Lion Safari 6 Show Page Source Greyed Out

Hi Folks,
I can't view source. I've enabled "Show develop menu in menu bar" but my view source is still greyed out. Additionally my show web inspector comes up empty on every page. I vaguely remember the view source becoming disabled when my cache was filled on the old safari. I tried "Empty Caches" and that didn't work either. Any ideas?

When I right click on the page I only see:
Back
Reload Page
Open in Dashboard
Save Page As
Print Page
Inspect Element (when I click on this a blank window comes up with web inspector)
Import Image
Capture Selection from Screen

How can I change the view in Show Page Source from one long line to a more readable view

When using Develop --> Show Page Source in Safari 6.0.1 I get a view of the html that is just one long line. I can scroll along to the right but it is not very easy to use.
It seems to me that when I first used this feature I had a formatted view, that is the text was broken into separate lines and was easier to read.
But I think I clicked on something and it change to one line. I can't find a way to change it back.
Is anyone familiar with this? Or can point me to more information about Show Page Source formatting?

Oh, I see the problem.
The one long line view only occurs when I'm viewing a page locally on my own computer. (When I choose Show Page Source for any page on the internet the display is formatted normally.)
So obviously if I want to see the code in my own files I can just go open them in the text editor. I used to use View Page Source (previous version of Safari) as a shortcut for a quick peek. If there is a solution to this formatting thing for local files I'd love to know it, otherwise I'll just put it on the you-can't-do-that-anymore list.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
After the device has turned off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

When searching Google Images with FireFox, the first page of images are visible in thumbnails but all subsequent pages are greyed out.

This happens every time on a Google search. Greyed-out thumbnails will show individually if double-clicked. Every page of images after page 1 experiences the same problem. Reload does not help.
Is this a Google problem or a Firefox problem?

Doc: I've had a similar experience, and here are the details, investigation, and a workaround. My printer is a Brother MFC-645CN, and I'm using Snow Leopard (10.6.8) on a 2010 iMac quad i5 connected to the printer over my ethernet LAN. Are you using a Brother printer?
Firefox has shown this kind of nasty issue for the past six months or so. It seems to be related to the imaging algorithms in Preview when dealing with Firefox (now at v.12) and the Brother printer -- the screwy second page (and beyond) show up skewed and up-sized when doing a print preview also. No such problem seen in Safari or anything else. I am not currently using any other Mozilla apps on this Mac besides Firefox.
A few months ago I tested printing from my administrator account and a different user account. Firefox printing was completely normal and as expected. When I went back to my main user account, back came the funky second page.I went through extensive troubleshooting to try to chase it down, systematically removing and replacing apps and preferences and many other Library files related to printing, Brother drivers, Firefox, and Preview. Nothing helped. Solution was to migrate my user files to an account where the printing problem wasn't happening. I deleted the problem user account.
Everything was fine for about three weeks, and then with no warning, printing was back to the bad second page, just as before. I am stumped, and I'll let smarter people try to figure it out. I use Firefox a lot, and it's possible that some add-on setting is interfering, or a web page I visited turned the printing funky again. I just don't know.
Also checked on a Mac G4 running Leopard (10.5.8) and Firefox 3.6.28. No printing/preview problems there.
Now, for the work-around I am currently using -- print each page separately, one at a time. Page 1, then page 2, etc. Preview and printing looks completely normal. Hope this works for you until the bug is located and squashed for good.

Acrobat Pro version 9, extract pages option greyed out

Email with pdf file is sent to two users
UserA can open pdf and extract pages
UserB cannot
Pdf is not secure
Both users have been using this feature for months and now all of a sudding UserB is unable to because the options are greyed out

A replair on Adobe has been done
Update on Adobe Acrobat has been done to the latest version
Yes, version is licensed and activated
Tried contacting Adobe via chat and apparently they only help with initial installation of acrobat or updates so they say they were unable to assist

The number of rows per page is greyed out when running in background?

Hi,
For a customized transaction the number of rows per page cannot be set when running in background.
While a background job is created in SM36 after entering the report name and the selection variant name in the properties of Format the rows and columns field is greyed out.It was not editable.
Is there any settings to be done or in the custom program any code change needs to be done?

I'm not exactly sure what you are seeing and what is happening, but try closing the App Store app, and then reset the iPad. See if that takes you out of that screen and allows you to navigate freely again.
Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the App Store app and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Why do all printers show up as greyed out, including the P1606dn, on Windows 8.1?

I have a number of Windows 8.1 machine in our home. All were installed off the web install. But one machine, a SONY Vaio Flip 13, gives me issues when trying to print. As you can see from the screen capture, all installed printer's icons are greyed out? If I launch any application such as Notepad or Word or Photoshop, no printer is showing. it is, as though no printers are installed or connected on this system. Beats me.

Found the reason: Windows Print Spooler is inactive. Lauching CMD.EXE in administrator mode and typing in "net start spooler" resulted in Error no 5, Access denied. I had to hit the right mouse button on the Computer icon, to navigate to Services and locate Print Spooling, wich was stopped. For some reason. From there, i was able to Start spooling services and instantly got all my printers icons back, showing "normal".
Now, how do I get rid of the extra instances of the P1606 printers? I only need one, really.
Do I simply "remove" the extra ones?
BTW, the printer driver was downloaded off the printer through its web interface. Not sure that this somehow caused the problem? But I am tempted to remove all traces of the P1606dn installation and install through the 140MB "normal" driver package?

Updated mac to maverick and all my files from pages have greyed out and won't open ?

I use pages and also save a PDF when ive typed a document I updated to Maverick and all my pages and pdfs from before I updated have greyed out and I cannot open them help please

thank you Eric, but any of those solutions works because on Maverick the options on itunes: "Tap on the Info pane, then De-select the option to Sync Notes" is not longer available. Also, I have tried all those steps about de-select sync notes on iphone and mac. I need a solution that consider working on Maverick.

The TABS label on "Organize Bookmarks" dialog page is greyed out - Why is it not available to me ?

I want to apply tags to some or all of my web site addresses but the TAGS button on the Organize Bookmarks dilogue box is greyed out. I am using Firefox version 3.6.11 - Windows XP Home. I use avast! antivirus and a Windows firewall. What is preventing me from adding and using tags ?

Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Arrrrggggggggggg Help (LOL) my DrumCore doesn't show up! Grey out (REWIRE)

REwire is greyed out.
Drum Core doesn't show up in library.
Trying the old fashioned way, REWIRE is greyed out.
Even after applying rewire to DrumCore, shutting both down and reopening (logic first) still no luck.
Any ideas?

Also, I can't get ABSYNTH to show up unless its on a AUX bus, i.e., NO RECORDING...
In channel, as inserts, it does not show up - - it is blank and only shows up under output channel...
same as DrumCore, a know show and rewire grayed out - - the price was cheap and thought it was dummied down, but am beginning to be a little frustrated, (Nuendo User).
• No DrumCore showing up
• No DrumCore Rewire
• Absynth shows up only in OUTPUT channel
• DrumCore and Absynth also do not show up in LIBRARY (right side of screen).
