Lizenz-Probleme mit Mocha After Effects CC

Hallo,
Wenn ich ein .m4v Video aufrufen will, dass ich mit iphoto erstellt habe (Imac) erscheint der Hinweis License Error: mocha AE CC must only be launched from After Effects. Wenn ich AE deinstalliere, läßt sich das Video öffnen, aber das kann ja nicht die Lösung sein. Wer kann mir helfen?

Dir ist aber kalr, dass man selsbt auf dem Max mit Get Info ein "Standardprogramm" festlegen kann zum Datei öffnen?! Warum sich nun ausgerechnet mocha diesen Dateityp grabscht sei mal dahin gestellt, aber ständiges De- und Reinstallieren wird das zugrunde liegende Problem auch nicht lösen. Da ist irgendwas mit den Dateierweiterungen auf deinem System vergurkt...

Darstellungsproblem mit Adobe After Effects / Photoshop

Hallo!
Ich habe seit kurzem Probleme mit Adobe After Effects und Photoshop bezüglich der Darstellung von Verläufen.
Der Verlauf wird bei mir eher so Absatzweise angezeigt, also nicht wie gewöhnlich schön linear, sondern kastenweise ( Beispiel Verlauf von Schwarz auf Weiss: Schwarz-->Dunkel grau---> Hell grau---> weiss ).
Hier habe ich mal ein Beispiel, die ersten sekunden im Video zeigen das ganz gut:

Es liebt aber nicht an den Rendereinstellungen, denn ich habe dieses Problem auch in Photoshop, hier werden Verläufe genauso komisch dargestellt.
Ich habe auch meine Grafikkarte nicht geändert.
Dieser fehler tritt eigentlich erst seit Kurzem auf

Warum und weshalb kann ich aus der Ferne jetzt auch nicht sagen. Auf jeden Fall nochmal doppelt und dreifach die Grafikkarteneinstellungen abklopfen. Von inkorrektem Handling von transparenten Fenstern, Medienwiedergabe mit Hardwarebeschleunigung zu bis komischen spielespezifischen Einstellungen kann ich mir 'ne Tonne von Möglichkeiten vorstellen, die die GraKa von TrueColor auf andere Modi runterschalten würden, inklusive eben dass der Monitor selbst irgendwelche bösen Dinge erzwingt, wenn er per DVI/ HDMI mit dem Compi verhandelt. Das sollte zwar eigentlich keinen Einfluss auf PS' und AEs interne Funktionen haben, aber gerade mit dem OpenGL-Mist weiß man nie.... Gerade für letzteres wäre es vielleicht auch sinnvoll, den speziellen Monitortreiber des Herstellers zu installieren mitsamt eventuell vorhandener spezifischer Farbprofile. Wäre auch sowas, wo ich mir vorstellen könnte, dass insbesondere PS anhand falsche Farbprofile irgendwelchen Blödsinn verzapft... Wenn du den genauen Typ verrätst, könnte man ja vielleicht auch mal im Web nachguggen...

Problem with Adobe After Effects CS6 on Windows 8.1 PRO

Hi Adobe Systems guys, I would like to know when the error will have the solution presented Adobe After Effects CS6 (Latinoamerican Spanish Version) running Windows 8.1 PRO, and throwing the following error.
I've tried the latest available update 11.0.3 but does not correct the problem. I wonder when will be ready the solution because with Illustrator CS6 also was the same but with the solution described in this page, http://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/illustrator-does-not-start-windows-81.html was solved perfectly.
I appreciate prompt as we need urgent help to use the software in its Spanish version as was originally purchased. thanks

That such a friend, for I tell you that none of their solutions is an option for me because:
• Wait a couple of months with no after effects in the hope That a patch will come ... someday
R:/ The problem is not mine, is problem of Abode and therefore investing heavily in the creative suite CS6 and for that to be an option.
It's not fair to have to beg for a solution.
• Upgrade to CC and enjoy all the latest features
R:/ It is not possible , because we will not spend more money than they already invested in Suite CS6
• Use After Effects CS6 in English
R:/ It is not possible as the staff in charge of managing this program if it is not handled in English and therefore bought the suite in Spanish .
• Roll your computer back to Windows 8 instead of 8.1
R:/ It is not possible as it is known all Windows 8.0 failures we have put in 8.1 PRO .
I do not understand is that if Adobe Illustrator had the same problem and it was fixed within a couple of days getting the patch , why not do the same with After Effects CS6 in Spanish . All users of this suite CS6 and buyers deserve respect and prompt solution to the problems that are the fault of Adobe.

Audio problem in Adobe After Effects CS6

When ever i import a clip into adobe after effects cs6 the program does not read my clips audio i know how to ram preview its just the program doesnt read the audio what so ever but when i preview the clip on my desktop using windows media player it works fine and you can here the audio. My clips are recorded by my HDPVR Haupauge and it records in m2ts file someone please help me this is a serious problem with this program

When you installed the full version, DId it install "Over" the existing one, or is it seen as a new installation (Sorry, I have never re-installed AE, so I am not sure of the way it works) - but coming from an IT background, sometimes installing a bought version, will overwrite all user settings that were set up in the trial.
In other words, recheck all the program user properties and audio check boxes to make sure the re-installation did not reset something to "off".
There are a few Audio discussions going around today, check the forum and give them a quick read to get a reminder of where all the possible Adio "on/off" switches are hidden.

Problem Saving in After Effects CS6

I am currently working on a project in After Effects CS6 that is no more than 40 seconds. Yet, when I try to save the project, After Effects will not respond. As a result, I must force quit the application and restart it. I believe it is a problem with the file because I have worked on different projects instead and they will save with no problem - ones that are much longer than 40 seconds! Not sure if it is a problem with my ram or memory, but I checked both and they all seem like they shouldn't be a result of the problem. Please help.

I have installed the most recent updates.
Mac OS X Version 10.8.4
Source footage: H.264
There are no error messages.
When this problem occured was whenever I tried to save the project. I was not able to save my changes since.
I have never had a problem with it until now. All my other projects are saving correctly but this one seems to freeze up whenever I do try to save it no matter what change I have addressed.
I currently have Quicktime Player Version 10.2
I do not run any other software but Finder and/or Adobe Bridge CS6 while I am in After Effects.
I have a few plug-ins installed to After Effects but they have not affected any computer performance or created saving issues.
My computer is a MacBook Pro 13-inch, mid 2012. It has a 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 processor along with 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 memory/ram. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB and 373.99 free gigs of space. However, I noticed that over 280 of my 750gig hard drive are videos, a majority from After Effects. It would be nice to know how to perform a disc cleanup so I could perhaps solve the problem through that option. I have no external hard drives nor are any connected.
I have no third-party hardware involved.
I am not aware that I am using OpenGL to render my clips.
This problem only occurs when saving my project on this .aep file only!
I have tried emptying my disk and audio cache which has not helped ... I hope I will not have to re-install After Effects because that is the last thing I would want to do.

first i want to say sorry for my bad english! i am 13 years old and german so sorry for my english ;(
my problem is that when i add an effect, after effects is creating 2 lines over my screen i cant remove or i dont know how!

and i dont know how to remove them! has anybody an idea? they stay even in the finish rendered video!
i hope you can understand my text and i hope anybody know how to fix that!

I see that you are almost catastrophically short of memory.
2GB may seem like a lot, but in terms of After Effects it is NOTHING. You barely have enough memory to run the operating system and After Effects at the same time.
You need more RAM. You need it now. If you are trying to use multiprocessing, you need to turn it off and leave it off until you get a lot more memory.
How much would "a lot more memory" actually be? I would increase RAM to at least 16 GB. More would be better.

Problem Installing Adobe After Effects

I've heard about the Adobe After Effects CS6. And I installed the Adobe Download Assistant. But every time I clicked on the button "download" button, an Error thing came up. I also tried to download the other software and they were just fine. Only the After Effects CS6 has a problem. The Error thing I received is the " Error communicating with Adobe.com (Error 107), it asked me to restart the Download Assistant and I restarted it a lot of times... But I still just can't install it. Hope someone could help me.

Which Internet service provider are you using? Many users have posted about this but I have never been able to duplicate the behavior. No one ever seems to respond back though with their ISP information.
Beyond that you can follow the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to initiate a direct download.

1. Download the .dmg file and save it to a folder on your computer.
2. Quit After Effects CS6 if it is running.
3. Double-click the .dmg file to open it, and then double-click the AdobePatchInstaller.app file to launch the patcher.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions. There might be a slight delay before the update progress meter starts moving.

MTS file problem in CS4 After Effects

I recently took a short clip and tried to bring it into after effects. It starts to work then there is a problem. It says Error code 04 can't read. Is there a simple way to fix this?

AE 10 seems to have solved the problem you're having; unfortunately, you run AE 9. Thus, the following cut 'n paste response I use on the Creative Cow still applies:

If the footage you imported into AE is any kind of the following -- footage in an HDV acquisition codec, MPEG1, MPEG2, AVCHD, mp4, mts, m2t, H.261 or H.264 -- you need to convert it to a different codec.
These kinds of footage use temporal, or interframe compression. They have keyframes at regular intervals, containing complete frame information. However, the frames in between do NOT have complete information. Interframe codecs toss out duplicated information.
In order to maintain peak rendering efficiency, AE needs complete information for each and every frame. But because these kinds of footage contain only partial information, AE freaks out, resulting in a wide variety of problems.
I'm a Mac guy, so I like to convert to Quicktime movies in the Animation or PNG codecs; both are lossless. I'll use Apple's Compressor, Adobe Media Encoder or Quicktime Pro to do it.

Problem in downloading After Effect

Hello,
I tried to download after effect cs6 and it give me the error code. I have read the "Download and installation help" and knowing that the computer can't download after effect unless it is a 64 -bits but mine is 32 -bits. So is there a way that I could download after effect ever I m using 32-bits?

Problem Downloading CC After Effects and Premiere

I recently purchased Creative Cloud, and I tried installing it into my computer. I got almost all the programs, except After Effects and Premiere. (the two main ones I was going for) I have another computer everything installed on just fine, but I really need them on my main computer. Neither of the programs are showing up in the Creative Cloud app either. Any help would be great, thanks.

If they don't show up, your machine doesn't meet the system requirements. Refer to the Tech Specs on the product pages. All video apps require 64bit and specific minimum versions of operating systems.
