List of current incoming calls

How do I get a list of current (not yet billed) incoming calls? Someone called, left an important message, didn't leave a number.

Doesn't work for all types of accounts.  For those it does, Its as of the bill date.
I remember when all phone bills listed such but I haven't seen for my accounts in years.

Q: How long has this system been in place - is it a new system, or is this something that just started on a system that has been in place for awhile?
A: My customer says to me that this system has been in place for nearly a year and the problem started only a couple of days ago.
Q: If so were there any changes to the infrastructure, or the dialplan in particular?
A: Again this is the first question I asked and he said “NO CHANGES”. But that is what most customer say – right?
Q: Have you seen this occur in the past in the logs?  If so how often do you see it?
A: Started on 26th Oct 2010. Since the problem started the router has been reloaded and the problem is still there. It is very intermittent and I have to do the debug when I get the problem.
Q: Have you tried to establish what is causing these: H323: Internal Error (H323 Interworking Error)  ?
A: Not sure how to troubleshoot this. The explanation of this message on CCO is not that great.

  • List of incoming calls

    Hi
    Really simply query here.
Is it possible for BT to provide a list of all incoming calls to my BT number over a period of several weeks? This would be retrospectively (i.e. I don't want to set something up now, I want the information for weeks that have already passed).
That is INCOMING and not OUTGOING ones.
    Many thanks

    Hi Khubkube,
Thanks for posting. If your bills are fully itemised you will see any chargeable calls listed on it since your previous bill. Unfortunately we can't offer you any information on incoming calls.
    Cheers

  • Incoming calls doesn't show on ios 5.0.1 on iPhone 4s

I bought iPhone 4s yesterday at T-Mobile Montengro, and I'm having problem with incoming and outgoing calls. All calls are show as number (not names from contacts) in Recants lists, and all incoming calls are the same. I have all my contacts stored in format +382 67 XXXXXX so they should work. My wife's iPhone 4 with ios 5.0 and same carrier work just fine.

I just ran into the same problem with an iPhone 4S: contact names and photos stopped showing up on incoming calls or in the recent/missed calls list. I took my phone to the Genius Bar and they ran a diagnostic to confirm there was nothing wrong with the phone hardware. Their suggestion, which worked:
Update iTunes to the latest version.
Sync your phone with your computer via iTunes. Make sure that the sync options are selected under each tab (Sync Contacts, Sync Apps, Sync Music, Sync Videos, etc..) so everything is backed up onto the computer.
In iTunes, select the Summary tab for the phone and click on Restore to wipe out the software and restore it.
When the system asks, restore as a new phone (instead of restoring from backup)
Once it's done, walk through the initial phone setup and re-sync your phone to get all of your contacts, apps, music, etc.
The explanation I got was that something in the software got corrupted and if I restored from a backup, the corruption would still be there, so I needed to restore it as a new phone and re-sync my data on to it. Bottom line is it worked, and I hope this saves some time and a trip to the Apple Store for you or anyone else that might run into this issue.
    Good luck getting it resolved!

How can I access a call log of incoming calls from a blocked number on my iphone?

Calls from blocked #'s won't go through, so they won't be listed on your device.

Why do all my incoming calls show unknown, even when they are from people in my contact list?

    Hi Hedland,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
You may want to first check your caller ID settings, as mentioned in this article:
    iPhone: Understanding phone features

    Caller ID
    iPhone (GSM networks)
Turn on or off in Settings > Phone

  • Q10 not answering incoming calls

Incoming calls go right to voicemail.
Subject Title edited to reflect new topic.

OK. Well, that's a pretty ancient OS level...indeed, I don't think that's an OS version at all, but rather the "Software Release". Can you check again please?Article ID: KB23393 How to find the model number and OS version on a BlackBerry smartphoneFurther interesting is that you say you updated the software...strange that something so old would be an update, but I do not know what versions VZW has on their approved list, but that version is definitely quite old...maybe 25 or so updates behind what is truly current from BB. There were many more 10.2.1 releases, then 10.2.2, then 10.3.0, then 10.3.1, and now 10.3.2...each with several versions (at the 4th octet) within. Did you check, in the phone settings, the "Call Forwarding" items to make sure that none of those are set? Failing all of this, the only thing I could recommend is a clean OS reload, and to an OS level that is much more current. If the behavior continues after, then I'd say it's back to VZW to look even deeper into their system. Good luck!

  • Incoming Calls Sent Straight to Voice Mail

This problem seems to be linked to screen blanking. If I allow the screen to go dark by itself (after the preset number of seconds--30, in my case), all incoming phone calls will be sent direct to voice mail without ringing. I get a notice, then, if they leave a voice mail...but of course they have already hung up and I can't answer the call. People who don't leave a voice mail, I never know that they have called.
If I shut down the screen manually, phone calls ring as usual and I can anwer them. I have been to two different Verizon stores to have this checked out. They have removed the battery and reinstalled it, and also have reprogrammed a couple of times. They've also checked bunches of settings to be sure I haven't accidentally pressed a wrong button somewhere. Still, this happens. If I do not manually shut down the screen, I lose my incoming calls.
Any ideas? I love my phone and would hate to return it, but that may be my only option. I shouldn't have to manually shut off my screen after every operation in order to receive calls.

If you have been to two different Verizon Wireless stores and your phone's concerns have not been resolved after our representatives did some troubleshooting steps, you may need to consider a phone replacement. Keep in mind that your phone includes a manufacturer’s warranty that will provide a Certified Like New Replacement phone identical to your current device. • My iphone has lost it´s tunes and does only vibrate.By incoming calls it shows "blocked"

By incoming calls my iphone dos only vibrate (no tune) and it shows "blocked".How can I get back the tunes?

    Greetings Nefertiti72,
It seems you are experiencing an issue with contact syncing and management. It seems you've removed an email account which contained a number of contacts that are not associated with your iCloud account. I have linked to a knowledge base article which provides more information about iCloud contacts syncing:
Get help using iCloud Contacts - Apple Support
Learn what to do if you’re having issues using iCloud Contacts. For example, you might make changes to Contacts that don't update across all of your devices.
You may want to consider importing the contacts from the email account you removed. You can do it easily by following the steps in this article:
    iCloud: Import a vCard
You can import an electronic business card, also called a vCard, into iCloud Contacts. If the vCard contains contact information for more than one person, each contact becomes a separate entry.
In iCloud Contacts, choose Import vCard from the Action pop-up menu , which appears at the bottom of the All Contacts list or a list of group contacts
    Select a vCard to import.
The contacts from the vCard are added to the All Contacts group in Contacts. You can add the contacts to any other group by dragging them to the desired group.
Thank you for contributing to Apple Support Communities.

    Regards

You didn't mention what country your Online Number is in.  Not all of Skype's Online Numbers are eligible for use as Caller ID when calling telephones or sending SMS messages.  If your number is from one of these countries (Chile, Denmark, Estonia, Hong Kong, Poland, Sweden, the UK and the US), then it can be used this way.  Otherwise, you can use a mobile number from countries other than Japan or Mexico as Caller ID with Skype, after the number goes through a verification process where Skype sends SMS messages with codes to that number.
To get to these settings, log into your Skype account here on the Skype web site using the "Account" link at the top of this page.  You'll see a screen that would include your current Caller ID settings, and a link to change that.  If your Online Number is from one of those countries I referenced above, just select it and you're done.
    Hope that helps!

I made a new dial-peer to handle incoming calls as follows.
    dial-peer voice 1000 voip

You my friend are a star! worked straight away, many thanks.  Just one more thing, when i make an outgoing call, it always appears as "blocked" on my phone, my sip trunk is set to allow CME to alter outgoing CLI's how would i program the outgoing CLI to 01133501788 also?
The new working config is below with your suggestion, which works!

  • SIP incoming call, won't work (CME)

    Hi all,
I'm facing a weird problem and the sip-provider can't help. I suppose there is a problem with the dial-peer/translation-rule but I can't figure it out...
There is a CME (c2800nm-ipvoice-mz.124-11.XW10.bin, CME Version 4.2(0)) with a
    SIP trunk.
    Outgoing calls are working (DID).
Incoming calls (all DID) are ringing on the same internal number.
    The situation:
    - external  call on 0815440097 is ringing on the internal nr. 296 (should be 297)
    - external call on 0815440096 is ringing on the internal nr. 296
    Here the config:

    Thanks,
    Norbert

    Hi Alex,
    Thank you for the reply.
After changing the "incoming called-number" I got the same output.
The weird think is, why the dial-peer debug shows the 0815440096 number, despite the right "to: number" in the SIP-Message.
Is there a problem with the "voice service voip" or "sip-ua"?
on the voice translation debug I see:
    Match Rule=DP_MATCH_TO_URI; URI=sip:0815440097
    Match Rule=DP_MATCH_FROM_URI; URI=sip:0819262424
But I guess the translation rule is maching this one:
    Match Rule=DP_MATCH_INCOMING_DNIS; Called Number=0815440096
So how can the voice translation rule be set to map the entry DP_MATCH_TO_URI; URI=sip:0815440097
    Thanks for the help.
    Regards,
    Norbert
