Hi,
When we export inventory report from RME for a WS-CBS3020-HPQ.
We can see that speed for giga port is wrong : 9.535107
IOS version: Cisco IOS Software, CBS30X0 Software (CBS30X0-LANBASE-M), Version
12.2(25)SEF1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)

Looks like you may have found a bug in the switch code, then. I don't see anything relevant, but you are running fairly old code, and the problem may have been silently fixed in a newer release. You should open a TAC service request so more analysis can be done.

SSH is enable in the device, and from LMS server I am able to connect through Putty. Also from Management station to Device it showing SSH is up for both version. But from RME its failing Its giving below mentioned error

What i deduce from this output is may be "ter width 0" is un-authorised for the user or is not supported by the particular code that you are currently running in the box.

Drop down list of values for a field in ALV rpt within a BADI

Hi,
I need help on this issue.
TCODE LI21 is used to clear the differences in IM. The business now wants to prompt for a reason code before they can post a new material document for this clearing. I have create an implementation in BADI LE_WM_INV_WM_IM, which display the field for user to enter the reason code. However, I am trying to get a dropdown list which contain the possible values for reason code so the user can choose from this list. There are sample codes to do this but I can't apply to the codes in the implementation because call screen is not allowed. Has anyone done this before or can advise me of the solution?

I found http://wesunsolve.net/bugid.php/id/6595253 that is a bug of mkfs without workaround. Is ZFS what I need now?

Well, to fix the bug you referred to you can apply patch 141444-01 or 141445-01.
However that bug is just regarding an irrelevant error message from mkfs, it will not fix your problem as such.
It seems to me like the minimum value for nbpi on a multi-terabyte filesystem is 1048576, hence you won't be able to create a filesystem with more inodes.
The things to try would be to either create two UFS filesystems, or go with ZFS, which is the future anyway ;-)

Account Creation - Badi for Default values for BP Role and Sales Area

Hi all,
my requirement regards the possibility to create a new prospect (a link should be available in the navigation bar or create section).
Logically, a bp role as "Prospect" and particoular sales area should be created automatically.
I created an implementation for the BADI definition "BADI_CRM_BP_UIU_DEFAULTS". But don't know how to create the default values for BP role and Sales area:
In my code

I obtain the viewname "AccountDetails" , the related context "Header". After I don't know how to proceed to obtain the related entities through the relationship BuilRolesRel and BuilSalesArrangementRel.
Am I following the right way? Is there another solution to prepare the output for default values?
Any kind of suggestion will be appreciated.

ME51N Userexits/BADI --- Pop values(only display 3) based on PR Doc type

This functionality nees to incorporate in ME51N.
We have Purchase requisition document type "PRD X".[There are other 3 document types also].
If we select document type "PRD X" while creating PR, In Item table [in ME51N] control we have a column called "Asset Assignment Category". Here I need olny 3 popup values if I go for F4 [to select any one from list of values].
That mesans :-
1> I should able to see only 3 popup values for "Asset Assignment Category" column when I press F4, if I select purchase requisition document type "PRD X".
2> I should able to see all 18 popup values for "Asset Assignment Category" column when I press F4, If select purchase rezuisition document type other than "PRD X".
So For the above requirement what is suitable user exit / BADI Or how can we achive? Does it possible with configuration?
Please reply ASAP.

1)Drag your Pricing Cond and Billing Doc in Rows.
2) In columns
2.1 Right click-> New Structure->Right Click-> New Selection. Names as "KF1".
now Drag your Kiy figure Amount, Pricing Cond and Bill doc.
Now Double click on Pricing Cond -> Drag 'ABC' in rite panel. press ok.
Now Double click on Billing Doc and Drag '1','2','3' in right panel. Now right click on '1'->choose exculde from selection.similarly for '2' and '3'.
2.2) Again Right click the New structure and create a New selection "KF2"
Now Drag your Kiy figure Amount, Pricing Cond and Bill doc.
Now double click on Prciing Cond and drag value 'ABC' in right panel and exculde from selection.press ok.
3) Again Right click the New structure and create a New Formula "AMount". Double that "KF1" (see bottom in panel)
then press "+" sign and again double click on "KF2".
Basically adding "KF1" and "KF2".
4) Right click on "Kf1"-> hide it.Same for "KF2".
5)save ->execute.

BADI may be implemented depending on a specific filter value( example COUNTRY-SPECIFIC VERSIONS: distinct implementations of the BADI can be created for the COUNTRY).
a filter type must be entered when defining your enhancement ( a country or industry, for example).
all methods created in the enhancement's interface have filter value 'FLT_VAL' as their import parameter.
the method then selects the active implemetation based on the data provided in the filter value.
for seting the filter value, you must enable the option FILTER DEPEND and provide FILTER TYPE in the ATTRIBUTES of the BADI defination.
SE18 is the transaction code for creating BADI.
Filter dependence for BADI definitions means that each interface method automatically has an importing parameter FLT_VAL assigned ot it. This parameter must be filled with a filter value as current parameter when it is called.
A BADI definition should be marked as filter-dependent whenever the characteristic of the BADI implementation should match the characteristics of the filter type - that is, whenever the implementation of different filter values should be different or should only exist at all for certain filter values.
Typical filter types are line of industry or country.
The BADI is filter dependent. In the first tab of your BADI implementation (SE19), the lower half will contain filter details.
STEPS FOR SETTING UP A FILTER
just go to se18 and give ur BADI name..
then Select 'Attributes' Tab ,there u will find option Filter-Dependent in window named "type"..
check tht filter dependent checkbox and give ur data element/field in the Filter type field say u can give 'MOLGA' ..save and come back..
now go to se19 and implement this BADi and there u can give filter values for filed MOLGA..

Bad check value found during dbv on Datafiles

Hi,
We just received new DB, that return a "Bad check value found during dbv" on DBVerify.
So, we can Open & Use this DB... perhaps until crash if we use the "bad block", but we can't save it by Rman (ORA-19566: exceeded limit of 0 corrupt blocks for file xxx) !
And best thing is... Previous DB owner don't have any save (Rman or other) of this DB !!!
Are there solution(s) about this problem... or this DB is definitively dead ?

Error BEA-382510 bad value for type node

Hi,
We have a requirement to read the xpath from the resource file placed in project folder in OSB and use that xpath to generate the report. For this I have done the following:
1) Made the xpath entry to properties file as <xpath>$body/*/*/EMPTYPE/EMPDATA/EMPNO</xpath>
2) Created a variable to fetch the xpath value from property file, say xpathvar
3) Created another variable, say reportvar which will have the contents: <report>{$xpathvar/text()}</report>. This should fetch the xpath from the variable and replace it in the calling part to fetch the value of the xpath.
4) For report generation the in key value it is ./text() from variable reportvar.
When I test this it throws error:

I think you cant substitute xpath as you have did.
As shown in the blog which you mentioned in the other post you may need to have a xslt transformation with xalan:evaluate to correctly process the xpath read from the properties file.
<report>{$xpathvar/text()}</report>. Here $xpathvar having the value '$body/*/*/EMPTYPE/EMPDATA/EMPNO' will be treated as string type (this will be string as you have read from the properties file as string) and not node. And you are trying to apply the text() function on a string instead of node which is resulting in that error.

But I do not get this expectet result, all I get is the BEA-382513: OSB Replace action failed: bad value for type element anyType?

cs2RechungungenResponse or cs2RechnungenResponse ? the error message says cs2RechungungenResponse, but the actual element is cs2RechnungenResponse (one less "u")

What exactly do you need to do? If, you want to take the export of EMP table only then use
expdp scott/tiger@mydb directory=dpump_dir1 dumpfile=scott.dmp logfile=scott.log tables=EMP content=DATA_ONLY FILESIZE=1000M

BADI Filter value

hi friends,
i have few doubts in BADI plz explain me
1.i have implemented badi while saving its asking me specify filter value [what to specify here]i specified its default filter value
2.in coding in method i copied standard example code when i did syntax check its throwing me error type 'T_RANGE' is
unknown.in types i specified this variable its giving me 'Enter Type Fully'

Hi Soorya,
1. You have to enter the values for that filter Type just below where you check the filter-Depentend check box (Before that u have to enter value in Filter Type).
And this will add FLT_VAL importing parameter to ur methods when u call instance of them in calling program.
IF the FLT_VAL value matches (with the value that u entered earlier) then only this BADI will get triggered otherwise not.
2.The Syntax Check that u are making should be in Import parameter of the Method otherwise it will through the same error.

How to set default value for Zfeild using statusprofile

hi experts,
I need to set a default value for a zfeild using status profile.Although we can default the values,using getter and setter methods,but in my requirement,the feild will be defaulted when the page is locked,also in display mode,which will require me to write code to unlock then set the value and then write a commit,as there wont be any user action performed.
I have created a zstatus profile and have set the required status to inital,but no luck
please suggest if this canbe achived through status profile.

Hi,
You can check in the getter if the Page is locked and then display the value to want to display. Note that this will be just Displaying the default value for the Zfield and it will not set the default value into the Zfield in DB, because when the document is locked ( means locked for editing - mostly when system status is completed ) , setters are not called and so you can display the value but cant set it. This is fine if the value you want to display in Z field is just for user's informations and its not required to save this default value.
The best approach would be to set the value in the Zfield before the page is locking. For example, If you wat to set the zfield value when status is set to "Completed" , then you can configure an action that is 1) triggered during saving of the document with 2) start condition "When status is completed" ( both 1 and 2 you can mention in action defination ), then Implement this action badi in which you can set the Zfield to default value.
This will ensure that default value is always set whenever the page is getting locked for editing ( i assumed that page lock means status completed ).

How to set a default value for particular field in SRM PO Portal

Dear Gurus,
Im desparetly need a help in web dynpro on how to set a default value for a field(flag) in PO header tab in portal.
My requirement is whenever the user press the edit button in PO screen,automatically a flag field should be set as abap_false.
I dont think this will handle in check badi or change badi. i tried this part in onbuttonpressed overwriteexit in CNR_VIEW views,i can get the function EDIT in debugging mode,but dont know how to proceed further.....
Many of them suggested to go with get attribute and set attribute for changing any particular field in web dynpro,but im not very familiar in using those get and set attributes.I request you people can give me sample code on how to identify my target field in the node and set the values while pressing EDIT Button.

But i searched in enhancement spot of WD_BADI, but couldnt get the exact way to change the coding,
My real requirement is, that particular flag should be enable and disable dynamically by checking a condition in my header values.So in that case i dont know how to proceed further to handle in the PO screen.
Kinly guide me how to get the particular node of field in the Purchase order screen.
