  • Grouping customers and view customer open items list - Group wise

    Hi.
I have some requirement from my client.
He says that he want to view customer open items list group wise.
In FBL5N we can give the selection of multiple customers. But he wants to group the specific customers and then view the open items for this group.
For example: Client has 10 customers and out of these customers he wants to select and group 5 customers. And then he want to view open items list for this group.
Can anyone help me how to group these specific customers in the total customers list. Also request you to provide me the option to view open items for this group of customers.
    Regards,
    Padmavathi

    Hi Padmavathi,
It is possible. use Worklist for Customers.
Go to OB55 and define a Worklist for Customers, and mention the list of Customers that you want to see under that Worklist.
After this, when you to to FBL5N, you will get an option to select Worklist to run the list of open items.. and it would show open items of all customers that you have defined in your worklist.
Also note that you will have to go to FB00, tab Line Items, and tick Worklists available. This is at User Level, so only that user will be able to see the worklist in his FBL5N transaction code.

  • How to create a group including several  roles?

    Hi experts,
Hereby a simple question but urgent, that is, how to create a group in portal which includes several roles. For exemple a group for manager contented the roles for managers and another group for employees. Thus it simplifies the role assignment for any user.
    Thanks and with great appreciations

    Hi! wuyia,
to create a group and assigining the roles to the group, you will need the userAdministrator role in the portal.
    1.Go to userAdministrator role.
2.click on group workset and create a new Group
3.click on Role workset and search the role which you want to assign to the group.
4.edit the role and add your group to this role.
    5.click on save button.
    regards,

  • Picking list grouping issue.

When we print a picking list for deliveries we get the list grouped by material. So for example, if the delivery item 10 and 40 both have the same material then item 10 and 40 will be printed one after the other. So far all is okay, except that when the materials are the same the material details are not printed for the second line item. I think this is controlled by the SAP print program that probably is not calling the 'MAT_LINE' process.
Now there is a sneaky way around this, by maybe adding the MAT_LINE details into the POS_LINE process so that when the process for POS_LINE is called, which it is in all events,  then the material and pos details are printed. However, I should not have to do this.
I was wondering if there was anyway to control the grouping. I still want the materials to be grouped, as that makes sense for the pickers, but I want to see the material details on the list and not have them supressed because it's the same as the material above.
    Jason

Moved element Item_line content into the POS_line element and remarked out the item_line element. All now works.

  • LDAP groups and WebLogic Roles - Urgent ( weblogic 6.1 sp1, iPLanet 5.1)

I have 2 questions and these are very urgent :-
    1. Where the mapping can be defined between LDAP groups and WebLogic Roles. I have
2 groups in iPLanet :- Contarctors and employees and I have 2 security roles in weblogic:-
contractactors and employess. How do I map LDAP group contractors to weblogic security
Role contractors? Similarly for employees ?
    2. I have not defined contarctors and employeees under People container in IPlanet.
e.g. The RDN for contractor is
    uid=1234,ou=dir,dc=orams,dc=com
Can I still use the defualt security realm of weblogic (the WebLogic Security Realm
under People ) OR I have to write my own custom code ?
    3. I am planning to use Roles insetad of groups to manage the logical grouping in
iPLant. Can I still use the groups in WebLogic security realm ( in the configuratin
    parameters ?)
This is very urgent ....so if any of you can throw any hints that will be greatly
    appreciated.

    Hi Ariel,
The driver is bundled with the product in WLS 6.1sp1. you don't have to
download any additional driver. Use it as you normally would only thing to
remember is if you are trying to write standalone java code then you have to
have weblogic.jar in your classpath. For the rest of the info follow the wls
    docs for 6.1

  • 2 contact lists ( Groups )

I have a complicated problem On my i phone 5s.
i have 2 contact lists ( Groups ) one under the name of I Cloud (750 contacts ) and the other under e-mail name( 650 contact ) some contacts are duplicated in both groups , the problem that i clouds only sync those contact under its name i can't find the other contact list over i cloud . anyone know how can i link both groups or copy the other contact list to i cloud

To copy the contacts from your email account to iCloud, do the following:
Go to Settings>iCloud, turn Contacts to Off, choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (any iCloud contacts will still be in iCloud).
Download the app My Contacts Backup.  (If you have more than 500 contacts to transfer from your email account, you will need the “Pro” version.)  Use the app to back up the remaining contacts on your phone (from the email account) as a vCard attachment to an email that you send to yourself.  Confirm that you have received the email.
Go to Settings>iCloud and turn Contacts back to On.
Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section) and set this to iCloud.
Go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars…tap the email account that you are syncing contacts with and turn off contacts syncing with this account (otherwise you will see duplicate contacts on your device).
Open the My Contacts Backup email and tap the attachment to import the contacts from the other accounts back to your device, and to iCloud.
All your contacts should now be in iCloud.  Since you mentioned that there were some contacts were in both your email account and your iCloud account, you will probably have some duplicates in iCloud now that you have consolidated them there.  If that's the case you'll have to go to icloud.com and manually delete these duplicates.

  • PM - Global Task Lists (Group Level)

    Hello Alll,
I woud like to create central task lists that can be used in different Company Codes/Plants/Maintenance Planning Plants.
Basically we've equipments installed in different organizational structures, but they are exactlly the same and therefore they have the same type of maintenence activities for preventive maintenance.
IS it possible to manage centrally task lists to be used by different organizational structures in SAP?
    Thanks in advanced,
    Ricardo

    Yes Rachit,
I was able to capture the task list group key number. For every equipment only one task list group key will be there in table EAPL. There will be several group counters. So what I did is, once the equipment task list is posted (means got sy-subarc = 0 after CALL TRANSACTION) I selected  that record from table EAPL whose equipment number is the one in the task list posted above and whose last change date and last user changed is the current date and current user. It looks something like this.
          CALL TRANSACTION 'IA01' USING bdcdata
                           MODE   p_mode
                           MESSAGES INTO messtab.
    if sy-subrc = 0.
            SELECT SINGLE plnnr
              FROM eapl
              INTO v_plnnr
             WHERE equnr = v_equnr
               AND plnty = 'E'
               AND aedat = sy-datum
               AND aenam = sy-uname.
    endif.
v_equnr is the equipment number of task list posted using the call transaction above this select statemetn.

This error is reported to the provider but we haven't solution yet and we need a workaround and I would like to know how is done the relationship between the role visitor and the assigned groups, is this information in LDAP? who I can introduce this relationship manually?
    Thank you.

I have the role visitor created. I am trying to assign a group to the role visitor in PAT, but when I selected the Siteminder Provider to view all the groups this error happens.
The Siteminder error is recognized by Siteminder as a bug and is making a patch (5 months ago) and we haven't answer yet, and then I would like to find a workaround to this problem.
I try it with the API but Oracle recognize me another bug when I try to create a visitor role for Enterprise Scoped Applicaction, only works in Web Application scope. (1 month ago)
And then the last solution is doing this assign manually... and I would like to know how I can do it in LDAP (if LDAP is the repository of this information)

  • Account groups for Partner Roles in Vendor Master

    1. Can we use same account group to create the vendor master for the different partner roles? for the partner roles like goods supplier, invoicing party, order party, etc do all these need to have different account groups , example one account group for goods supplier, one account group for invoicing party, etc , etc.
    2. why we need the configuration for partner role in purchasing documents besides  partner role settings for vendor account group. what is the logic behind to have partner role dependent settings for purchasing documents.
If we do not maintain for partner role settings for purchasing documents  what effects it will cause?

    > 1. We can have 1 account group represent all partner role or separate account group for each role.
1.If we use the same account group, the field selection control for fields will be applicable to partner roles also. If we have made vendor schema as mandatory in vendor master than we have to assign to partner vendor also. Example ordering address will not require company code data only purchase data, it will not require also pricing procedure as mandatory as no price determination will be required for ordering address.
I think we have to use combination of account group -same account group and different account group will defining vendors for partner function.
Do we require to assign vendor schema group to following vendors roles- goods suppliers, invoicing party and payee.
If we do not assign vendor schema group will these partner role determine price from the VN partner role. For example VN (vendor) has vendor schema group assigned, no vendor schema group assigned to invoicing party, then while doing MIRO the invoicing party will be defaulted. Do the price determined for VN role will be populated for invoicing party in MIRO?
    > 2. we need partner role in purchasing doc because we can copy partner role from vendor master to purchasing document
It means we need to assign similar roles in schema for vendor account group and purchasing documents. If you see the schema in config for partner determination in IDES system, different roles exists in vendor schema and purchasing document schema.
This is creating confusion for me to understand.
    Please clarify
    2. we need partner role in purchasing doc because we can copy partner role from vendor master to purchasing document

  • Listing Queries/Workbooks in Roles

Hi!  Is there a way to list queries/workbooks by role?
    Thanks in advance!
    Marnie

    Hi,
When you log on to the BEx by workbook or query and when you press the role button, you should be able to see all the workbooks and queries by role.
You can also check the listing in PFCG. Give the role name and all the workbooks and queries attached to that role can be found in the menu area.
    Cheers,
