Load Embedded Report failed - System cannot find the file specified

Hi,
Using VS2005 and Crystal report that comes shipped with it.
I created a crystal report in my project.
I am trying to load an embedded crystal report from my project using
            Dim thisCrystalReport As New ReportDocument
            Dim rptPath As String = Application.StartupPath & _
           "\" & Me.rptName & ".rpt"
            thisCrystalReport.Load(rptPath)
and I get the error.
What I want to do is dynamically execute reports that are requested by user.
Any one has any ideas?

Guys,
I got it!!!
My reports are part of a class library.  So I need to reference by the assebly name .
The assembly-qualified name of a type consists of the type name, including its namespace, followed by a comma, followed by the display name of the assembly.
Of course, the string constants will be replaced by variables which need to build up the string.
            Dim thisCrystalReport As New ReportDocument
            Dim ty As Type = Type.GetType("TCSCrystalRptLibrary.r_trgl020,TCSCrystalRptLibrary")
            Dim myobj As ReportDocument
            myobj = Activator.CreateInstance(ty)
            thisCrystalReport = CType(myobj, ReportDocument)
