Open the Workflow builder and connect to one of the instance where you want to see all the available workflows.
But, this approach will give you all the workflows available on the instance instead of standard :-(

i explain my need :
i want to have the list of standard workflow processes defined for functions in HRSS.
So i want to know if they are saved in a system table, if it is the case, which program i must execute to have the result..
i read in this manual "Oracle Self-Service Human Resouces Deploy Self-Service Capability Guide" Chapter 4 that :
" SSHR uses workflow processes to combine related functions into a single transaction (for example, to add Special Information Types to Change Assignment or to Personal Information). and to control the transaction flow between the initiating user and other users such as a manager, an HR professional, or an applicant.
You use the Workflow Builder to look at the delivered processes which have been designed to support typical business processes."
i want to know which business processes are supported by SSHR.

A list of standard workflows scenarios within SD

okay, i finally am able to understand the concept of workflows. however, i was trying to find a list of standard workflow scenarios that one can use within SD, actual scenarios, not just an example or 2. my client wants to implement workflows but doesn't care where, he wants to implement the standard scenarios wherever they might be used. anyone got a list of these scenarios? thanks a bunch!

I think you can find it yourself from
SWO1->Business Object Repository->All Objects->Enter->Select the HR Related Modules(Like Personnel Managemnt,Payroll etc.)

Custom versus standard workflows

Hello All,
I would like to know how do we come to know whether a workflow is standard or custom workflow.
I.e I would like to list the list of Standard workflows versus list of custom workflows. (There exists some table like WF_ITEM_TYPES).
Also how can we know list of standard workflows which were customized.
Please let me know.

Hi,
The easiest way to tell whether an item type has been customized or not would be to use a simple text comparison tool. Download the item type from the database and save it. Then open the original .wft file that ships with the product and compare the two files.

No offense taken...no need to say sorry. I have never had to implement training and events, so no first hand experience there. As for the time and/or leave related ones though, I have never seen them used "out-of-the-box". Again, that's just my experience with probably 7-8 ESS projects since around 2000 or so. Lastly, many clients I have had either (a) don't like workflow, so remove it (b) don't have knowledge in workflow or resources for it, so they drop it out. But even in reading (SAP books, posts on the internet, presentations, etc), I have always seem them referred to as "skeleton" workflows to be further fleshed out. Interesting that your experience is much different.

Problem in standard workflow of claims in ESS

Hi ,
I am functional consultant and I am facing problem in standard workflow of claims WS18900023 .
When approver clicks on approve button it gives message that ' Validation is succesful 'and it does not get approved.
When approver clicks on Approve button it should say that request has been approved and that workiten should go from his inbox but this is not happening .That workitem still shows in his inbox with same status of to be approved .
Kinldy help in resolving this issue .

Hi Archana,
I assue that you have activated the BADI GET_NEXT_APPROVER.
Follow these steps.
=> Request for claims from portal.
=> Then in SAP run the T-code HRPBSIN_AC_ACRP and check the request status. It should show as To Be Approved.
=> Then logon as manager and approve the request from UWL.
=> Now agian in SAP run the T-code HRPBSIN_AC_ACRP and check the request status. It should show as Approved. ( If your maintaining Multi level approval process status will be Partially Approved).
=> Once it shows status Approved, Run the T-code HRPBSIN_AC_INFU, it will show the list of requests to be update in IT0015.

SAP Audit Management - standard workflow available for the audit component?

Is there any standard workflow setup available in SAP for any of the audit components, as part of Audit Management?
I tried doing a Where-Used list for BO's BUS20300 and BUS20350, but could not find any workflow templates or tasks.

We dont have any standard workflow templates for SAP AM. You can also verify it under PLM_AUDIT package-business engineering.
We delegated the AM BOs and developed custom workflows to achieve our functionality.

Standard Workflow for implementation of MSS Business Package 1.41 EP 7.0

Tht's correct because update is a cumulative one. When you worked on ESS 1.0, it had single folder as you mentioned but when you upgrade to EHP4, it also included portal content for updates in b/w i.e. EHP2 and EHP3. You'll notice that roles/worksets are all the same that were used earlier and only the iview/pages that are affected/added in each ehp upgrade are listed under that corresponding ehp folder.

Standard workflows available in the system for FI Scenarios

Hi,
Could anyone please let me know what all standard workflows available in SAP ECC6.0 for FI scenarios. I am not able to find much workflows for FI in ECC6.0. Could anyone help me pls.

Go to transaction Code PFTC and give a F4 and you can get all the list of standard wflows.
You can also checkj from Tcode
SWO1-> Business Object Respository->All Object Types-> You get BO according to your Module click on the respective BO and do a where used list->Select Tasks.

List of OM workflows

Iu2019m new to SAP landscape and we just started our blueprint phase. Iu2019m looking for a list of standard/out-of-the box delivered workflows in OM (Org Management) u2013 we will be implementing ECC 6. Can someone point me to a good resource where I can find this list of workflows or any related information?

You could start by searching the forum on how to find the standard workflows. I will give you a hint, it has to do with transaction PFTC and the input help. Also a good source of information is SAPHelp. But keep in mind that most of the standard workflows will not suffice, they can be used as a starting point and then copied and changed according to the customer wishes.

How to activate the standard workflow :ws10000051

    here is my problem:
    I want to activate the standard workflow for document parking :ws10000051 .
     I have already activate the event type linkage in SWE2.
    And then , i maintian obwa , obwj , obwb, obwc, obwd.obwe,obwf.
     In obwa,i choose posting release , subworkflow is ws10000055.
    In obwe, Swf amnt rel is ws10000052.
    In obwf , the org object is the position cfo (myself), before i assign this ,i create a position in ppoce.
   But, when i use f-65 to park a document , i can't receive any workflow in sbwp. I also find "the status of Document Parking (Frame), Parallel is error " in my outbox.
   Can anyone tell me the reason ?

    you are right . when i check swel ,i found ws10000051 : evnet put in the queue . more detail message said :The OPEN_DI of BTE 00002214 could not determine any function modules.
when i check the workflow log (view with technical details), the activity :' determine subworkflow for amount release of document etermine subworkflow for amount release of docu ' status error . the message said :error in workflow customizing for document parkig (transaction obwe).
i don't understand this , because i have already maintian obwe. i made a new entry,like this:
wrkf :1000   (workflow name)
apth: 1000   (workflow approval path)
ammont to : 9999999
crcy: eur
wsf amnt rel :ws10000052
so ,could you tell me more details about this problem ,

Go to transaction code SAP1, this will show all the reports functional area-wise.
For purchasing reports : Go to Material management --> Purchasing
For Inventory management reports : Go to Material management --> Inventory management

Unable to retrieve the list of Standard Reports

Hi,
User needs an aging report in PW90 paper but gets an error message when clicking on to the report tab once logged into SAP portal.
Error message:
Unable to retrieve the list of Standard Reports. Please call the Help Desk to report the problem. Error encountered while connecting to R/3. java.lang.NullPointerException.
I checked the java support in Internet explorer and deleted the cookies and temporary files but he kept having the same issue.
Please Help on this !!
