Live Chat with Firefox support is a sham

Yeah, I posted on here before, but no ones responds or reads it I guess. I've tried to do the on-line chat with support for 3 days, talked to a rep for a second, she said she had to go, couldn't chat now. It's like Mozilla created this software, has this site, but NO ONE is monitoring the site, the questions, volunteers who don't care is the main support. Firefox, Mozilla YOU SUCK.

This is a Community-Driven Support Web Site where users volunteer their time and knowledge to help other users, the Mozilla personnel rarely visit here, much less provide support help in this forum. It works like that for every piece of open-source free software that I have ever used. Unfortunately there aren't any Mac users who frequent this forum on a regular basis to help other users. In the past when I attempted to help a Mac user with something that seemed easy to answer and my answer was off base, I was (occasionally) rudely told to not bother trying to help if I didn't know anything about Mac's. So I rarely answer any questions from Mac users.
Over at the MozillaZine Firefox support fora there is a moderator that knows his stuff with Mac's and is a Mac user himself. AFAIK there aren't any Mac users who frequent this forum and help other Mac users by answering questions.

I would do this, but I am unable to download anything to my iphone. We restored to factory settings our old 3gs for our kids. In the Itunes app, it shows all of my songs that I have purchased or uploaded. I press on the cloud for it to download to the phone. It shows the bar downloading, but, when i go to the music app to play the song, it says no content. I have updated the phone to ios 1.6.3 and restored it, etc. Nothing seems to work. I have even purchased a new song on this device to see if it would work. It does the download thing but then it does not go to the music app. It shows no content. Very frustrated!

Chat and Phone support is usually available for licensing and installing issues especially for Cloud applications because they garner the most income. Support for other things like How Tos and Troubleshooting, like your XMP reading issue, or obsolete products is only available from the user-to-user forums.

Relucltantly, I am now typing this - and I suspect it will not help in the slightest! I bought the FULL not TRIAL edition of Photoshop Elements and I have contacted Amazon who confirmed this, but say I need to contact you. Can you please let me know how I can resolve this? Yvette landed her first television role - - a two-episode gig playing Toni Childs' sister, Sherri, on GIRLFRIENDS - - by chance. Casting director Robi Reed called her in to audition from a post card submission. Yvette had no credits and no agent. That stroke of serendipity at the beginning of her career, taught Yvette that you never know how God is going to move in your life and career. Booking a series regular role two months later, on the first pilot she auditioned for further proved the point. That show, ABC's THE BIG HOUSE, only lasted a few episodes; but that experience proved to be a blessing as well. Through it, Yvette learned the transient nature of the business and to always "travel light".
Yvette has since appeared (and often recurred) on shows as varied as ENTOURAGE, CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM, THE OFFICE, THAT'S SO RAVEN, HALF & HALF, SLEEPER CELL, HOUSE, TWO AND A HALF MEN, THAT 70'S SHOW and BOSTON LEGAL - - where she got to perform "Big, Blonde & Beautiful" from Hairspray. It was a bit of a homecoming because Yvette is no stranger to singing. She was managed by Michael Bivins (of New Edition and BBD) and signed to Motown Records when she was just a teen.
Younger viewers may know Yvette from her recurring role on Nickelodeon's "DRAKE & JOSH," where she played movie theater manager, Helen Ophelia Dubois. Can't see choices in forums or chat with tech support

When I put a search in the forum and go to choose which discussions to search the menu list pops up but I cannot see the items - they are there but very faint.
When I tried to chat with tech support I could not see what I was typing, although the cursor moved and when I sent my message it showed up.

In Mountain Lion the Messages app with an AIM or Jabber account can Screen Share with an Audio Chat along side to another Mac that is using the same Service (AIM or Jabber) type.
Apple ID issued by Apple are valid AIM Screen Names (those ending in @mac.com, @me.com or @icloud.com)
Jabber names can include Google Mail IDs with "Talk" enabled on the Google web site settings.
Or Facebook IDs can be used after you enable "Chat" at your Facebook Settings.
(There are also many other jabber server you could register an ID).
It is AIM to AIM or Jabber to Jabber.
The Apple IDs need to keep their passwords to 16 characters or Less as this is the AIM server limit.
@me.com and @icloud.com names can not be used in iChat 5 or earlier. (it's to do with a Login iChat 6 and Messages make to Apple that then allows AIM to "see" the Password that does not happen in earlier versions)
