Does anyone know list of NOKIA mobiles that support Flash lite 3.1 or 4.0 ? Earlier I planned to buy NOKA 5800 but came to know it doesn't supports Adobe mobile packager 1.2

Skyfire, Photon, iSwifter and Puffin Web Browser will provide limited Flash capability?
Atomic Web Browser is not Flash-enabled.

Is there a list of applications that support 'versions' in Lion?

Has anyone found or compiled a list of applications that support versions in Lion? It'd be helpful to know before purchasing new software and having to wait for replies from each software developer. I've seen the roaring apps list, but it doesn't get detailed enough.

I'm a developer for an app sold on the Mac App store, so I can assure you that supporting Versions is not that big of a deal. The biggest problem for me was making my app play nice inside the Browse Versions interface.
The real issue is testing the app under Lion AND back on Snow Leopard to make sure you dont break something on Snow Leopard. There is also an app upgrade review and approval cycle done by Apple for products sold on the App Store. My gut feel is that the review staff is being flooded right now with application updates for Lion by virtually all of the products on the App store.
I do remember that Snow Leopard broke things too when it went live. (But then Apple has done at least 8 updates to Snow Leopard after it was released.)
By the way, the old way of saving works just fine for apps that dont yet support Versions.
Versions does take a bit to get used to. It is a paradigm shift from the way apps are saved over the last several
decades.
Apps that require custome hardware and custom device drivers will most likely be the last to convert to Lion. Years ago I was a ProTools user and they took over 6 months after Tiger was released to release a compatible upgrade (and they charged a lot of money for it too).
The vast majority of apps dont fall into that category. They just have to do a ton of testing, which takes time.

List of devices that support streaming video?

Does anyone know of a list that details which devices support
streaming video under Flash Lite 2, and ideally what codecs they
support?
I was excited to see Flash Lite 2.1 support for Windows
Mobile, but my T-Mobile SDA doesn't support streaming video through
FL2.

I have a related issue with my T3030 system. The loudspeakers still work fine but the remote volume control cable has a problem, probably a broken lead or faulty contact as in the beginning the sound went away on and off and by twiggling the cable it came back. Now it's completely dead but the green LED still comes on. I went to several CL shops and nobody could help me except to offer me buy a new system but I don't want to do that! So does anyone if I can order the volume control cable separately? Maybe the newer system such as the T300 have the same cable?

List of apps that support tv out?

hello i pod fellas.
just bought the av cable. so after google and stuff i realized that few apps do support tv out.
youtube and video does so far so good.
but how can i see if an app does support it? without trying it;D
is there a list with games that do support it ?
and is there any information if in near future more game will support it?
while googlin i found that on jailed pods there is sth like screensplit app or what ever where u can play games on tv. but i am to old to jailbreak;D i want my clean pod. so why do the games lack in tv out support and will that change in time?

hm i tried google before. list ipod app tvout.
lot of stuff bout jailbreak apps. but nothin that helps me;D u know any game that supports tv out? cause i dont want to check all the descriptions to find one;D

Flash mobile V flash lite?

im hoping to create a game on a pda/mobile phone to do this
do i need flash lite or can i create documents in flash mobile
documents(in flash cs3) that will work. i know its a rathar
retarted question, but im really confused!

Hi,
Flash Lite is actually a compacted version of Flash PLayer to
enable you to play Flash on mobile low resources. However, it is
similier to Flash Player you use it to view Flash content not
creating it. So you create content for mobile using Flash authoring
tool (Flash CS3) and select your file publishing setting to be for
mobile and then the output file will be a mobile Flash file that
you can play on mobiles that have Flash Lite installed.

Flash Lite - what phones & network

I have been trying to get a straight answer on what phones
work with Flash Lite in the US today.
I heard that Verizon supports Flash Lite (or will?) but their
website has absolutely no mention of Flash Lite.
I read some articles about some phones that support flash
lite, but there is no mention of what providers those phones work
with.
Anyone have information?

Flash Lite 1.1

A year ago I used Flash Pro CS 5 to convert a 10 MB .flv file into only 60kb .swf file. I forgot how I did that but it worked in my Sony Ericsson W660i 176 X 220 that supports flash lite 1.1. Can any Adobe expoert know the magic? Please! show it.
I am using Windows XP Pro SP3 (32 bit), Adobe CS 5 and CS 6.

I made a spelling mistake above. It is "expert".
I remember where I saw it. It was in this link www.adobe.com/go/lrvid5503_ws_en where a video tutorial was made by Lynda. She described about Flash player 10 and H.264 secrets. For some reason they removed as it shows " 404" in the above link. They disabled all the related links to it.
I still can't remember what I did on that day. However I can able to play .swf videos on other devices with Flash player 6 and above but not with Flash lite 1.1 through Device Central CS 5.
I still don't understand why Adobe removed Device Central in CS 6. Using .swf videos is time consuming and cost cutting factor. Is HTML5 the game?

I am have a similar kind of problem. I am trying to run a video on Pocket PC (WM5) using video.play() method on FlashLite 2.1. It works fine in Device Central and my Nokia mobile (symbian OS with default FlashLite 2.1). Video is obviously embedded in FlashLite 2.1 and was originally in *.3gp format.
Can you please help me where I am going wrong or what am I missing ?

Flash Lite Mobile Deployment

Hi
New to authoring in Flash CS3 Pro and Flash Lite, I would
appreciate information about deploying a Flash Lite 2x SWF from my
web site to an end user's cell phone. This would assume that the
cell phone would have a Flash Lite 2.1 player installed, therefore
able to view Flash.
I've heard of WAP but am not knowledgeable about its use,
other than to know that some of the free WAP server side programs
like Wap2Go require the ability to use PHP on the web site. My site
uses a Windows server (IIS, version 5) and the ISP does not allow
PHP, instead requiring scripting in ASP. I'm not familiar with ASP,
so, the best arrangement for deploying from my site would be to not
need WAP.
Can most Flash Lite enabled cell phones simply download a SWF
file from a site without need for WAP? Or will deplying Flash to
cell phones depend on getting WAP to work on my site. (I think that
Brew will be too costly an option for me since expenses begin at
$400 and these files are planned as give-away's.)
Any ideas, information will be appreciated.

I think flash lite 1.0 and 1.1 support this feature. you can
check it with adobe cs3 device central.
When you select flash lite 1.0 and 1.1 and wallpaper option.
you will get the list of handset .
In other case like flash lite 2.0 2.1 and 3.0 when you select
wallpaper all device list will be disable.

How to install flash lite on mobiles with no flash player?

I am developing flash multimedia package for mobiles and the target audience use variety of handsets.. older Nokia phones support Flash Lite 1.1 so i dont have problems with that..There are new handsets like Samsung B5722 which do not support flash...How do i go about it? Is there a solution to make my application platform independent?
