Hi,Goto SE16 table and give table name NAST and then give out put device(field name-LDEST) and the execute afetr out put you can see out type in the field "message type"(KSCHL)

Please check that the billing document may be using different logo and which may not be avilable or not fitting in the window. (May be graphic is over flowing the window dimensions)

Hi,
You can ask your functional person to make a payment to a vendor which will then issue a check. You can use the same payment run in program RFFOUS_C and create new checks by voiding the previous check number with a void reason code.
You can do this as many times as you want and test your check output.

Formatting printer output for dotmatrix printer

Hi Experts,
i'm trying to format the output of the EPSON LQ-870 dot matrix printer to print the output in the paper size height 280 mm & width 210 mm.The device type i used for my output device is EPESCP2.For the first page the header and line items are coming correctly.But for the second page onwards, there is some space is coming between each line items.In third page,the header is coming little bit down from the required location.My page size is little bit less than the normal A4 size.How to rectify this?

I created a condition table '550 - Shipping point/plant'. Then I created an access sequence 'ZSH1' and assigned this condition table 550 to it.
In the output determination procedure, the procedure 'V10000 - Header output' has the condition type PL02 - BOL: Single Delivery assigned to it.
The assignments look like:
Step       Counter         Cond Type
10               1                LD00     Delivery Note
20               2                PL00     Packing list
30               3                PL01     Planning Slip
40               4                PL02     BOL: Single Delivery
In Assign output procedures, the entry corresponding to delivery type 'LF' is:
Del Type                O/P procedure                       O/P Type
LF Delivery                    V10000 Header Output             LD00Delivery Note
When I try to enter a new condition record using VV21, it does not show up this key combination 'Shipping point/Plant'.
Can someone tell me if I am missing some customization?

Validation of data in editable ALV report output for particular field

Hi Experts,
I have one input enabled field in ALV output. How to validate the data once user enters in that field and press enter? Is it possible to capture the value, hit the enter after user enters the data?

1 First you should registeer the ENTER Event.
call method g_grid->register_edit_event
               exporting
                  i_event_id = cl_gui_alv_grid=>mc_evt_enter.
2 Declare event handler method for Event data_changed of cl_gui_alv_grid.
handle_data_changed
         for event data_changed of cl_gui_alv_grid
             importing er_data_changed.
3 Inside the Event handler method , you get the event parameter er_data_changed type ref to CL_ALV_CHANGED_DATA_PROTOCOL.
loop at er_data_changed->mt_good_cells into ls_good.
      case ls_good-fieldname.
        when 'FIELD1'.
          call method check_FIELD1.
        when 'FIELD2 '.
          call method check_FIELD2
      endcase.
    endloop.
4 Inside the Method check_FIELD1 and check_FIELD2 you can do the validation check .
call method er_data_changed->get_cell_value( Passing the row no and field name).
if the check fails you can use add_protocol_entry to write the error.
5 Finally call
er_data_changed->display_protocol.

Format-number,decimal not giving desired output for PO Print report XSL-FO

My requirement was to get the Unit price in european format which is 10.000,00
Iam getting it as 10000,00 but the client needs the thousand's seperator.
if have used the decimal seperator but iam getting the Unit Price value as 'NAN' when i submit it for an international language like Italian or Spanish
This is what i have done
set the decimal format
<xsl:decimal-format name="euro" decimal-separator="," grouping-separator="."/>
<xsl:value-of select="format-number(UNIT_PRICE, '#.###,####', 'euro')"/>
This gives the desired output when i select the US language.
While submitting through the conc request
If i change the Numeric char to '.,' by clickin on Language settings..It works great
I have tried to use the replace function but the syntax is not correct
format-number(replace('UNIT_PRICE',',','.'), '#.###.###.###,####', 'euro')
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Lock a tcode for particular user

Hi Experts
i need to lock few transaction for particular users only. we have n number of roles and the transactions have been assigned to some tcodes to be reasticted for a list of users. is there any method or program to built to restrict the users for few tcodes.is there any more query pl trigger me

as you said if i start creating roles to restrict some users then there atleast 25 tcodes are there to restrict and 120 roles are to be analyzed and the job becomes hefty by creating roles and there will too many number of roles and it becomes confusion in future forecast. there fore i nedd any suggestion like that the userscan be restricted when they are trying to access that particular code or lock the screen or inform them to not access these tcodes thro some message or writing a program to restrict the users while the user exits. i have an idea but i dont know how it will work - ( I am not a ABAPER) there should be tcode or program which should list tcodes authorized for particular users and where they can be locked like SM01 ( but it will lock for all) but locking for particular users
Am i more advanced??

IW32- order-print is giving error for particular User and output type. Debugging authorization restricted on the system, hence I canu2019t trace out the problem. If anybody comes across such issues, please reply to the post.

table TNAPN contains the Output Control: Output By Partner Function information..
select KSCHL '' output type
from tnapn

where KAPPL = 'EF' " application Purchase Order
and NACHA = 1 . " transmission medium for print output
gives the list of 'Output Types' for application Purchase Order and for transmission medium -print output.

WMTA is special msg and doesn't create any print: so you can't find a sapscript or smartform to link to it.
WMTA is a message for delivery, so you can find it by NACE trx or TNAPR table (It's the same): infact here it can find only all messages of logistic modules (SD & MM).
The routine ENTRY of RLAUTA20 is called by WMTA and creates a Transfer Order (for WM, Warehouse Management, module), so if you need to create a print for that msg you need to change prg RLAUTA20,

I want to configure the Picking list(PL) output type,a smart form for PL but there should be an output type to print*.
i have assign the out type to shipping point in t.code ovlt .i have created picking list in t.code nact. i created sales order and delivery. i have check my picking list in ovl2n change mode picking out put is available in extra-picking output. i have checked my picking out put for smart form in systems-service-output control if i execute it show like no data to list. no spool request number has generated there.
so were i have to check picking list preview for smart form . is spool request number is necessary.plz help me to view preview of picking list.or plz say the steps to configure this to preview.

Go to Nace .The application for Goods Issues is
ME - Inventory Management -> select and click on output types ->select wa03 output type and click on processing routines here you can find the form name and the driver program name.So while printing select wa03 as the output type.

Yes, that can be done. But note that all administrators will have the same right to print, so you need to make sure the users are not administrators. You can include a macro to disable printing, but if the users disable macro, they can print the documents.
Hence, there is no foolproof way to prevent printing documents. If you still need a foolproof security, PDF format provides password based security (viewing doesn't require a password) that can be implemented to prevent the document from printing,
which doesn't require any special scripts and is tough.

Output Type assigning for GR Print out

Hi,
As after cresting of GR through MB01 or MIGO we are taking GR print out with T. Code MB90 in this we are entering only GR No. and Yaer and the print out is coming re. to Output type WE03 even though we are keepint output type filed blank on the selection screen of MB90 .
I want to confirm the required setting for How this can be set as defalut output type WE03, WE02 etc..

Hi,
In MN21 you matain condtion record for specific access sequence.
Like plant/material/stor loc level or something different as per your requirement.
If you maintain 2 diff. condtion types like WE01 and WE03 for same combination then system will trigger output for both in MB90 transaction if you do not give condtion type in selection screeen.

Restrict Output for Fax and Print in Sales Order

Hi,
I am having a sales order output with two output types - Fax and Print. I need to restrict one page "Terms & Conditions" to be printed only once when I select the output type as FAX. But if the output type is PRINT, I have to print the page "Terms & Conditions" after every page i.e in even numbers since it is getting printed on both sides of the paper.
Can anyone help me on this.
