will you get iDVD 11.
If you purchase iLife 11 as a download, it will be missing iDVD (and iWeb).
It is available on eBay and Amazon.

HT201272 Lion App not showing in Purchased History.

I bought the Lion app and now want to download it on another computer but the app is not showing in my purchased history items on my itunes account, even though I have the receipt via an email as proof of purcahse. How do I re download this app? Anyone any idea? I was told you can use it more than once on other macs with the same itunes accounts. Thanks.

No, that's not right, not if you're using iTunes. Again, you need to use the App Store application. The only thing you'll see if you're using iTunes are apps for iOS devices.

It seems that i need to pay for them again in order to purchase.

Have you checked they are still available in the App store.
Did you purchase them all from the same account.

I have the same problem. FaceTime works fine on my iMac but when trying to use FaceTime on my Macbook Air, I have the same issue you describe.

Can't find my downloaded Mountain Lion App in my app store purchases?

I recently finished downloading the Mountain Lion software, but in trying to install it said that the file was corruppted while downloading (which I assume because of spotty internet connection I have.) It said to delete thie app and re-download for free...cuz you can re-download all apps you've purchased for free. But in my Purchases section of the App store, I accidentally deleted the app, instead of on my computer (which I assume I was supposed to delete now that I can't get the app store back.) Help? Where do I find it? I have a recipet of purchase to prove I bought it too :/

Open the App Store and sign in with your Apple ID. Click on the Support link under Quick Links to contact someone who can fix your problem. You can also see below in case your purchase is now hidden.

A blank drive needs to be formatted first, you do that hold c boot (or hold option key boot) from the 10.6 install disk (or Lion USB)

Are you now using a different username from the one you used prior to migrating? If so that is the reason for the problem. You might, then, give this a try:
To fix Home folder permissions
Open the Terminal application in the Utilities folder. At the command line prompt enter or paste the following command line:
sudo chown -R `id -un`:`id -gn` ~
Press RETURN. You will be prompted to enter your admin password which will not be echoed.

2 apps I have purchased show loading on iphone but when I snc with itunes it shows them installed every time I turn phone on it says connect to itunes or wifi to install What have I missed

It sounds like you are unable to see your phone in iTunes after the computer turned off unexpectedly during an iOS update. I recommend resetting the phone first, and then attempting to restore with iTunes again.
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

I accidentally pressed the "x" button in the "Purchases" tab and now my Lion App is gone from the purchases tab.

It's still accessible. All you've really done is hidden the app. To restore it to the list, go to "Featured" in the Mac Store menu bar and then click "Account" in the side bar on the right, under "Quick Links". The Account Information page will have three sections. The middle section is "iTunes in the Cloud." In that section, you will see "Hidden Purchases: You have hidden X items" and to the right of that bit of text, you will see a clickable link labeled "View Hidden Purchases". Go ahead and click that link. Any apps that you have hidden, deliberately or otherwise, will be listed there. To unhide an app, click the "Unhide button" to the far right of the app's name.
Yea, it can be disconcerting to see an app disappear unintentionally. Apple might want to consider a menu button for viewing hidden purchases.

Downloaded Icons for purchased apps missing

(first problem)
I have an iPad 2 with ios4 and an iTouch with ios5. Both have the same problem.
When I download an App from iTunes on either machine, I am successful in
purchasing and downloading Apps generally. However, the icons never show
up in any window on either machine. They used to show up as the last icon
on the last screen. But no more.
However, if I search for them I do find them and can launch and use them. I do
have a lot of icons on both the iPad and iTouch so maybe I've just "used up"
all the space available for icons?
(second problem)
This problem is related to the first problem above, in that I want to remove an
App because I "bought" this free app while signed into another of my Apple IDs.
And it will not let me subscribe to the SCIENCE ILLUSTRATED magazine.
Soooo, I try to remove the App to purchase it again. The catch is that there is no
icon on any of my screens, I have to "search" for it to find it. And in the search
screen there is no way to delete this app.
So, I have to delete this app and re-purchase this "free" app so I can subscribe
to SCIENCE ILLUSTRATED.... grrrrrrrr........this is so stupid......
(summary)
I think I could solve both problems if I could figure out where my missing icons
are. They are not in directories by the way.

Have you tried a reset?
Press and hold the Home button and the Wake / Sleep buttons at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
If that does not work, then restore the iPhone, but do not restore the backup as it may be a files that is restored in the backup that is causing the problem. If you do that you will have to set up the iPhone again from scratch.

HT1933 previously purchased app missing

One of the apps I've purchased is no longer listed in my "Previously Purchased" section. Specifically, I'm looking to re-download American Heritage Dictionary Deluxe.

Thanks but turns out the company's app American Heritage Dictionary Deluxe 4th edition was pulled from the app. It's a long story but in short, they tried to be creative in fighting piracy but they made a mistake and embarrassed all of the users including the legitimate purchasers. Enfour, Inc. is the name.
They did get back to me when I emailed and said that they're working on letting the previous buyers to be able to re-download, but not sure when.
