LMS 4.0.1 unable to collect VPN hw client configuration.

Hello.
I'm using LMS 4.0.1 and VPN hw client 3002 with software 4.7.2.L.
I'm not able to collect the first configuration and sync jobs end with these errors...
*** Device Details for vpn-balbi ***

Execution Result:

CM0057 PRIMARY RUNNING Config fetch SUCCESS, archival failed for  vpn-balbi Cause: CM0210 Unable to generate processed config Action: Verify that  archive exists for device.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Regards.
Andrea

I have seen some issues with VPN device with ciscoworks. We have one of the old Bug for this as well # CSCsa35538.
I would suggest to check a couple of things mentioned below:
> Please check there are no specila characters '<,''>' in the configuration file.
> Non UTF-8 characters are NOT visable through the WEB-Interface and hence i would again recommend to change the Port Forwarding Name to something normal like " application test", if there is some special characters as well, from Base groups-->web vpn.
Then retry the configuration fetch.
-Thanks

    Hi Suresh,
As per the log you attached, the following i understood,
    1. Unable to collect Universes - Due to Connection Reset
    2. Failed to collect metadata of Universe eFashion
    3. Webi Document - Unable to define relationships with Universe - Due to Class is not exists in Universe
And you clearly mentioned that, nothing new developments are there in BI system and you used Administrator account to extract the metadata.
Suresh, you please do the following tests, which will help you to fix the issue:
Log in to IS Server, where you installed the Metadata Integrators,
    1. Try to access the Universe eFashion from IDT / UDT tool
    2. Perform Integrity Check on Universe (especially check the Connection Test is passed or not)
    3. Check the Business Layer of eFashion Universe, whether all the classes are exists or not
    4. Open the eFashion related WebI document in Rich Client and run the report to check whether the report is running or throwing an error.
These test will help you to find the root cause for the above issue.

  • Unable to Collect Payment

Some days ago I received an e-mail informing me that Adobe is unable to collect my monthly subscription, however my card has not changed and had been billed successfully for the last few months. I contacted support via chat and has asked to update my payment info, but checking it, a credit card that I don't own has appeared in my payment info, obviously that payment method isn't going to work. I queried why this card has appeared against my account and the representative couldn't answer me. he has escalated my problem (now case No: 211871934) and I would be contacted within 24-48 business hours. I am not going to update my card details until I know why my account has this spurious card in it - how secure is my account? (btw, I updated my password upon receipt of the e-mail advising this because of the security breach some weeks ago).
Guess what, I haven't been contacted as promised and my business is counting down the days until I can now longer operate because Adobe can't/won't help me.
I think escalation of problem via support means completely forget about the customer who has the problem. What customer service does Adobe operate?

Is there anybody from Adobe who can help me with this?

  • Unable to collect Update/Transfer rules Info & Data sources from BI content

    Hi,
We are tyring to activate Infoprovider 0PY_CO2 from BI content by selecting the option - In data before. BI is unable to collect all corresponding objects such as Update rules, Info source, transfer rules and the data source for the selected Infoprovider. Only Info area and associated info objects are being collected for the installation.
We are experiencing same problem whilst acitvating most of the info providers. However, in some cases, either of these objects get activated but not all the necessary objects that feed data to the Infoprovider (cube or multi provider).
Also, Infopackages and Info object catalogs are not being collected for any objects activated/installed so fare from the BI content.
We are trying to activate BW 3.5 content on the BI 7.0 environment. BI Content release is 703 and support pack level is 008.
Kindly share any pointers to troubleshoot this probelm please.
    Thanks
    Venkat

    Shiv,
For some Info providers, all associated info objects(including transfer & update rules and info source and data sources) are getting collected and got successfuly installed. But this is true for only 10% of the Info providers that we have installed so far.
Remaining all the objects, we are unable to proceed further.
    Thanks
    Venkat.

  • Ciscoworks unable to collect config in RME due to firewall?

My CW is unable to collect the config in RME
I'm using CDP, OSPF, and BGP for discovery..
I udnerstand that CW use snmp read community string to discover network devices. I can see CW pick up the devices in the device management list, but when I do a ssh credential check, the devices behind the firewall fails. The snmp R & W credentials are correct I can logon to the network device using the primary account without an problem. What could be the problem? What do I need check/perform in order to collect the aconfig for archive. Do I need to open a port on the firewall for CDP traffic? Other devices (not behind the firewall) works fine.

  • Unable to collect real and imaginary data from labview for hp8510C

    Hi,
I have been trying to use LabView to collect data from hp8510C. I downloaded the drivers from NI website. I am able to sweep frequency (using vi called Agilent 8510C Frequency Sweep.vi) and see different S parameters on Network Analyzer screen but I am unable to collect any data (real and imaginary values). Please help.

    Howdy deepi,
I'd like to know a little bit more about how you're connecting to your instrument (GPIB, serial, USB, Ethernet).  NI has a great program called Measurement and Automation Explorer that can check low level functionality (*IDN?) of your device to ensure hardware functionality.  For general help with LabVIEW, check out Instrument Control in LabVIEW.  For some more instrument specific help, try GPIB, USB, Serial, or Ethernet Instrument Control.  This should get you going.
    Sincerely,

  • Unable to collect sufficient entropy?

We recently upgraded all our 2960 switches to IOS 15.2.  Now on all the switches, we get this alert about 5 times an hour from each switch.  What does this mean?
%ENTROPY-0-ENTROPY_ERROR: Unable to collect sufficient entropy

I get the same problem, but only on one switch out of four. In my case, the four switches are 3560-X that are licensed for IPBASE and are running 15.2.(2).
The four switches have nearly identical configurations aside from VLAN numbers and IPv4 addresses, which makes me wonder if I missed something on the one switch giving me trouble.
If this can't be disclosed, I too will submit a TAC request. Strike that; installing the NOMACSEC version of the software eliminated this for me. Our environment doesn't support wired 802.1x authentication anyway, never mind MACSEC, so the switch doesn't need to gather entropy for MACSEC encryption.

  • Gkbisd Unable to collect cdhash error code 100024

    What is process/daemon gkbbisd ?
What is cdhash? What means "error code 100024" ?
    One example message:
07/03/2014 9:17:24.443 PM gkbisd[246]: Unable to collect cdhash for /System/Library/CoreServices/Install in Progress.app (error code 100024)
    I have hundreds more
    "/System/Library/CoreServices/Install in Progress.app" ??

It looks like gkbisd is used for verification of code signatures for GateKeeper (the thing that asks you if you really want to open an app when you open it for the first time). It was only added in 10.9.4.
I was getting the same log messages, and found that removing its database and restarting the process stopped the messages from occurring.
Open Terminal and do the following:
    sudo killall gkbisd
    sudo mv /private/var/db/gkbis.db /private/var/db/gkbis.db.backup
    sudo /usr/libexec/gkbisd &
You'll be asked to enter your password to run these commands.
This will kill the gkbisd process, move the database (so it has to build it again), and then restart it.
If you're comfortable with the command line then there should be no harm in deleting the database rather than moving it.

I have Nokia E71 and i trying to connect to cisco ASA but i get "Unable to activate VPN connection" and under log there is "Failed to activate VPN access point 'xyz' reason code -5".

I don't see any packet on debug that comes to Cisco device.
    Thanks,
    Please help!

Are you all using the latest version of MfE?
I have had issues with 2.9.158 with a bug that causes the handset to become disconnected after a short while. I cured this by reverting back to 2.7.

There are some details in that thread above that may help with your problems if you are running version 2.9
I would have a look there first, whilst it doesn't detail the specific problem it might be related to the problems that you are experiencing.
    Shunts...
I will mostly be communicating with a Nokia E72 Zodium Black
Nokia E72-1 with Vr 051.018.207.04 Software

  • TS1424 My membership was terminated when iTunes/Netflix was unable to collect a monthly payment due to an expiration date change on my credit card. Were you able to restore your acct. and how? Thanks!

My on-line membership to iTunes/Netflix was terminated when one of them was unable to collect my monthly payment for December 2013. The expiration date on my credit card had changed. I didn't know I had to notify them of that change. I've never had to notify any business, ever, since I've had a credit card. I've written them emails giving them my new expir. date and asking how I can settle my account but, so far, have received no response other than notes from both iTunes and Netflix announcing my cancelled membership. I just want to give them the 8 bucks and settle my acct. Help! Jack

    Hello, Jack.
Thank you for the question.  Once you update your payment information in iTunes for the expiration date change you should be able to renew the subscription to Netflix.  The steps in the first article walk you through updating your payment information.  Once this is done see the section labeled Managing auto-renewing subscriptions on a computer in the second article below.

  • Managing VPN HW Client 3002.

    Hello.
I'm using LMS 2.6, with RME 4.0.6, to manage Cisco VPN HW client.
I'm receiving the attacked result from sync archive job.
    Any idea?
    Many thanks.
    Regards.
    Andrea

    Hi Andrea,
         The VPN3002 is suppported in RME 4.0.6 (LMS 2.6) - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_resource_manager_essentials/4.0.5/device_support/table/RME405.html#wp231589
For Config Fethc however, the only supported protocol for the VPN3002 is HTTPS - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_resource_manager_essentials/4.0.5/device_support/table/RME405CM.html#SecurityandVPN
You'll need to do the following 3 things in order to get this to work :
    1. Add HTTPS credentials to DCR for your VPN3002 (Common Services -> Device and Credentials -> Device Management then Edit Credentials)
    2. Add HTTPS to the list of Transport Protocols to be used by Config Archive (RME -> Administration -> Config Mgmt -> Transport Settings then Add HTTPS to the 'Selected Protocol Order List'
    3. Enable HTTPS on the VPN3002 Concentrator http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/vpn/vpn3000/4_7/config/tunnel.htm#wp1309633

  • VPN gate client- "Network cable unplugged"

i have vpn gate client installed for a game that i wish to play. to do so i need to be able to use vpn gate client. it doesn't let me connect to any server but that's not why i'm here.
the problem i believe is the issue is that it states that the VPN Client under network connections tells me that the network cable is unplgged. and when i trouble shoot it it states that i need to plug in my ethernet cable.
i use a msi gaming 7 motherboard and it comes with it's own killer ethernet gigabyte controller. or "Killer e2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller"
this controller is in use so could it be that the vpn gate isn't working because killer e2200 is running as well? i'm confused because when i used this software on my laptop it worked perfectly fine.
any suggestions as to how i could possible fix this issue or enable the vpn client adapter? thanks!

I have a related problem with the e2200 NIC on a Z97 Gaming 3 motherboard:  I cannot make an IPSEC VPN connection with this NIC.  If I use an add-on NIC, I can connect just fine, as I can from dozens of other computers with a variety of NIC makes and models.

  • SSL VPN with client, anyconnect.

I've set up a simple test on SSL VPN with client on a 3800.
It didnt work. I assume i have to turn on the IP http server so that the client can hit it.
but when I turned it on, the client goes to SDM, nothing with ssl vpn happened. it tells me the pay is not available.
    The underlying routing is fine.
Could you tell me where it is configured wrong?
