Listener not starting after restart

Question

Hello,
After rebooting my Windows PC yesterday, I can't get the Listener to start. I've read every post I could find on this and nothing has helped so far.
When I try to start the listener on the command line, I get this error:

When I check the listener status I get this:

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Hi Richard,
why would you set the ORACLE_HOME variable in your OS environment anyway?
If you want to switch between different Oracle Homes you might want to look at the "Oracle Locator Express" from DbMotiveTools:
http://daust.blogspot.com/2006/03/xe-oracle-home-selector.html
Really helpful, especially if you have multiple Oracle environments on your box.
