List of Released Sales order USER ID'S wise Report

Hi,
      Where can i get List of Released Sales order.The problem is we have 3 user ID's to release orders.So i need user ID's wise release orders report.In VKM2 its not working even if i give credit representative group.Thanks in advance.

It will list out the Sales Orders, along with Created by and Created On..and many more informations*.
(You may group your Sales Doc. Result, based upon Transaction Group as "0 - Sales Doc." and Dcoument Category as "C - Sales Order").

  • List of released sales orders which were blocked during credit management

    If sales order is blocked during credit management, then it is released by Authorised person using VKM3 Tcode. Further if we want to see list of released documents, VKM2 shows the same. However VKM2 does not shows the released documents once that are billed (using VF01). Suppose post billing one wants to see how many orders were released during specific period, how it can be seen. Is there any transaction code to see such records.

    You can use V.23 to view the report. The report will show you what sales order is ready for release for billing.

    Hi Experts,
    My client is given few sales orders (around 4)no and requesting us, to prepare the credit block released sales orders report (include released person user ID).
    *.No change logs is existing for all sales order and deliveries.
    For above requirement I am using CDHDR table data but I am not getting credit block released sales order report.
    Below fields I am using in CDHDR Table.
    Change doc.Object (objectclas) : VERKBELEG
    Document No (CHANGENR): Sales order no XXXXXXX
    Transaction no (TCODE) : VKM1,VKM2,VKM3
    Date(UDATE) : 25.09.2011 to 09.11.2011

    Try this, simple report... Here we check the new value of credit  status field VBUK-CMGST and if it is 'D' we know that someone used VKM* transaction to release the document. Also you need to format the sales order number with leading zeros so it occupies all 10 digits and pass it to CDHDR-OBJECTID field (and not CHANGENR field). In the below code I am using select option for sales order number, so I know it will be formatted with leading zeros and so select on CDHDR will be successful.

    Involved program components
    System modifications for sales document processing affect different areas. Depending on the modification, you make the changes in the program components provided:
    MV45ATZZ
    For entering metadata for sales document processing. User-specific metadata must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AOZZ
    For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing which are called up by the screen and run under PBO (Process Before Output) prior to output of the screen. The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AIZZ
    For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing. These are called up by the screen and run under PAI (Process After Input) after data input (for example, data validation). The modules must start with "ZZ".

    Fields which are also to be included in the sales document for a specific installation should be included on the Include screens for maintaining. If an application-specific check module is needed for the fields, this can be included in the Include MV45AIZZ. The module is called up in the processing logic of the Include screens.
    For field transports, you do not have to make changes or adjustments.
    Example
    A new field, VBAK-ZZKUN, should be included in table VBAK.
    If the check is defined via the Dictionary (fixed values or check table) the field must be included with the fullscreen editor in the Include screen SAPMV45A 8309. In this case, no change has to be made to the processing logic.

  • Release Sales Order form not functioning occasionally..

    Hi All,
    I regularly perform 'Launch Pck Release' for an order from Relaes Sales Order Screen in shipping. But some times I am not able to perform this transaction from this form. I have to navigate to 'Shipping Transaction' form and Launch Pick Release every single line.
    This does not happen regularly and happens occasionally. There is no particular issue with Order Type or Part number. Please help me on identifying the cause of the issue.

    Shipping Transaction Form is basically used to move material from staging area to customer site..
    Your 2nd question is : Pick Release can be done from both the forms.What is the difference.??
    Through Pick release form you can do pick release where you don't need any grants... and to do the same through Shipping Transaction form you need to have access rights to do ship confirm and pick release.. In other words, Through Shipping Transaction form you can restrict/allow user to do pick release where as in Pick release form no such restrictions are there..
    Shipping Transaction form is basically a combo package :) through which you can control Pick release, Ship confirm, Delivery etc..
    For the Grants and Role you can check details under : Setup --> Grants and Role Definitions --> check Grants & Define Roles form..
    Roles form will let you what are the actvities can be done and can be assigned to users..

    How ever , you will not get the requirement date oir requested delivery date here .You can get only Document date or creation date .

    The above field are similiar kind of report .But I feel you have to keep two opetion one will be Open Sales Order and other All the sales order .Discuss with your abaper in this regard in line with VA05N and VA05

  • List of blocked sales orders

    Dear Gurus,
      Do we have any standard transactions to find list of blocked sales orders for different reason.I  checked we have only for credit management the transaction code  is :VKM3 & For back order  processing  we have  transaction code : V_RA &  can we use the same transaction codes for different kind  of blocked sales orders for various reasons (  ex: Blocked for free of charge delivery , poor qualiy of goods ,political reasons , bottle necks   etc reasons )

    Dear Venkat,
    If I'm right the issue is that you want to display all those documents whose credit limit is zero.
    You can get all the list through vkm3  and sort it in ascending order.
    For sorting click the cursor on the credit value column and use sort buttons available in application tool bar.

  • VKM1 - Release Sales Orders - Job schedueling

    I have maintain automatic credit control for same of the sales documents (the control at the moment checks a review date that should not be in the past, from FD32. If it is in the past it blocks the sales order)
    In the meanwhile, I have maintain a job that runs once a day and releases sales orders if there has been any change in the FD32 of the customer concerning the review date. If there is no change the sales order remains blocked.
    There are though some cases of sales orders that the sales manager regardless of the review date wants to release them. He enters the vkm1 and releases them.
    Up to this point everything is perfect.
    If the sales orders that are released by sales manager using the vkm1 became delivery or invoice before the job schedueling runs there is no problem. If for any reason the sales orders are released by the manager using vkm1 but the next function (delivery or invoice) happens after the job schedueling has run again, the sales order becomes blocked again.
    Is there a way that if the sales order is released by the manager using vkm1 not to become blocked again if the job runs again (so as not to have to release the same sales order more than once)

    Client requ: List of no of open sales orders?
    I used T.code: VA05, given date range as desired and selected radio button as OPEN SALES ORDERS. I got huge list of sales orders with line item wise. say for example in a sales order 100 line items, in the report i got line item wise. But client wants no of open sales orders ony, not by line item wise. So I converted into XLS and did it.
    Is there any way to find out no of open sales orders thru Table. (Like sales orders created - go to SE 16 (VBAK) , you get no of sales orders created)
    Please suggest me way out to find the same.

    Hi,
    I can recommend you another solution (is what I'm doing usually ...) - I'm extracting the data in Excel and here I can do anything anything I want with the data (in your case I will run a pivot table on the resulting table with the sales orders no)
    In this case (transaction VA05) option to extract data using XXL Viewer from ALV grid was deactivated; I really don't know what was the reason ...
    You can still use the second option - to use Excel In-place. For this, after running your report go to Settings -> Layouts -> Current ... (in the menu).
    Go to "View" page.
    Here select "Excel" option.
    A list of available excel templates should be displayed (if they are made available by your basis).
    Select one of them and press OK.
    If everything is OK you should see your report open directly in your GUI as Excel.

    We have a requirement where we want to do month to date tracking of sales orders in DP compared with the forecast. We have three important characteristics in DP at which we want the data to be released - Product, Location and Customer. Is there a way to release Sales Order data from SNP to DP at such a detailed level ? A product at a location could have sales orders from multiple customers.

    why would you want to send Sales Orders from SNP to DP
    Why not load it into DP planning area through a cube in the DW workbench directly
    As far as i know you can only trasfer from SNP to DP in Product Location (or similar characterstic Level) 
    DP to SNP demand transfer can use descriptive characteristics but dont think you can do it in reverse
