Leider ist mir das hier zu unübersichtlich,
daher habe ich ein Forum eröffnet.

Ich besitze 1 Jahr Erfahrung im englischen
Forum und helfe Euch wo ich kann.

Hallo Forumkollegen
Ich habe folgendes Problem:
Wenn ich Clips von der Cam per USB auf die Festplatte kopiere und diese dann in CS5 bearbeiten möchte, ist in den Metadaten das Aufnahmedatum nicht sichtbar.
Wenn ich aber im CS5 auf "importieren" gehe und direkt von der Cam per USB importiere, ist das Aufnahmedatum in den Metadaten angezeigt.
Adobe kann mir nicht weiter helfen, die sagen, es liege an der Cam.
Das kann ja nicht sein, denn beim direkten Import wird ja das Datum angezeigt.
Es kann ja nicht sein, dass ich immer beim Bearbeiten die Cam anschliessen muss, was ist wenn der Speicher in der Cam voll ist?
Bei andern Schnitt-Programmen wird das Aufnahmedatum unter Eigenschaften angezeigt.
Cam: SONY HDR-CX550VE Aufnahmeformat: AVCHD 1920x1080i
Vieleicht kann mir jemand helfen, vielen dank für Antworten

    Weiter unten hatte ich zwei Fragen zum PageMaker gestellt.
    Da mir bisher leider niemand helfen konnte, glaube ich, daß ich mit meinen Problemen in diesem Forum falsch bin (es heißt ja auch Meinungsforum).
    Andererseits bin ich sicher, daß sich mir noch einige Fragen ergeben werden.
    Ich habe meinen Chef überredet, dieses teure Programm zu kaufen, weil die Druckerei PageMaker-Dateien bevorzugt - und nun sitze ich seit Stunden über einer einfachen Satzdatei, die in meinem bisherigen DTP-Programm eine Sache von 30 Minuten war.
    Wie -um alles in der Welt- kann ich zum Beispiel den PageMaker überzeugen, den transparenten Hintergrund einer GIF-Datei auch transparent darzustellen???
    Aber wie gesagt - in diesem Forum bin ich sicherlich falsch.
    Kennt jemand eine spezielle PageMaker-Newsgroup (möglichst in deutscher Sprache)??

    Mögliche Helfer zu Pagemaker-Problemen werden das Meinungsforum nicht unbedingt auch abonniert haben.

    Ich kann eine Nachricht gerne übersetzen und vieleicht kommt dann eine Antwort. Benütze PSE 7 unter Vista und habe keinerlei Knowhow mit Macs. Soweit ich mich aber erinnern kann gibt es bei PSE nie ein Update und dann kommt, meistens im Herbst, aber eine neue Version heraus. So war es jedenfalls die letzten Jahre mit PCs.

    For all not able to read this: Helga asks that she has PSE 6 on a Mac and the Updater does not update. I replied to her that I have PSE 7 running under Vista and, as far as I remember, Adobe does not issue updates but brings a new release during the fall. So done over the past years.

    No, Tapatalk and Forum Runner don't support Lithium forums, and I doubt that any of the other apps do either.
    Lithium does have a mobile interface available that optimizes a community's content in a smartphone's browser, but we don't have it here. There's only so many new features that we can introduce and support in each year's time and $$$ budgets, and Mark would be the only one who would know if the mobile option has been slotted into next year's budget.

  • Where is the IdeaPad "G" series in this forum?

    I'm looking for a sub forum for my new laptop, but I don't find it here, are you sure that the G series (I have an IdeaPad G510) is really a Lenovo laptop? or some fake?! It sure looks like it by the quality. Or this is the quality of your laptops ?! This is outrageous

  • Change the Post Moved to another Forum procedure

    When a post gets moved to another forum, and you click on the green-arrow Moved: it shows you a new screen with the new link, and info where it is moved to.

    Could that be changed in such a way, that when you click on the Moved: it takes you direct to that post in the new forum, without the in-between message?

    I wonder if it would do what you're asking if we didn't put anything in the comment box?  I'll try that.
    I had been leaving a placeholder and filling in that comment in for now just to reinforce the idea that people should watch where they're posting in the first place.  I wasn't planning to keep doing that once things are firmly established here, and we don't leave a trail of breadcrumbs at TPF any more when we move something.  It's just clutter.
    OK, I tried not putting a comment in, and it didn't change anything.  I did find out that I can delete the placeholder, though, without deleting the moved thread.  In phpBB, deleting the placeholder dumps the whole thread.  I think that's an improvement from Lithium over phpBB.

  • Lock the Welcome & FAQ's Forum

    From what I can see there, virtually every post gets moved to another forum.
    Just close/lock it and only let Mods and Admins post in there, we really don't want to say 'hello' to every Tom, **bleep** and Harry who happen to post there.

  • Forum looks different today - what's going on?

    Frequent visitors to the Lenovo forum may notice some changes today, August 19th, 2009 when they login.   Overnight, the forum code was updated to a new version, and this brought along a number of minor appearance and function changes.
    Many of the activity icons have changed, and the kudos and accepted solutions buttons and locations have changed as well.   While these are the visible signs of change, the updates behind the scenes pave the way for new features that we hope will improve the experience here in the coming weeks and months.
    We plan to share more about these updates and collect your thoughts here as well.
    For now, what do you like, and what would you like to see changed?

    Hi Mark,
    Haven't used the new interface enough yet to find new features that I like (though the HTML edit tab in the message writing screen looks good). I don't mean to be negative, but probably will notice changes I don't like before new features.
    Here's a change I don't like: There used to be an "Advanced" search link on the home page. Now it seems to do that you have to first do a simple search, only then does the "advanced" search link appear. More clicks, more time -> bad.

    click on the members name to call up their profile and you will see, near the top on the right, send this user a private message. Another option would be to click on the envelope at the top of the page; this is white and open when no new messages are there, gold and closed when you have a new message.

    Have you ever replied to a post or started a new thread, or found an interesting discussion on the forum, only to not find it when you go to check for any further replies?
    We’ve thought about that and have a solution for you!
    You can subscribe to a thread (or indeed a whole board) by clicking on the dropdown called “Topic options” (or, for subscriptions at board level, it’s called “Board options”) and click on “Subscribe”.
    You will then receive an email notification when someone posts a new message.
    You can review how often you want to receive a notification by:
    Clicking on “My Settings”:
    Click on the “Subscriptions & Bookmarks” tab:
    Go to “Notification Settings”:
    You can then select from the dropdown for how often you want to be notified.

    Ouch.   We did some restructuring in the forum and moved a lot of threads and this broke subscriptions.  
    Apologies for that!
    I believe that the 14-16 different KitKat issues that Amy was working late last year have all made their way through to OTAs in Jan / Feb.
    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.  I really appreciate that you were using subscriptions and found value in participating here as a path to work with us in getting these issues understood and addressed.

  • Remove all the "Moved" posts from the Welcome & FAQ forum

    Could someone please clean up those unsightly "Moved" posts from the Welcome & FAQ forum?

    I deleted them all since the most recent was several weeks old.  That doesn't, however, mean that more won't be added as questions are mistakely placed there and then moved to the proper board.  Perhaps your earlier suggestion of locking it as an announcement-only board is one that we should consider.

  • Coming Soon - New Forum Ranks

    When we first launched the Lenovo Community just over two years ago, our focus was to have a clean and attractive design, and an easy to understand board structure that aligned with our product line.    We understood the need for ranks as a way to distinguish relative roles within the community and to recognize the developing reputations and contributions of our members and started with a fairly simple set of ranks that most considered time spent in the forum, volume of postings, and how much reading a member did.
    Over time, new features like Accepted Solutions and Kudos have been added which help the community keep up with those members who are solving the issues and concerns for fellow members, and who are being recognized via Kudos for making quality contributions to the discussion.   While the leaderboards reflect some of the top contributors in these areas, these considerations have not been reflected in the ranking system.
    As there are many different ways to contribute  in the community - whether by being an active discussion participant, a proven problem solver, or  just taking the time to read, learn, and recognize others via kudos it is important that a members rank, and reputation in the community reflect this.  We need to ensure that members can grow and develop in their own unique styles and that the community is appropriately recognizing these contributions.  
    So, we are planning some changes - an overhaul of the existing rank structure to take more of these factors into consideration.  Why is this important?   The rank structure is an important part of the reputation engine - the ability for the community to recognize and reward members who constructively contribute in a number of ways over time, by extending new permissions, more access, and greater ability to help shape the community.
    We are tentatively planning this change for February and will update the community here before the change is made.   Members will see their rank name change and in some cases may have some new permissions, but won't lose anything.  All solutions, kudos, etc will remain.   We are presently considering a computing motif for the rank names to interject a bit of fun.
    We'd love to hear your thoughts...

    Mark, Go gently. The problem with any ranking system is that the rank becoming an end in itself. Not that this is bound to happen (Given the very hard work of the admin folk)..

    I see that you edited the post, was it after editing that you got the error message?  I believe the flood filter steps in when the same user clicks on "Post" within the 60 seconds and doesn't discriminate between a new post and an edit.
