List object model

Question

I have a custom list having Id and name columns and another document library list having ID column with a document and when i click the custom list id column it should redirect to document library items.
expected output:
Custom list:
Id Name
1  AAA
Document library
ID
1 document 1
1 document 2
on click of custom list Id : 1 it should redirect to the documents in the document library.

Please note that itemid is your hyperlink column in sharepoint list
Get the document url form another library like this

means write a method to pass the id to and retive the url and update that url in sharepoint item item
