Hi all,
I want to find the list of transactions executed in the last one year in my IDES system. Also, i want to find how many times these transactions got executed in the last one year.
I already saw, ST03 and ST03N tcodes. But im not able to see the correct result there.
Could anyone tell me whether SM21 or ST03N tcode will be useful for finding the total number of transactions get executed in the last one year and the number of times these got executed..
If anyone of this useful for my exact requirement, then what are all the correct inputs need to be passed to these transaction?
When i see the MONI table, i find that it gets stored with some cluster key. How the data from this table will be usefiul for my requirement?
Or, is there any standard reports available for finding this count?

I have few more clarifications in this.
When i click the "Standard" transaction profile, it shows a list of dialog pgms and the number of steps. But this count is different from the count which i get it from "Early Watch".
For example, the "Standard" didn't display the SE38 transaction code for a specific week which i selected. Whereas, "Early watch" displays the SE38 transaction.
So, which count is correct actually?. What do "standard" and "Early watch" represent?
Also, i executed a Z transaction today(13.03.2009). But im not able to select today (No application server is avaliable to select for today's date). So how can i check what are all the transactions executed today and how many times this Z transaction executed today, from this transaction.
Please help me...

Help with a numbers formula to call up employee schedules for a particular day / hour of day

So my goal is to be able to use a drop-down menu on Sheet-1 with "day of week" and a 2nd one with "hour of day" to pull up a list of employees working on a particular day at a particular time.
So far I've got Sheet-1 where the magic will happen
Sheet 2-8 are different days of the week each displaying an employees hourly schedule and what hours of the day it corresponds with

Here is another approach that takes advantage of the Numbers 3 native filtering interface.
Have a simple data input table like this (no formulas) and set up a filter as shown:
When the filter box is checked the list shrinks to show employees working on Monday at 10a:
Typing new values into the filter rule boxes changes the results instantly.
And if you have the data input table arranged as shown, you can not only filter it but you can easily view it in multiple ways.
Here's Monday:
The one formula in the table, in B2 copied right and down, is:
=IF(COUNTIFS(Hours Input::$A,$A2,Hours Input::$B,$A$1,Hours Input::$C,B$1)>0,"x","")
And here's A's schedule:
The formula in B2, copied right and down, is:
=IF(COUNTIFS(Hours Input::$A,$A$1,Hours Input::$B,$A2,Hours Input::$C,B$1)>0,"x","")

How to find list of transactions for a given component

Is there any table that holds information about transactions.
My requirement is to retrieve all transactions for a particular component.e.g. list fo transactions for SD or MM.
I am into java and have need to develop a program to retrieve teh above information using sap jco.
Hence if there is any RFC or table holding this info please let me know.

Let me explain this witha na example.
Let us assume that one developer received a requirement on Material Management Module.
(Create Material)
Step1:
Go to the Transaction Code : SDMO.
Step2 :
Execute SDMO Tcode from SE93 or Press /nSDMO
Step3:
It will prompts for you a Dynamic menu with text box.
Step3 :
Enter your required description in that text box and press F8 or press execute button.
Here Iu2019m entering u201CMaterialu201D as description and pressing F8.
Step5 :
We will get the list of Transaction Codes associated with the description u201CMaterialu201D as Follows.
Step6 :
In the above list, we will get all Transaction Codes associated with the description u201CMaterialu201D
Search for your required transaction code based on your need.
Suppose if our requirement is to create a material then search with the word u201Ccreateu201D in the above list.
Step7 :
It will gives you the sub list of Transaction codes associated with Material and Create search terms
Step6 :
In the above list, we will get all Transaction Codes associated with the description u201CMaterialu201D
Search for your required transaction code based on your need.
Suppose if our requirement is to create a material then search with the word u201Ccreateu201D in the above list.
Step7 :
It will gives you the sub list of Transaction codes associated with Material and Create search terms.
Step8 :
If you observe the list, we got many Transaction Codes including
MM01 u2013 Create Material in the Sub list.
In this way we will get the required Transaction Code using the description only.
This is applicable to any module.

Posting not to be allowed on a particular day

Hi,
Can I restrict the posting for a particular day? For eg. we want to restrict the users to post any transaction with posting date 15-Aug or 26-Jan. Can I do that? If yes, please advice how?
To my knowledge I can open & close the posting period for a month only and not for a particular day.

Hi,
If your periods are managed by months, then indeed you cannot do it with period closure. You can achieve this requirement via validation instead (OB28).

How to find the transaction code for the particular program or include

Dear All,
Please help me on this queary.
1) How to find what is the transaction assigned for the particular Report
2) How to find the particular include is used in which programs and also transaction codes
I have one ZProgram that contains only includes no selection screen, I have to find where this program is used, in that one include is ther I would like to know in which program and in which transaction that is used,
They have given ME9F, ME21N/22n, wheren this includle is calling.
Please kinely help on this.

1. you can find the transaction for your report by opening in se80. On the left side window it will show the transaction if there is any.
2. to find in which programs particular inclue is called , just open include in se38 and press where used list icon. in the pop up window select programs.

Transaction EXECUTE is unknown - in Transaction Launcher

Hello All,
We are on CRM 4.0 using IC Web Client.Our requirement is to pull R/3 Sales Order using Transaction Launcher.I confured TL and created a link(List of Sales Orders) on the Navigation Bar. When I click on the Link it is asking a R/3 Login and after logging in, it says "Transaction EXECUTE is unknown". Then I need to type in the TCode VA05 to open the sales orders.
What am I missing in the confiuration to automatically open the TCode VA05 without giving the login name and password?

I need to develop a report to view all the Roles and Transactions assinged to a particular user along with the Authorization values. So, if provide the Username, the report should be able to give Roles, Transaction Codes and the fields and thier authorization values for that TCodes..

Try this FM once - SUSR_USERS_LIST_ALV . It provides a list with Roles, Profiles, and also a detail button to check the authorization values etc.
Also try this FM - SUSR_USER_DISPLAY_WITH_AUTHS, SUSR_USER_AUTH_FOR_OBJ_GET , SUSR_USER_DISPLAY_WITH_S_TCODE

The dba_objects view has a column "CREATED" which can be used to get the list of object created on a specific day.

Stock for the particular day - Unrestricted, Blocked, Quality Inspection

Hi,
There is a standard transaction MMBE, where we can see the current stock values with all specifications like unrestricted stock, blocked stock, reserved stock, quality inspection stock....etc.,
in the same way I would like to have the stock of the material for the particular day.
Is there any standard transaction available?
If it is not available, please let me know how to arrive the stock(Logic) to prepare a report for that.

Hello,
MB5B gives you the opening & closing stock on a particular date. But i dont think it gives you the detailed breakdown of the stock (viz., Unrestricted, Blocked, Quality Inspection). Correct me if ia m wrong.
@OP: FYI the current stock (period-wise) is stored in the tables MARD & MCHB. But none of these give you the current day stocks.

IPad iOS7 Select a particular day from month view?

When I open my calendar in month view, in the past (iOS6) I was able to double tap on a particular day and that day view would show up. Ever since the update to iOS7, I am not able to do that. When I hit day view, it seems to send me to a random day, or sometimes today, and then I have to scroll all the way over to the day I wanted, which could be months away. Is this an issue with everyone or is there something I am not doing correctly? Thanks!

I tried restarting it and there is no change. I did already notice that I can hold down and add an event to a day if I wish. I use my calendar constantly for work, so what I would be trying to do is looking ahead in month view to schedule an appointment, or just view appointments. Each day I can have as many as 5 or 6 appointments listed, so not all of the events will show up. So it was easy for me before to just double tap that day to see the full list of appointments. Thanks all for responses so far. Am I correct in assuming that no one can do this anymore with the update?

Vendor Balance on a particular Day

I need to get the vendor balance on a particular day.
I need to develop a new report for calculating the vendor balances on a particular day.
How can i do this using BSIK and BSAK table. What logic can be used to calculate the balance for a particular vendor.
I need to give the specs to the ABAPer.

Hi,
If you want vendor balance on a particular day.
Refer Table BSIS and BSAK and select field LIFNR and combine the vendor from BSAK and BSIK.
And take the total as of Posting date or Document Date ( BUDAT or BLDAT).
Along with Clearing date ( AUGDT) and Clearing Document(AUGBL) from BSAK table to differentitate the Open item and Cleared item.
And sum up the total based on posting Date.

Stock on a particular day

Hii this is Srikanth, i am working in a product based company, so i need a report details of "Stock on a particular day".
Because, my boss needs, if u give u date he need to get for that day stock for plant wise.
for this he is going to enter i.e, input fields, material, date, item group and item code.
He need out put fields like this, Item code, item description, unit of measure and quantity. Plz give the solution for this.

As ABAP'er you should be knowing the coding.
You need to kn ow the Tables to find those fileds which need to display in output. First try to get the Table names from your Functionla Consultant.
