List to view not moved items

is it possible to view the non movable items in the store. for example in walmart, they used to have many materials available in their shops. how can they find the list of materials that has not been saled or not moved from one store to another(stagnent). how to find the list of all materials that are not moved for a period of time. can we do that using cyclic counting

MC46 and MC50 are the standard Trasactions and there is no customization involved in doing mc46 and mc50.
If you want to change somthing in this report as per your requirement, you have to take help from your Technical consultant to dovelop the report.

List Tile View not working with include rule on iOS?

hi Expert,
I used the List Tile View with include rule in Agentry 6.0 on WinCE before to generate "selected" object list upon different conditions, e.g., assigning tasks based on scenarios.
Currently, I am experimenting the same function on iOS tablet.
On the start screen which is a detailed screen for main object, there is a List Tile View and an include rule. However, the objects in the tile list are not updated correctly when the output of the rule changes. Note that the same include rule works perfectly with a List View for the same collection.
To my observation, the problem seems to associated with "update" of the tiles when result of include rule changes. For example, in scenario 1, there are 5 objects in the list; switching to scenario 2, there are 10 objects. From the No.6 to No.10, the objects are correct. The No.1 to No.5 are still the original 5 objects for scenario 1.
When the user clicks on tiles, it makes the situation worse. Normally, a single object's tile will always be shown in the selected tile regardless which tile is selected from the list.
My development environment is 6.0.40 and the client is 6.0.40 on iPad (iOS 7.1). I would like to know whether this is a known issue before I provide more details.

In Agentry 6.0.40.1's release note, there is a fixed
AG-25821 iOS 7 refresh issue with iPad tile list
However, I currently have Agentry 6.0.42.1 on iPad (iOS 7.1.2). And my editor/server is 6.0.42.0. I still have the list tile view refreshing issue. The same rule can be used on list without any problem. But the list tile still has trouble on display the right set of objects.
My question is is that fix related to the problem I saw?

Ribbon List Tools Views Not Updating

Issue:
The list views on a page layout does not refresh the "Views" drop down list in the ribbon.
Version:
SharePoint 2010 Version 14.0.7106.5002
Steps to Recreate:
Create a new site collection using the "Publishing" template
Create 2 lists (Test 1 and Test 2)
Add a new view to each list (Test 1 -> View 1 and Test 2 -> View 2)
Create a page in the Pages library
Edit the page
Add the lists (Test 1 and Test 2) to any zone on the page
Save and close the page
Click anywhere inside the "Test 1" web part to enable the "List Tools" in the ribbon. Click on the views and note that you'll see "View 1" as you should.
Optional (Click anywhere outside of the webpart to clear the "List Tools" in the ribbon)
Click anywhere inside the "Test 2" web part to enable the "List Tools" in the ribbon. Note that the views shows "View 1" instead of "View 2".
Any help on this issue is appreciated. If you can't recreate this, please let me know what version of 2010 you are running to help figure out if this has already been fixed.
I have tested this in 2 separate environments. Both have the same issue.
Update:
I updated one of the environments to the latest (Dec 2014 CU), but the issue is still there in 14.0.7140.5000.

Appreciate your detailed information to reproduce the issue.
By following your steps, I tested the issue in SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and Office 365, and reproduced the exact behavior everywhere.
As my test, if you change the view of list in a webpart, the view will not refresh in the current page, and it will redirect to the relevant list. So to get different views of the list, I suggest you click the title of the webpart in current page to redirect
to the relevant list, and then change the view of current list via Ribbon.

Quarkxpress error code 257 item/content tool is not moving items

OS X 10.9.5
QuarkXpress 9.5.4.0
Problem is error code in Quark when you choose the content tool and try to move an item it does not work. Error code is (Unknown system error Quarkxpress exception 257)
This is in the console when starting quark and attempting to move an item.
ATSFontGetPostScriptName failed: error -984.
The function `CGSFlushWindow' is obsolete and will be removed in an upcoming update. Unfortunately, this application, or a library it uses, is using this obsolete function, and is thereby contributing to an overall degradation of system performance. Please use `CGSFlushWindowContentRegion' instead.
The error does not crash the program nor does anything pop up in my console other than this.

When you have kernel panics, the pertinent information is in the panic report.
These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ System Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of reports. A panic report has a name that begins with "Kernel" and ends in ".panic". Select the most recent one. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a panic, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.
In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report.
I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway.

Moving regions on a page not just items

Apparently you can arrange items/portlets within a region but cannot re-arrange regions within a page.
Given three regions: a,b,c is there any way to move region to the right of region [c]?

[b] [c]
Seems like only option is to split region [c] into [c] [d] then delete region [b] moving all its items to region [d] and manually copying all region properties of [b] onto [d]. If you have 3 regions on the right to move to the left then this becomes very time consuming and error prone if there are any custom forms or URLs within the portal that are referring to those region ids [e.g. hardcoded page/region ids].
Editing views: Graphic, Layout, List do have options to move/arrange items and split regions NOT moving a region.
When you end-up with multiple regions, some with tabs, it's not apparent how to add/move a region without re-creating the whole page.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jason
No real way to do this and save the region settings (maybe someone can prove me wrong). As you pointed out, you will need to create at least one new region, move the content into this region and update the region level settings. You should definitely avoid using hard coded URLs and instead use direct access URLs for linking to portal content.

Grouping customers and view customer open items list - Group wise

Hi.
I have some requirement from my client.
He says that he want to view customer open items list group wise.
In FBL5N we can give the selection of multiple customers. But he wants to group the specific customers and then view the open items for this group.
For example: Client has 10 customers and out of these customers he wants to select and group 5 customers. And then he want to view open items list for this group.
Can anyone help me how to group these specific customers in the total customers list. Also request you to provide me the option to view open items for this group of customers.

Hi Padmavathi,
It is possible. use Worklist for Customers.
Go to OB55 and define a Worklist for Customers, and mention the list of Customers that you want to see under that Worklist.
After this, when you to to FBL5N, you will get an option to select Worklist to run the list of open items.. and it would show open items of all customers that you have defined in your worklist.
Also note that you will have to go to FB00, tab Line Items, and tick Worklists available. This is at User Level, so only that user will be able to see the worklist in his FBL5N transaction code.

Item-level Permissions availabe in list advance setting not working.

Recently i had an requirement of maintaining item level permission. My requirement was that whenever an item is created in list, it should be created with uniqure permission. I know how to do it by writing
custom code, but i don't want to do it with any code as client doesn't need any dll etc. After explroring i found that there is an option available in List's advance setting. Following are the steps i followed:-
Go to List settting.
Go to Advance setting.
In advance setting we have "Item-level Permissions" as one of option. This option have two
sub options.
For Read Accesss
select "Read items that were created by the user"
For Create and Edit access select "Create items and edit items that were created by the user"
Save the above settings.
Below is the screen shot for above mentioned setting:
Expected behaviour from above setting are:
Users can create new items
User can view and edit items only those item that are created by them.
But i found there is not change in item level permission. All users can View and
Edit items created by other users. May i am
misunderstanding above setting or there is Bug in sharepoint. Please help me if any body have any idea about it.

Make sure that users have "Contribute" permission to the list, if the users have more permission at site level, then the list permission will be overridden by site permission.

After refreshing my Podcast list, some Podcasts with new episodes do not display the "Unplayed" blue dot.
If the podcast "folder" is expanded by clicking the triangle, the new episodes are shown with a "Unplayed" blue dot.
A new episode is shown in the My Podcast view, with the correct number of new episodes.
The new episodes are displayed in the All Unplayed view.
I've tried deleting all episodes and downloading new episodes from the iTunes Store.
I've tried Unsubscribing and deleting the podcast, then Subscribing again from the iTunes Store.
Neither attempt resolved the issue.
I've seen this issue for a while, and was disappointed to find no change with the iTunes 11.3.1.2 update.

it finally worked; got my Rush 24/7 downloaded, and it finally found my iPhone after switching from the USB 4 port Hub to a dedicated USB 2.0 slot on my laptop.

I have a Iphone 4, upgraded to ios 5 with itunes 10.5 Since doing upgarde to both Itunes and Iphone I am not able to add individual songs from my itunes library to my Iphone. I get a grey listing of the song and the sync symbo but it is not moving.

Enhancement view does not appear in my list of views

Cancelled project not moving to inactive items dashboard

Hi All,
I am having a small problem. I have recently imlemented a new project type in my system. For this new Project type, when i set the status of the project to cancelled, it is still appearing within the active items dashboard and not moving to the inactive items dashboard.
There are no problems for the other items in the same portfolio. I think that there is something that i am missing in customizing.
I checked the following node in SPRO.
SAP xRPM-> Global Customizing-> Portfolio Independant settings-> Define Portfolio Item Types-> (Selected my Item) -> Item Statuses.
Here i have 3 statuses defined (ZXX1 ZXX2 and ZXX3) and i have given the status group for them as Active, Cancelled and Closed Respectively. This is similar to the other Item Type that i have.
Could anyone please let me know if there is any other setting which makes my items appear in inactive item dashboard once i have set the project as Cancelled or closed.

I can't find the mass update option. I am using ABAP dashboard. Currently i am on xrpm4.5 sp13.
I also found out something strange. The status for the xrpm item is getting changed to ZXX2 when i set to cancelled, but for the corresponding record in the table, /RPM/ITEM_D_DER the status group is maintained as 0400 (Active).
Very strange. :S

If one has 2 devices that are ready for the move to the cloud and they don't share an identical contact list, iTunes collection, or calendar items, which device will dominate with respect to that info?
Will all contacts from both devices merge into one big list? Is there a way to do it? This is what I'm hoping for because in the move to Lion, my hard drive needed to be wiped and much was lost but which remains on the iPhone. In past synchings of the iPhone to the Mac Pro, I always seem to lose something in iTunes, Calendars and Contacts. I've checked settings and cannot find a reason that the two devices arrange to do this but if anyone has any ideas, I'd very much appreciate your suggestions.

Your profile states that you are using OS X 10.6.8, whereas you will require OS X10.7.2 or better in order to use iCloud. You will need to update to lion in order to use iCloud with your Mac.
To begin with, I would like to try to explain Apple's confusing nomenclature in regard to iCloud.
Apple have called the whole cloud thing iCloud, there are a number of features under the iCloud umbrella, some of which require their own login. iTunes is one of these, another is what Apple have unfortunately also called iCloud.
You can use the same Apple ID (account) to login to both iCloud and iTunes, but you don't need to and often users will login to each service using a different ID.
The part that you need to remember is that the services available when you log into iCloud are completely different and unrelated to those when you log in to iTunes. Your iCloud login enables mail, contacts, calendars, find my phone, Back to My Mac, Documents & Data sharing and photosstream, it does not affect any of your iTunes services.
To avoid confusion when discussing your problem, when I mention iCloud, I am referring to the services under the iCloud login, Whereas I will refer to the whole cloud thing as The Cloud.
In respect of contacts and calendars, when you enable synchronisation from your settings, you will be offered the opportunity to merge your information.

Items in project reports (query) are listed under the "not assigned" (column name) Why it is so ?
Start query : project reports & ask for period April 2008 (Period from/to). .
You will see items listed under Not assigned WBS Element (column name)
If you choose for a period of April until June 2008 then you see more items under u201Cnot assignedu201D .
Items should be under Assigned (column name) & not under the Not assigned (column name )

This seems to an ongoing issue (see related discussion link). We've been experiencing the same update lag since last Friday. The new additions to the Collection appear and are accessible in both the iPad and iPhone applications, but even though they additions appear in "Quick View", the material doesn't appear in the Collection itself. Apple is aware of the issue and is investigating. All the best...
