List DateTime Column Shows Pacific Standard Time When it Shouldn't

Hi all,
A list in a site has the column DateTime applied to the view and it's showing the Pacific Standard Time when something is added to the list. The Created Date is correct and shows our proper timezone and time of day but the DateTime column is 4.5 hours
behind which corresponds to PST. I've check central admin and the web application time zone settings and they are set to our time zone as required. Is there something I'm missing here?

According to your description, my understanding is that your DateTime column shows Pacific Standard Time not your proper time zone in the SharePoint 2010.

Also please go to your SharePoint Server -> Date and Time setting, make sure the time zone , date and time is correct.

How do I Show date and time when I hover over clip like in iMovie

How do I get FCPX 10.6 to show date and time when I hover over a clip? I can so it in I movie and as I move over my clips the date/time is shown. I need it for that specific point in the clip not just the record start time.

I realize that my needs are outside of the normal editing workflow. I am a private investigator and last week I shot over 6 hours of surveillance video on a Sony video camera. Within this 6 hours of video there is at most 2 minutes of actual footage of my subject. So what I wanted to do was just import the parts of the clip I want, so I can avoid importing the whole 6 hours, and then add a text title of some sort that shows the date/time. My problem is that once I get this clip I have easy way of establising the TOD short of taking the clip capture time and then counting up using the SMTPE Timecode. In this regard iMovie makes it easier because I can just hover over the clip and see the TOD of that specific frame. iMovie on the other hand would force me to import the whole 6 hour video so i'm left moving between both programs which is less than ideal.

Outlook 2013 calendar shows 24 hour time when hovering mouse over appointment

Strange thing is, the computer is not set that way and the calendar's appointments show 12 hour time except when I hover the mouse over the appt. This is Outlook 2013 with Exchange/ Office 365.

Please start Outlook in safe mode to check whether the issue persists. If the issue doesn't happen in safe mode, it may be caused by some third-party add-ins. We can enable the add-ins which is disabled in safe mode one by one to find out the main cause.

Datetime column shows ""01.01.-4713"

Hello,
I'm Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2 (SP 2 applied).
With RAS SDK I add a XML datasource.
If the Report contains 2 or more datatime fields the second one allways shows up with "01.01.-4713"
The dates are sure correct in the XML so I believe this is a Crystal Bug.
(If I rearange the columns in the report and add some columns between the datetime ones the dates are correctly shown)
So I'm sure that the dates are correct in the datasorce.
"01.01.-4713" probably means that somehow the date gets converted to Date(0);
Would anybody know of a workaround?

If the column with
Datetime as data type in SQL Server database, the format should be YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss[.mmm]. So the format you post should be '1900-01-01 00.00.00.000'.
Just as Arthur said, the data type for the destination column in Teradata should be Timestamp(3). So it seems that there is noting wrong with the mappings. Please verify that the
destination table and columns are specified correctly.
To troubleshoot this issue, please post more information about this issue, such as the detail error message and task design.

Keyword List doesn't show the correct images when clicked

I'm using LR 2.3RC on a Windows Vista Ultimate PC, although the same error occurs on LR2.2.
I have a keyword structure "Karl > Family > People" with Karl having 33 images with this keyword. When I use the "Keyword List" on the right panel in the Library module to display these images I get over fourteen thousand images in the grid! This doesn't happen when I use the "Library Filter" bar above the grid.
What gives?

the result of clicking on "Karl" should display 33 images in total. In fact I'm getting 14,589 of a possible total of 14,734 in the catalogue. This hardly a limitation, rather the opposite I would say!

Pallets do not show preview first time when clicked

My pallet bars in Photoshop CS4 do not show preview in first instance. For example, my Navigator bar does not show the image of the layout until you click in-n-out of the bar several times, than it appears. Same With History bar. History bar is a little faster to appear, I only need to click out of it ones for the history states to appear. This is annoying me because this slowness of pallet bar rendering is driving me insane. I can't get anything done. I'm running Snow Leopard.

I don’t know what the problem is, but I have a suspicion that You may be short on RAM.
You might try to tune Your Preferences – Performance-settings.

When I google, say ovens and list of sites come up, 99% time when i click on any site a different site will come up, nothing to do with what I clicked on. I then have to type in the www address and it appears straight away. Thanks

The reason for this is because there was a security breach at Comodo which is an SSL certificate provider recently whereby a number of fraudulent certificates were inadvertently issued. These allow a hacker to impersonate any site including online banking and the Firefox version you're running at the moment will not warn you that the site is a fake. The fraudulent certificates were blacklisted in v3.6.17 and beyond.

Interaction Center scenario: total time when agent is "not ready"

Hi,
I have a requirement to show the total time when an agent is "not ready" in IC. I know an agent is either "ready" (to pick up calls) or "not ready". Any idea which business content handles this?

As thomascollins said, you can build an Agent Management workflow. A couple of comments though.
A lot of our agents have multiple extensions on their phone. If they are talking on a non queue extension they let the queue extension ring out putting them in a "not Ready" State.
It would be better if the agent went "not ready" immediately they take a call on their non-contact center line to prevent RONA which is not providing your customers with the best possible service. The routing engine will select another available agent. This positive action by the agent will remind them to take the inverse action and make themselves ready when they finish their call on their non-CC line (well, maybe ).
Requested FunctionalityProvide Queue supervisors with an alert through email or another method to let them know that an agent have gone into a "Not Ready" State.
You would not want this alert done immediately - the poor supervisors would get hammered. Perhaps an alert if an agent is in the "not ready" state for more than (say) 5 minutes. Of course, this now means that the not ready state is useless for meetings, short breaks, lunch and so on - and agents would have to logout for those. Not a problem, and logging out is my preferred method. Just making an observation.

An iPod can only pair with an iPhone for internet sharing provided that the iPhone has the subscribed to the tethering plan. The BT profiles do not permit file tansfer between IDevices by BT. The only BT pairsin is by app and those ar for peer-to-peer gaming.

I entered new fields in a form that was created last year to update it. However, now when I view the responses, they are listed as Column 1, Column 5, etc. It doesn't show a label for the actual field when I view the responses. Can you please help?

CRSE is an OEM Product and for use with a custom application they have written. Unfortunately we don't their reports or how they are connecting, it would appear they were originally built off a SQL and then set to a Dataset in the app or they could be adding the data source at runtime. Lots of variations and without access to the source code to see what they are doing not much we can help you with.
You need to contact the OEM Partner for help in resolving this and find out what you can and need to do to update your SP and work with their canned reports,

Desc doesn't show datetime columns from SQl Server

I have working db link to sql server using hsodbc:
Oracle 10.2 on AIX using freetds odbc driver version 0.82.
I can access tables on sql server but oracle sees only varchars and numerics columns in a table.
Is there a way to select datetime columns from sql server using hsodbc?

when hsodbc does not show a certain data type it is commonly related to the fact that HSODBC doesn't support the related ODBC data type.
In general you have a data type in your SQL Server which is mapped to an ODBC data type by the ODBC driver. HSODBC then maps the ODBC data type to an Oracle equivalent and when the ODBC data type isn't supported by HSODBC it just drops it from the select list.
So for a root cause analysis an ODBC trace is required to determine the mapping of the FreeTDS ODBC driver.
With this info we can then compare the mapping documented in the HSODBC manual and if the ODBC data type isn't listed as a supported data type you then need to cast the data type on the source side to a different data type (for example varchar/char).
So please post the ODBC trace and I'll have a look.

The Mail app on the iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch does have an option to clear previous recipients. You can learn to live with it. But if you want to get rid of it, the only way to remove these cached email addresses from the Mail application is restoring the iPhone/iPod Touch as a new phone/iPod. If you restore from backup, the cache is also restored.

Ical all day events show over 2 days during standard time (Nov-Apr)

Any all day event (either a holiday or an event I have repeating every year like a birthday) I have on my calender during standard time (from November to April) shows over a two day period.
For example, Christmas Eve shows up on Dec. 23 and 24.
I have tried syncing with time zone support on and off. I have tried using the same time zone in a different hemisphere. I had this problem last year and again this year. Once we switch to daylight savings the event show correctly.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the link--seems I'll just have to deal with the Palm/iCal calendaring anomalies. Do these "representation disconnects" have anything to do with the weird behavior of my iCal calendars, now that I've synced my palm data to iCal? Immediately after the original Palm/iCal sync, the calendars came up in iCal with no problem. Once I quit iCal, however, and then re-opened it, the list of calendars had disappeared from the "Calendars" pane to the left of the grid, and all of the events had disappeared as well.
As someone reported elsewhere in this forum, changing the viewing mode (day, week or month) causes the events themselves to reappear, but the "Calendars" pane remains blank.
I had hoped to ditch palm desktop and streamline my calendar /contact--computer/iPhone syncing, but iCal's odd behavior is making me question whether or not it is stable enough to fully rely on.
Is there anything that will make the calendars and events perform more reliably?

I assume that you also have Pages on your computer (or some other capable WP program). I also assume that you have eliminated any unnecessary columns, so you have a 1-column table in Numbers.
When it comes time to print, Copy the entire Table: Click on the table name in the Sheets Pane and Command-C.
Switch to Pages, open a blank WP template and set the number of columns to 3 or so. With the Text Insertion Cursor flashing on the first line of the first column of the blank template, Command-V. Your table should paste into the Pages document as an Inline Object and will Wrap on the page as you desire. Then Print in Pages.

Calendar List mode not showing correct event days and times

I am currently using Exchange server to sync my calendar events to google apps. All my calendar entries are correctly syncing to the iphone, but when I open List view, it shows all my entries on different days and times. Drilling down into an event, and it brings up the correct information. Switching to day or month, the events are displayed correctly.
I have reset my phone and this problem is still occurring.
