Playing cod 2 for mac i have a small clock in the centre of the screen (middle of crosshair) on my imac 27 2012.
How can i get rid of it?

Another problem is: When searching on the web via Google, normally it is possible to type a few letters and then look what appears and then click on the wanted word(s). A number of word(s) ineed do appear, however it is not possible to select any of them as ws possible as mentioned in olders versions.

Itunes with usb on screen - how do i get rid off!

I know that this is something that always comes up, but i got my iphone yesterday and updating it through itunes and now I have that itunes logo with the usb screen. So it didnt update and it came up with an error msg ont he computer. I have found the answer to that through the other forums (thanks for that) BUT i need to have a phone. You still have to complete the Restore. If you have solved the error condition if you just connect the phone to iTunes it should restore. It takes a while, so give it at last 1/2 hour. Well i have over 1,000 songs on iTunes and I have an iPod Nano I would like to restore it with all those songs, only 30 of the songs restored. After that an exclamation mark insid a circle pops up right beside it, I click on it and it says "Could not be used because the original file cannot be found. Would you like to locate it?" I click 'Locate' and I find the song but then it just brings me back to the rest of the songs. I cannot play or restore the songs with the exclamation thing. I have tried several times, it still doesn't seem to work.

I think you're confusing restore with sync?
! means that your library can not find the original music file at its last stored location. It is possible this was removed, or deleted. Is the ! happening on your iTunes library on your desktop? If so, did you move anything wrong? Can you manually try to find that song located on your desktop?

In Modified Preferences I have a URL that keeps coming up as a search engine. I have deinstalled it and removed it from the Tabs and History. How can i get rid of this?

I accessed this site then decided it was not what I needed.
I De-installed it by going to my control panel and removing it.
I restarted my PC and it comes up as my home page. I deleted it from my History and recently visited sites. restarted my PC and it still comes up as the primary search engine as the opening page.

I was trying to set up my home page using my web settings. That did not work.
