List output for LSMW

Hi all,
I have a recuirment to create a LSMW and i need to list output as the summary section with the following details.
Report run by :
Report date :
totla number of records uploaded:
total number of records successfully loaded
total number of records erroreouns :
Is this possible to do in the LSMW or can anyone give your approach to goahead with this type of scenario.

yes and no.
You can certainly add info about the user and the date.
you can do this with small coding at processing time END_OF_PROCESSING
You cannot give any info about :
totla number of records uploaded:
total number of records successfully loaded
total number of records erroreouns :
Because the only place you can add your own coding is the conversion program (fieldmapping and migration rules), this is long before you actually post the records to the data base.
LSMW is a cockpit for migration. Once you have created the batch input, you can leave LSMW and process the batch input in SM35. once you created the IDOCs, you can go to BD87 to process it. This is not really a natural part of LSMW, LSMW uses and combines standard processes that existed already long before LSMW.

Pls be more specific in your question. If you want to include an extra field in your alv output, then read the field catalog table you created through "Reuse_alv_fieldcatalog_merge" and then add an extra entry in it giving the details of the field you want to add.. and then call the "resuse_alv_grid_display",

List Output Default for F.01

Before the ECC upgrade the default selection for List Output was ALV grid control.
After the ECC upgrade the default selection for List Output is Classical list.
We would like to change the default back to ALV grid control and would greatly appreciated instructions for doing so.

Please go to Line items tab in T. code FB00 and Change the Setting from "ALV classic list" to "ALV grid control".

Hi Mohammed,
are you referring to the PO box in the sales order ? If yes, check with your driver program for the script output, there must be some condition which makes the shipping address print or not in the presence of PO box. You can know the script program by going to NACE t.code for the delivery output conditon LD00 in application V2 which is for shipping. Now coming to the availability of a change mode in your quality server, check with the basis team if you have authorization to go in the change mode or not.

EK00 - Output for picking list

Hi, can anyone advise where we can assign picking list output 'EK00' to an output device? My output is not proposing in the delivery order even though i've setup against the shipping point. I am suspecting it's bcos of output device.

1. First assign your Output type EK00 to the shipping point(Enterprise Structure - Definition of Shipping point), also maintain the time and medium.
2. Use TCode V/38, to maintain the condition type EK00, maintain the time,print parameters and transmission medium.
Also assign the processing routines Prog: RVADEK1,Form Routine: ENTRY, Form:SD_PICK_SINGLE
3. Mainatain the print parameters for shipping pt using TCOde VL01SHP.

The Problem is with the layout and not with the field cat preparation.
I gave colours to the layout and now i have changed it to the zebra and the problem solved by me.

How to take Picking list output in VL70 for the outbound deliveries picked through transfer Orde(WM).
Generally, we ll genreate picking list in VL70 directly giving from the outbound delivery. Then , system wll confirm the Picked quantities along with the Print out in deliveries as per the configuration done in OVLT..
In this case , how to take the Picking list in VL70 ? Pls give your advice on this..

Set Printer for List Output

Is there any way to set a default printer in the program for printing the list output?

Hi,
When you get the list output .
click on print button to print it. A dialog box will come.
In that dialog box, there will be settings button . when you click on this button, you will get many options and the value of those options that can be set defualt for that report output.
In that there is s option of printer , select that option and enter a value and then set that as default.

Output for picking list

hai every body
iam trying to configure the output type for picking list,i have done the condition technique and also maintained condition record.i have assigned that output type to the shipping point also but when i select the output for picking from delivery it is showing in display mode,the system is not letting me to assign the output type in that screen.
what is the problem i a have done pl tell the procedure if any body knows.

Hi Rajesh
From Release 4.5A, the system does no longer display the actions for SD picking in the implementation guide.
If you want to use the picking list according to the "old" procedure, you can maintain the list as follows:
o Carry out Transaction V/38 to maintain the output types.
o Carry out Transaction OVLT to assign the picking list types to the
shipping points.
o Carry out Transaction V/53 to assign the picking lists to own
forms and programs.
Picking Output Type is determined in transaction v/23. Though You can have one per shipping point unfortunately. If more flexibility is needed, one can use delivery output or lean WM and transfer order output.
Ensure that "Multiple issuing" check box in v/34 is switched off for the corresponding output type.

How to call the XML Publisher Report thro Standard PO Output for Comm.

We need to call our custom report(XML Publisher Report) from the standard PO Output for Communication Report.
There is a parameter(Purchase Order Layout) in PO Output for Communication in which we can see no. of standard reports. We want to add our custom report in that list so that when we will run this standard report by selecting our custom report for Purchase Order Layout parameter, we should get the output as per our Custom report.
Since PO Output for Communication is a Java Concurrent Program, we are not able to place our custom report in the list of Purchase Order layout Parameter.

and few record are displaying as right alignment.
