LiveDrvUni-Pack(ENG).exe not finding my SBLive c

I just formatted and reinstalled WinXP. I'm trying to update my sound drivers but when I do, I get a message saying "Setup could not detect any Sound Blaster Audio card on your system."?I installed the original drivers off of the CD that came with the SBLi've card I have. When I go to update the drivers with Li'veDrvUni-Pack(ENG).exe I get that message. Anyone ever have this problem? And if so, how do you fix it's?Thanks in advance

Origional Live 5.1 CD installion before LiveDrvUni-Pack(ENG).

As an addition to the question i asked earlier regarding the Li've 5. in XP with SP2.
If I just want the basic drivers (which will give sound from a DVD) without any of the extraS, do I need to install the drivers from the origional installation CD before installing the latest ones from the Li'veDrvUni-Pack(ENG).exe, OR

I'd need the number on the other side of the card aswell to know for definite, but that sounds like the retail original SBLi've 5. (Player), so that file should be fine.

Installing the LiveDrvUni-Pack(E

I just resently reformated my computer, I have Win XP Pro, and i have a SB li've 5. Digitl Dell, and directly after reformating i downloaded the Li'veDrvUni-Pack(ENG).exe to installing my sound drivers since there were no drivers installed, but i get an error before installation completes:
Setup could not detect any sound blaster audio card on your system.
Please ensure that your sound blaster hardware is properly installed before running this setup program.
setup will now exit.
Then i started getting all the windows updates and i saw that windows update had a driver for my sound card, so i installed it and my sound card works. but i still cannot install the Li'veDrvUni-Pack(ENG).exe, because i still get the previous error. if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

I too have this same problem "setup could not detect any sound blaster audio card on your system". I just reformated and installed SP2 before installing my Audigy card. But when i go to do so I get that message. I've had this working before. But i think i had my audigy already installed when i put SP2 on. Anyone with some answers please give us a hand.

Running an exe from within Oracle WebLogic 10g R3 does not find dll

I am facing a strange issue with Oracle WebLogic 10g R3.
I use the code as shown in Listing 1 below to run a windows based application exe (batch job) from within my web application hosted on Oracle WebLogic 10g Release 3.
Note that this code woks fine on Tomcat 6.x and OC4J (JDeveloper TP4).
The exec gets executed but the log of the exe program shows it could not load certain DLLs.
Note that these DLLs are in the same directoy as the Batch program and this directory is in the PATH.
Running through simple Java Program Successful*
When I run the same program from a java program it runs successfully. So this means some WebLogic environment does not get set properly.
Running directly BatchProg.exe rather than cmd.exe fails*
Also note that when I run the exe directly e.g. BatchProg.exe rather than through cmd.exe it gives me a error the system did not find the file specified.

If you installed JRMC using the installer, you should have a new entry in your start menu.
Which version of JRMC did you install?
The installation dir default valyue for the latest JRMC is C:\Program Files\Java\jrockit-jdk1.6.0_29-R28.2.0-4.1.0
If you don't find something there I suggest you try reinstalling.

I've installed the jdk 1.4.2 with netbeans, but as i try to execute netbeans i received an error message saying "could not find java.exe"

Okay, I just moved to a Mac, which automatically has the 1.4.2 jdk installed. So I downloaded 5.0 and NetBeans 4.1. I set the platform for a certain project (I wish I could change the default, but I don't think it will let me) to 1.5.0 but still get an error when I try to use generics and the like. What am I doing wrong?

if you know the name(s) of the root folder(s) you want to access (eg. by making a note on the Windows side) then you can make them appear by just doing Shift-Command-G in Finder ("Go to Folder…"), and entering the full path to the required folders. You can then navigate all the contents as normal.

Tried opening Quicktime - same. Tried Quicktime settings from control panel - a Fatal error has occured.

let's try this first.
here's what we'll try first.
Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. then use it to clear any existing QuickTime installation configuration information from your PC:

oradim80 is a winnt admin utility only. Its purpose is
to create/modify/delete oracle services and to provide
the ability for the service to start the database, although
you can run oradim80 at the command line to start the db. Given
this purpose it is understandable why linux/unix does not provide
the oradim utility.
As far database assistant is concerned I have found that you can
use the winnt utility to create batch files that can be run in
the unix/linux environment. You will however, have to edit these
files and change the directory paths. The utility insists that
the path convention conform to dos standards. You may also have
to change the sid name if the name you choose conflicts with a
sid already on your winnt platform. Oh, don't forget the oratab
modification.
I am currently testing the linux non enterprise version of O8. I
do not know if the enterprise edition has the database assistant
utility. These gui tools can become addictive, it would be nice
if oracle would incorporate the database assistant into
enterprise manager so that you can not only monitor existing db's
but also create them as well.

I had Blaster Li've 5. installed was worked perfectly until XP-SP2 installed it's got some sound problems so I decided to check my sound card for update then I try to update Li'veDrvUni-pack(ENG) and I got message that my sound card is not found. I used diagnostic is failed "Hardware not Detected". But is weird that I reinstalled software from original CD and check back with diagnostic it's worked then failed again. I tried too many ways but still not detect, here how I did some...
- Re-installed software and removed card.
- Re-installed card after computer run completed process without a
 card. Then reboot twice.
- I have Intel 8280BA audio controller and Unimodem Half-Duplex
 audio device build-In my system board I disabled them.
- Updated Drivers and shown working properly.
One thing I could not understand that my sound system working fine and Devices Manager shown hardware working properly and I tested my speakers is working (I had Creative 5. speakers) why I could not update software due to hardware does not detected. That had worked well with XP-SP. I doesn't know is that caused by SP2 or else's.So if anyone has some kind like this problem please helps me that would appreciate.

let me ask you when you install your new dri've your sound card was in the slot or nothing was there beside your video card, i had this problem, i install fresh windows with nothing else and use lowest slot for the sound card and then restart the pc works perfect , try that see if that works good luck,
