you can load additional voice languages at: system settings - voices - by just choose addtional voices or adjust voices
but then for many poeple comes a network error - like " you are not connectet to the internet" even you have a top cennection
when this happen go to: network - more options - proxys and disable : auto proxy discovery
then for most it is possible to download additional voices

OK. Now trying to figure out what you are saying here. It sounds to me like you are only downloading iTunes 7.4 to wherever it is your default location is for downloading and not actually installing it.
From what you are saying above it sounds as if you are only repeatedly downloading it and Windows is asking you if you want to overwrite the file it had previously downloaded and saved.
After you download the file does it give you an option to open or run the file? If so you need to do that. If not you need to find where the file is being saved to (save it to your desktop if your not sure where it is going by default) and double click it to start the install procedure.

But honestly it sounds to me as though you didn't actually install it.
As far as the latter part of the question goes. iTunes does not actually get installed to the new iPod. The new iPod Nano does, however, require iTunes 7.4 to be installed.

My macbook is all up to date with snow leopard but I still can't download mountain lion

Does Lion OS come with new icons for applications?

I accidentally deleted the default icons for System Preferences and some other apps on my Macbook Pro and was going to reinstall Leopard to get the default icons back. After they announced Lion OS, I wonder, would installing Lion come with new default icons?

You must be running Snow Leopard in order to install Lion regardless of the icon issue.

My new Tecra A11-11K comes with w7-64bits, but I need w7-32bits due to an old program I use for professional purpose.
I've bougth a w7 license with 32 and 64b.
My question is how to install w7-32 over 64. I think it's as easy as plug the CD and go. yes?
But I'd like to preserve Toshiba Utilities other programs that come with the w7-64 pre-installed. Where can I get them? From Toshiba download center?
And which of them I need? All?

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
Did you follow the instructions on that page exactly when creating the account (the instructions won't work with existing accounts) ? e.g. if doing it on your phone and you are currently logged into an account then log out of it, find a free app in the app store app, tap on its free price button, tap 'install app', and then tap on 'create new apple id' on the popup that you get. I tried those instructions on my phone a few days ago in response to another thread and I got the 'none' option on the payments screen.

The Settings > General > Software Update option only appears when you have iOS 5+ installed, if you have iOS 4 then you will need to do the update via your computer's iTunes as described half-way down the page that you posted from.
Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer via File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases on iTunes 11). You may also want to copy photos and any important documents off the iPad as well e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case. You can then force a backup of the iPad by right-clicking the iPad 'Device' on the left-hand sidebar of iTunes and selecting 'Backup' (on iTunes 11 you can enable the left-hand sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC)

They should be as good as a new model. Yes the batteries are covered under the one-year warranty so you should be all set, at least for a year.
