What's the transaction code to list the available GL accounts on the system?

Hi,
U can get it from SKA1( chart of account relevant) table or SKB1( company code) table or other wise in FS00 it self u can get he list of gl accounts
These are apart from the information system unde GENERAL LEDGER from the menu screen

Please check table SKB1 and the field name is XOPVW.
Also you can use this report S_ALR_87012328 - G/L Account List (Select OI in dynamic field selection)

Account balances could be ZERO, but that does not mean that there are no transactions for that accounts,
there could be a debit and credit, but still the could be zero.
The question requires the assets without posting throughout the life.
Whereas F.01 only looks for two particular years.
The best way I can assume is BSEG (if you have millions of records) - then check the cost benefit analysis of finding accounts without posting. If you get one or two accounts at the end of analysis, what you are going to achieve, it is simply just blocking them. But consider the amount of stress system would take.
If you have few throusand of BSEG records then import to excel. - Put Pivotal Table on Column GL Account.
Then take a file from F.10
Then have VLOOKUP to find which accounts are not used.

Function module to find the attachment list for an accounting document?

Is there a function module to find the attachment list for an accounting document? Or which table stores such references?
I know I can find this info from the transaction FB03, but is there a function module to find the attachments for an accounting document? So far I only found the attachments are stored in the table SOOD, and archived documents in table TOA03, but I can't find the table that stores the links between the accounting document and its attachments?

How to get the List of Released accounting doucments list for invoices,is any sap std tcode or any table.pls anybody those reply immediatly i apreciate.

Hi,
Alternatively in the table VBRK you can find the ACCOUNTING DOCUMENT In the field BELNR.
Please check the values in the BELNR, if there are values then the Billing document were released to Accounting.

Hi ,
There is no assignment like material to GL account in standard SAP. Every materials have it is own valuation class based valuation type ( Valuation classes vary for each valuation type). In Customization ,you can assign GL accounts against valuation classes.
First go to MBEW table and enter all material codes and execute where you can get the valuation classes against material codes.
Take that valuation classes and go to T030* Table where you can get the list of GL accounts.Like all BSX means :- Balances sheet inventory posting GL's ,WRX means :- GRIR Accounts.

For All COA list Please use T code-S_ALR_87012326,just execute after entering the T code.

Why isn't iCloud appearing in my iPhone list of mail accounts? Works on iPad.

I setup iCloud & configured it on my iphone 4S & ipad2 (both iOS5). Contacts & calendars both appear to be update fine on both but Mail & Notes doesn't.
I have enabled mail on the iphone but it is not appearing in my list of mail accounts but it does on iPad. Settings are identical.
I already have a push email on my iphone (work), am I only limited to one push email account?

Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars - iCloud is listed at the top, Mail is turned on.
Mail/Mailboxes - iCloud is not listed as a mailbox
Identical settings on iPad but it appears under mailboxes.
iCloud is set to Push email (under Advanced settings), along with my work email.

Folders not listed under proper account

First I set up Mail with an IMAP account from Fastmail.fm. The account is listed under INBOX and all the folders I have on Fastmail are properly listed under the account name.
Then, I added another IMAP account from Netscape (AOL). This account is also duly listed under the INBOX. However, all the folders in this account are listed below the default Mail folders (Draft, Sent, Trash, Junk).
How do I get the Netscape folders to be directly under its account name (and accessible with the drop-down triangle)?

Actually, it's the Fastmail account that Mail isn't handling properly. Mailboxes on the server should not appear as subfolders of the account's Inbox. You must put INBOX in Preferences > Accounts > Advanced > IMAP Path Prefix for Mail to handle this account properly.

How does one migrate play lists to another account

Question how does one migrate or copy a list with out assocaiting with another account, ex my play list on this account I like to put on my other account since I want to keep my music from FB(this account is linked through sign up, where as my other account don't). I know how to copy the list url and do know how to drag and drop to desk top, both assocaite with this account Why ask this question when looking at when something is added or who added it it gives an account number(and that account was deleted for a reason and list migrated to this account). Is there a possibility of taking my lists with out account number or would that be impossible? Note I use 8.1 for Windows

Hello there and welcome to the community,
1) on the old account : copy the Playlist Link (Right click on the title)
2) Paste it on your web browser
3) open your new account.
4) Play the playlist in your browser
5) Playlist will open also in your Spotify desktop
6) Subscribe to the playlist. That will save the playlist on the folder PLAYLISTS (on left side)
7) Always on your new account, create a new playlist with the same title if you want
8) Copy all the tracks from the old playlist to the new one
9) Delete the old playlist
10) Now you have a playlist with your new user name as creator

If you downloaded it on your Mac's iTunes then it should be in the Books part of your library (Audiobooks if you are using OS X Mavericks), if on an iOS device then it should be in the device's Music app.
By 'purchased list' you mean yoru purchase history or the Purchased link for redownloading ? If the latter then audiobooks are a one-time only download from the store so they won't show in Purchased for redownloading, you need to copy or sync it to the computers or iOS devices that you want it on.

Customize Dropdown lists on the Accounts List Accounts page in IDM

Hi All,
There is probably a simple way to do this but haven't had any luck so far.
I want to customize the drop down lists on the Accounts > List Accounts page which provide the options to Create, Update, Enable, Disable, etc. However I'm not sure which object I need to edit to do this.
I thought it was the User Actions Configuration object but I have tried changing values and the drop down stays the same.
Does anyone know the best way to edit the drop down lists? We are using IDM version 7.1.1.8

User List Form > 'buttonrowsearch' property of the 'TreeTable' field. place the 'users' map block before 'orgs' map in the list.
