HI Friends
1.Do we have any standard reports to generate list of Changed orders for perticular period.
2.List of Credit / Debit Memos
3.Sales Return Report
4.Dispatch Details (Stocks in Transit)
5.Stocks received at Plant
6.Daily Sales & Stocks Location wise
7.Stock Reconcilliation Statement
(1 to 7 any Standard Reports in SAP)

There is no standard reports to see the sale orders which are all changed for a particular period.
For 2& 3 - use VF05 and select the option "Document Type"
4 - no standard report for "In Transit"
5 - MB51 - Here select "Material" and "Receiving Plant" fields
6 - VF05 - For stocks use MMBE
7 - MC.9 (mcdot9)

Unable to create change order for Operational attributes

Currently we are in 11.5.10 E9 patchset.
Product : Advanced Product Catalog
Unable to find create change order button for any of the operational attributes page.
Steps to reproduce :
1.Switch to 'Development Manager' resp
2.Navigate to 'Item Catalog' > 'Item simple search'
3. Enter criteria to find an engineering item
4. Navigate to the item details page.
5. Select 'Inventory' or 'Manufacturing' or any other page.
Could not find the create change order button.
The profile option 'ENG: Engineering Item Change Order Access' is enabled to YES.
Also, these operational attribute pages are not listed in Change order screen.
Any pointers on this issue pls.

1. Document pricing procedure assignment to ORDER TYPE ( VOV8 under Transaction flow for field Doc.Pric. Proc is
maintained or not )
2. Customer Pricing procedure assignment ( In Customer Master data under SALES Tab for Field Cust.Pric. proc. is mainatined
or not )
3. Pricing procedure determination (Sales Area + Document pricing procedure + customer pricing procedure)
4. Also chcek the condition is maintained for this combination.

List of changed purchase orders

Hello everybody,
I'm looking for a list of purchase orders of which the total amount of the order has been changed. For instance, the order was 100.000 euro's, but due to lower or higher estimates the amount has been changed to 80.000 euro or 130.000 euro.
I would like to have a list of all "amount-changes" of all orders that belong to a certain cost area and in a certain period.
How can I retrieve this information? I'm not very technical, so please give me an easy solution if possible ;-).

PS. The list should look a bit like this (sequence is irrelevant):
ordernr / contractor / amount old / amount new / date of change / cost area

Can you have a look at the table EKBE.. It usually stores the PO history
You can access it from T Code SE16N and Input table name as EKBE....
Execute the T code with one PO No which has undergone the change... And see the output if it provides you the "Value Before "and "value Now"

Hi,
Goto VA05, enter values in selection screen press enter.
In menu click on settings>layouts>Current select the fields and save. Give layout name and description and press enter.
You can choose your own layout goto settings>layouts>Choose click on layout from list of layouts.
If you want to default your layout for VA05. settings>layouts>Administration. click on field default setting for your layout. Default you will get your own layout for VA05 transaction.

For the missing Artists on your iPod, make sure their tracks in iTunes are not marked as "Part of a compilation" in iTunes. You can do this by highlighting the track, right->clicking on them and choosing "Get Info" from the shortcut menu. When the window pops up, head over to the Info tab and make sure there is NO tick mark next to this option in the lower right hand corner. Lastly, sync the updated changes to your iPod.

How do I change the "Attach File" list from icons in alpha order to a list in chonological order?

When I want to attach a file to an email message, it's usually the last file I worked on. Firefox used to display the items as a list in chronological order, with the most recent item at the top. Now it displays icons (which I hate!) in alpha order, which is soooooo not useful. I think this change may have occurred after the last update I loaded for Firefox. I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to get back to my original format. Thanks!

OOPS! Looks like this is happening in Word as well, so it's not a Firefox issue. ... but I still can't figure out how to change it. Any suggestions?

In Health Vault, the Medications are not listed in chronological order, can this be changed?

I am new to Health Vault and I am entering all my families Medications and Conditions from current backwards. I am noticing that after I save, logout and return, they are still listed in the same order I entered them in. This seems crazy, as
I expected them to be listed in chronological order, with most recent on top.
Can anyone tell me if there is away to change it so the are listed properly?

Currently there is no way to change the sort order of the medication list; you will see the most recently entered item on the top of the list. As a work-around, if you have more past medications to enter, try starting from the earliest ones.
By the way, if you view the Emergency Profile, it shows only current medications (ie, medications for which you have added an end date).
We hope to add more flexibility for sorting all types of data. We don't have any specifics on that yet though. Sorry you're having this frustrating experience while we work on that.

I have a MP that is sealed. It includes a list, but also list items exist in that sealed MP. I need to reorder the list. I have the unsealed MP and the seal used. Can i just edit the unsealed version, changing order in the XML code and increase ver. nr.

I did a test in my lab and just edited the xml version of the MP. I changed the numbers in ordinal to rearrange, incremented the version # plus resealed and imported.

First go to CAUFV table input the production order get the object number
Input this object number in JEST table and get the system status
Input the system status in TJ02T table ,u will get the production order status

.ase file changes order of color list.

I created an .ase file in InDesign CC with a list of 20 colors in a particular order. When I Load Swatch into a new document the order of the list changes. Can I avoid this?
The list has one Pantone color but the rest have CMYK values and I have named each colour. The list change does not appear to be alpha-numerical.

(I'm still not sure why the saved colours should change order when not grouped but, as this works I'll go with it).

How can I get a listing of web orders entered by specific time period

How can I get a listing of all the orders which has been entered via website using webtools.
We need to make sure that all the orders which has been entered from website it is synced to B1 instead of looking at the synch error messages. The problem is that when I run the report from Webtools it displays all the orders even the ones which got entered in B1 and got synched to Webtools.

Try running this query. This will give you a listing of all orders that were placed using a theme. Any orders that were synched from Business One should not appear in this list. It should only contain orders placed through the website.

Standard T Code to release list of sales orders in 'Delivery Block'

Dear All,
Is there any standard transaction code in SAP which provides the facility to release list of sales orders in 'Delivery Block'. (Additional information - List of sales orders in 'Delivery block' is available in V.14,however it does not have release facility).
For example, VKM3 gives the list of sales orders in 'Credit block' with release facility.On the same lines, is there any standard T code or any other facility in standard SAP which provides the facility to release list of sales orders in 'Delivery Block'.

As already suggested, if you execute VA14L you can see all sale orders that are blocked at
- header level
- item level
- credit check
Wherever you see "X" under the tab Header level, double click on the respective sale order, so that system will take you to sale order in change mode. You can remove the header level delivery block and save.

Double record make it to single record in Query for perticular period in BW

In my ODS some of the records got doubled from Mar 17th to May 31st but from 1st of june its correct , its Open orders, i dont want to reload data again to that ODS , because its Open orders anyways its going to be close after some time , automatically it will become "0".
So i want tocalculate in query itself to make it single
please some one suggest me how can i do for that perticular period divided by 2
for example :

hi,
You can create a a formula variable with replacement path on the Period(replace with key of Posting Date/Calday) and use it for comprision in the fomula like below
if posting date is in between date1 and date2
order value = order value/2.
else
ordervalue = ordervale.
In Bex Query designer you will have the below formula
(posting date formula variable >date1 and posting date formula variable <date2) * (Ordervalue/2) + ordervalue
But also note that when the order is closed the value of order value will net become zero since the value is doubled up in the DSO , when the delta records come into DSO the order will be closed but the value will still not become zero since the reverse image will give negative value of the actual order value.
For example if your order value is 100, in your DSO it will currently show the value is 200(doubled up). In the Delta the reverse value come as -100. So the final value will still be 100(200-100).
So the best solution will be to do selective deletion

I have gone through PP Orders in CO02( Change Order ).There are two assignments of SAP DIR ( Documents created in SAP DMS ).
1. First One is at the Header Level called Document Overview.
2. Second one is attached at Operations level as PRT.
When you link to Production Order in a particular DIR,It also has entries for Sequence , Operation and description.So you will to develope a Z report to display all Production Order for Document.
So your Search Parameters will be Production Orders for Documents ( For Example )

Sort my bookmarks in drop down lists in alphabetical order not just in Library Views

When I click on Bookmarks then select a folder to view its contents, I want to see those contents in alphabetical order By Name, not in the hpahazard order in which they were added. I know I can View them in the Library List in alphabetical order or change that to something else. But I want tp make the drop down list and the folder contents to be in alphabetical order all the time.

The Views menu in the Bookmarks Manager (Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks) is for viewing the bookmarks in a different sorting order (hence the name Views) and doesn't sort bookmarks permanently.<br />
Clicking the column header does the same sorting for viewing purposes only.<br />
If you want to sort bookmarks then you need to right-click a folder and use "Sort By Name" to sort that folder.
