Liquify tool says write permissions error, how do i fix?

Liquify tool is the only thing I can't seem to use in Photoshop so far, it gives me a write permissions error...why? My permissions are set to read & write...

HI I have this same problem. I uninstalled Photoshop CC and Photoshop CC 2014, reinstalled the latest Photoshop CC 2014 and now I am unable to use the liquify tool because I do not have "permission." I went in and double check that I have read and write permission, as well, I changed everyone to read and write permission and I still cannot use liquify. Help would be appreciated as no one from Adobe has contacted me even though I was promised a phone call yesterday.
