List all colours in document CS5?

Hello,
Does anybody know if there's a way of getting a list of all the colours and tints used in a document? Swatches were not used by whoever created this document, apparently.

Thanks Anji - Seems there is no place to show if a change document is active, but I was being silly since if a change document is not active or being used, it will not appear in CDHDR / CDPOS!
A useful pool table is TCDOB - It lists all change documents with properties like which tables they monitor etc...

List all fonts used in the illustrator document

Hi All,
Having searched google I can't seem to find what I am after but am hoping someone here might be able to help me.
Due to a recent issue with a designer using a font that wasn't part of the brand guidelines for a particular company we would now like to list all fonts that are used in the illustrator file in a media panel on the document when it is sent for both internal and external approval.
I know that I can go to find font, save the list, open the document and then copy and paste that list in to a text box in Illustrator, however this is quite time consuming and a bit of a faff.
What I would like to know is:
1. Does such a plug in exist that will create a text box in illustrator and just list all the fonts automatically, ideally updating whenever fonts are changed?
2. If not does anyone have a script that I can run that will do the same thing and just drop a list of all fonts currently live in the document in to a text box?
I will have the same issue when working with Indesign documents to so if anyone one know the answers to the above but all related to indesign that would also be great!

I thought about AdjustObjectAIColors, and its a good way to get a bunch of them but I'm not 100% sure if it covers all colours or just those found in paths. If not, this would exclude colours on effects & overlays for symbols, found in kPluginArt (though there is a similar function for plugin art specifically) and I imagine text. Probably a few other types if we look hard enough. Granted, paths are probably 90% of colours :-) I also wondered (sinc I haven't tried it before) how comprehensive that method is -- does it hit all the colours in various effects & styles layered on path? Or does it just hit the standard stroke & fill? I assume not, but I don't know.

Issue in listing all parked documents

Dear gurus,
In our organisation before doing the GRN we are getting a bill from our vendor and when ever we are getting a bill we used to park the bill in mir7 as soon as possible. So after parking the bill we will do MIGO and post the vendor invoice in MIRO after doing MIGO. Now the issue is that after you park the bill and after you do MIGO whenever we are doing MIRO we used to click on show worklist and we used to select the parked document from the parked document list and compare the values and if o.k we will post it from there. After we have made some configuration changes we are not able to select the parked document from MIRO. After running the tcode Miro we used to click on the arrow button which was there before the parked document and if you click on that arrow button all the parked document will be listing but now that arrow button is missing and hence we are not getting all the parked documents.
To be presise the drop down list of all the parked documents is not available right now.
Anyone knows where to control this that is we need the listing of all the parked documents in worklist.and from the work list we need to select our particular parked document and post.
Where is that to control the functions of worklist in MIRO and Mir7.

I am asking the same which till not resolved..........from one of the user ID, created parked documents, but the same parked documents is not listed and can not be seen in WORKILIST in MIR7.
I am unable to see the same Parked Doc in other user ID.
I have seen the same problem , so needs to know as per client requirements.

I'm a very beginner in indesign scripting.
I would like to create a script in order to list all elements and the inner structure of a n indesign document.
The aim for me is to understand how elements are sorted and arranged into indesign, and be able to find an specific element by its item name.
The output document could be an xml or txt document with a treeview structure.
I would like have a rough idea of which kind of javascript code I should use for that.

Hi Ossydoc,
You can use Muse to create such a website. All you need to do is, create links in Muse for the sermons and select " link to File " in the hyperlink option and link to those Mp3 files.

Now, when you publish your site, Muse would automatically upload those files onto the server and the users would then be able to listen as well as download those sermons using the links on your site.

Hi, i want to list all document files that are on the portal and make a XML file with result. I found the Interface Query where i can use "search" method. Is there a way to use the APIs from hyperion, i try to do a servlet and obtain a list of all document type like with NAME, DATE CREATED, TYPE, UUID, DESC, etc.. The list can be order by NAME, DATE, etc... And put the result in a XML file. Is it possible to do this with that Hyperion API, or i spend my time to find the solution with this restricted/limited APIs? And first, is there a documentation for the developpers on what we can do with API's Hyperion? The JavaDoc Hyperion just give a little bit information, nothing consisting!! Javascript Code to List all Signature Fields in a PDF Document

Hi everybody,
I am doing a VB.NET application that apply a digital signature in a PDF document.
My VB.NET application invoke a javascript file that signs de document. It's working very well, but I need to pass the field name to place the signature, and this is not good!
I would like to list all the signature fields existing in my PDF file, is it possible do this with Javascript? I couldn't find in the Acrobat 8 SDK documentation.
I have installed Acrobat 8 Professional in my machine.

How to list all documents that has linked a image file?

I'd like to know if there's a way to find all linked file to a file: i have a logo image that a lot of inDesign files have linked to it and i'd like to find all those inDesign files.
I know that Bridge CS6 can list all linked files of a .indd file but i'd like the opposite

You might be able to do it via scripting. If you have to search an entire volume it would be impractical, but something like this AppleScript would open all of the ID files inside of a chosen folder and its sub folders. Once the ID file is open it could check for a specific link and if it exists leave the file open otherwise close:

Data View Web Part - List of Subsites and Document Libraries under Current Site - Must be able to Package as Site Template in SPDesigner

Hi Guys,
On the home page of each sub site I would like to be able to show a list of subsites and Document libraries that are under the current subsite.
I started investigating a solution using Datasources with SOAP requests sent to the server but it is very difficult to understand how to surface it on the Data View WebPart.
I have tried with the search results webpart but the problem is that it does not work well when packaged in a Site Template.
Please advise.

Ok,
Here is the problem:
When creating a mysite from powershell or script, apparently you can ONLY do this from a wfe (or a server running Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application in services on server).
You CANNOT create mysites from script on your appserver if it is not also a Web Application Server. I confirmed the same is true in my test farm. I guess I was always running most of these scripts on the webserver.
I searched all over and cannot find this documented anywhere.
Who do I contact to have Microsoft document this?

I need to perform iFS search which returns list of folders containing documents of certain custom document class. What is the best way of doing it?
I tried to build search clause in the following manner:

all folders that contain PurchaseOrder
documents.
It will end up with some SQL looking
like this.

You just need two JoinQualifications.
Each clause in the WHERE condition
above represents one joinqualification.

jq2.setLeftAttribute("FOLDERRel..SHIP", "RightObject");
jq2.setRightAttribute("PurchaseOrder", null);

This will remove all images from your InDesign document:

If you are using ECC 6.0, then try using the t-code VF05N. In this transaction, you can take the billing documents of all the payers and materials.
