Hi,
There is a std report for this called wagetype reporter.
The tcode for this is PC00_m99_CWTR. It will give the wagetype results in lumpsum or individually as required.
If you need the results employee wise, then in the object selection pick the field of personnel no. as well along with the other fields required.

ESI IS CALCULATING ON GROSS SALARY AS WELL AS INCENTIVES,IS IT RIGHT?

I have one problem regarding ESI Issue. ESI is calculating on gross salary as well as incentives,is it right or Not?
In Our company they are calculating on gross only,but in sap it is including incentives.
For example:
Employee having gross salary Rs 6000 and incentives - Rs 4500,petrol allowances - Rs 1500 and mobile allowances -Rs 500
In Our company they are deducting ESI Rs-102 ,but in SAP It is not deducting .if it is deducting on Gross salary ,then how can i do modifications in table v_512w_d.
Please give me advice for this issue.

Hi Lakshmi Ram,
Have you checked whether these are checked for /101 i.e., Cumulation Class 01.
These should not be checked in the check box, means not included in the gross salary.
And also check
Processing Class: 20. Cumulation at the end of the Gross Part.
These should not be included in Gross part.
Check once.

Using the FM CU_READ_RGDIR read RGDIR, get the sequence number for the given period and read the BT (Payresult table returing from below function module )using the FM PYXX_READ_PAYROLL_RESULT. In BT table (Bank Tranfer) u can get the Bank transfer amount.

To get the employee with the largest salary

Is it possible to find the employee with the largest salary without using a subquery???

Well, of course there are many tables with employees in them, but from the
phrasing of the question (find highest salary, but can't use subquery!) I think we can
conclude it's the emp table in question here :-)... and I have no sample schemas in any of my databases. And now? ;)
I guess it's absolutely ok to ask for actual data. Moreover, it should be provided by OP when posting the question.
I'm not here because I love to make (more or less) educated guesses.

Hi,
You can ind the master data tables of each infotype maintained.
It starts with PA followed by 4 digit infotype number.
For eg: Action(Infotype 0000) table is PA0000
Personal Data(Infotype 0002) table is PA0002
Basic Pay(Infotype 0008) table is PA0008

Income tax gross salary projection

Hi,
Income tax calculations upto Jan 2012, i.e 10th period gross salary calculations is calculating correctly, but the calculations for February 2012 shows the Gross salary only for three months ( i.e Jan 2012, feb 2012, Mar 2012).
Tax exemptions and all exemptions are taking the same.
Please help me in resolve this issue.

Do you have any rehiring or company code change for the pernr? Please go through the explanation below:
/416 is calcualted with the following logic as mentioned:
/416 = /4VA + /4V1 + /4VJ + /4VK + /410/411/413-/414 + (S89-/616)
1. In normal cases, /410 is formed as follows:
/410 = /124 (CRT) + /124 (RT) + current /124 * projection factor
2. However, the logic does not remain same in case of company code changes. For company code changes scenarios, the calculation will happen as follows:
/410 = /124 (RT) + current /124 * projection factor.
/124 from CRT will not be considered in such a scenario. Instead once, /410 is formed and /416 is to be arrived, previous employment details would be considered (/4V* wagetypes).
Can you please review the SAP note 941288 projection of income,and check the settings as available in your system. Let me know if it still doesn't work.

How do I synchronize a table of employees with and employee update form?

WHAT i AM TRYING TO DO:
Create a page with two areas. The top will contain a sortable, filterable list of employees. The bottom of the page will contain all of the details on a selected employee.
WHAT I HAVE DONE:
1. Created a DEPT_EMPLOYEES view with just some basic department and employee information.
2. Created Entities and View Objects based on the DEPT_EMPLOYEES view and the EMPLOYEES table.
3. Created a View Link between the DeptEmpROView (source) and EmployeesUView (destination)
3. Created a page with a panel splitter an dropped the DeptEmpROView in the top as and ADF Table.
4. Dropped the EmployeeUView on the bottom part of the pages as and ADF Form.
WHAT HAPPENS.
1. When I open the page the list of employees is displayed on top, and the first employee is displayed below.
2. When I click on another row in the table the form below does not change. I had expected it to.
3. If I right-click on a row in the table and select "reload" from the options the page is re-drawn and the bottom form is populated with the data that matches the row I clicked on.
WHAT I WANTED
When you click on an entry, to have the bottom part of the page refreshed to match the selected entry.
QUESTIONS:
1. I thought I had followed all of the steps to prepare a master-detail setup. Do this not work with a table as the master? Or did I miss a step? Or am I using components in a way they were not intended?
2. When I look at the ViewLink I see in the Destination that the where clause :Bind_EmployeeId = EMPLOYEE_ID will be appended to the query. I would then guess that :Bind_EmployeeId is not set when I click on a row. Is there a way to make that happen?
3. I notice in the af:table documentation there is an org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.event.SelectionEvent defined. Can I somehow intercept this and set the bind variable then? If so, how to I tell the form to refresh?
5. Another clue. When I run the page I get some warnings. One is "Reference selectedRow not found" . Double clicking on that gets me to a line selectedRowKeys="#{bindings.DeptEmployeesROView2.collectionModel.selectedRow}"
6. Another warning message "Reference makeCurrent not found" gets me to selectionListener="#{bindings.DeptEmployeesROView2.collectionModel.makeCurrent}"
It sure seems like these last two must have something to do with it.
Any clues would be appreciated.

Thanks for pointing me to that tutorial. The synchronization is now working.
For anyone else that might find this discussion:
To make it work I selected the af:paneFormLayout that held the EmployeeUView.
In the properties there is a PartialTriggers property in the Behavior section.
I highlighted this property and selected the Edit option.
This allowed me to navigate the component tree and pick the table holding the DeptEmpROView.
That was it. Now clicking on the table changes the details displayed in the form.
There are questions, but they are more followon:
1. The tutorial surrounded the "list table" with a panelCollection. I did not do that. I don't know why or why not to use the panelCollection.
2. The tutorial made a point of setting the ColumnSelection attribute to single for the List table. I did not find this changed the behavior in any way and was wondering why.
3. The tutorial also made a point of changing the ContextMenuSelect for the list table to "clickToEdit".
3a. I did not see how this changed the behavior
3b. Why "clickToEdit" on a read-only table?

/616 Add gross salary Issue

We have an issue in /616 wage type (Add Gross salary)
1. How do we calculate /616 wage type value manually?
2. /616 wage type is difference between grass salary that including arrears payment i guess. but i don't know how do we calculate manually. /616 wage type has some amount .I need to find out the break up of this value.
How do we do that and what are the wage type to be considered for /616 wage type.
3.How does the DT wage type form?

Ideally speaking, /616 WT contains the arrears of previous financial year that were given in current financial year (For eg DA and TA arrears of Jan to March 2010 in our case).
In my case I am getting correct values (as calculated manually) for most of the cases but for few it is giving other amounts which we are unable to trace.
Did you found the method of calculation in SAP?
Although you can remove the effect of /616 using model wagetype M89G.
Please find below the process flow of M89G series wage type:
1. Maintain relevant wage type (For example to adjust /616 use M89G and so on).
2. Maintain amount with opposite sign in the amount field.
3. Maintain the year for which you are performing the adjustment with
unit as year.
4. Maintain date of origin as current month date(any).
Save the entry and execute the payroll.

Hi,
I can think of two different solutions. You can choose the one as per the requirement.
1. Creating a report of locked employees as on date.
Active employee that are locked in Infotype 3.
As infotype 3 doesnt have different Begin data and end dates, we cannot have historic data/report.
2. Creating a report for payroll not run.
Getting a list of active employees
Check the RT of the employees for previous payroll runs.
You can use the selection criterila for dates/months.

For example,if an employee left the organisation in the month of April,we are holding the salary of the employye.
After approvals from different departments,may be after 2 months we change the control record to april and we run the payroll for the employee.later we change the control record to current period. In posting we use the other period and maintain 01 2010 and post to accounts.
Here we want to extract the list of employees for whom we post the Full and final settelement in the particular month.

i need to check the list of people who are still under probation, during hiring action infotype 0016 and 0019 are maintained.. i checked with report s_PH0_48000450 (Date Monitoring)...bowever from the list we are not able to make sure if employee are currently permanent or on probation
i want to getting complete list of peolple who are still on probation till date

Hi Kiran,
Run report OAADMILI via SE38 for the relevant content repository.
There restrict the output to PREL object.
There you'll see all the personnel numbers who have a photo in the SAP Object ID column (along with the infotype number e.g. XXXXXXXXYYYY where XXXXXXXX is the personnel number and YYYY is the infotype)
Then you can get the list of all the employees via Employee List.
Then you can make a comparison between two lists via Excel's VLookup functionality -or any other way-
