Load localisation list error

Each time we start up this message appears Followed by this one Having a lot of random crashes and slow page/software loading. I guess this is the root issue? Have upgraded as many drivers as possible - but that's not proving easy on the HP website at the moment! Does anyone have an idea where I should start? Many thanks!

I am trying to load the data through APEX 2.2 for an application that I am building. Using the Excel function for length (on that column), the maximum number of characters comes up 3548. I also tried the clean function but still get the same error when trying to upload the data.

Syncing shouldn't trouch you photos unless you have photos in a Photo Library album. These would be photos that were synced to your phone from your computer. If you do have any, you'll need to use an app like PhotoSync to transfer them to your computer prior to syncing.
If you prefer to backup your camera roll photos prior to syncing, open iTunes and go to Preferences>Devices and check "Prevent...from syncing automatically". Then connect your phone to your computer and import them as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
Then, to minimize data loss, follow the steps in this user tip: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141. To follow the steps, first open iTunes and go to View>Show Sidebar. Also, Transfer Purchases is now located in File>Devices.

OpenDirectory: Unable To Load Replica List, after Time Machine Restore

I followed the following instructions provided on another thread (Open Directory: "Unable to load replica list"):
Many Open Directory problems can be resolved by taking the following steps.
1. The OD master must have a manually-assigned IP address on the local network, not a dynamic address.
2. The primary DNS server used by the master must be 127.0.0.1 (that is, itself) unless you're using another server for internal DNS. The only DNS server set on the clients should be the internal one, which they should get from DHCP if applicable.
3. Verify that the master's hostname matches its domain name by running the shell command
sudo changeip -checkhostname
4. Follow these instructions to rebuild the Kerberos configuration on the master.
5. If you use authenticated binding, check the validity of the master's certificate. The common name must match the hostname and domain name. Deselecting and then reselecting the certificate in Server.app has been reported to have an effect in some cases.
6. Unbind and then rebind the clients in the Users & Groups preference pane. Use the fully-qualified domain name of the master.
7. Reboot the master and the clients.
8. Don't log in to the server with a network user's account.
9. Export all OD users, delete them, turn off OD, turn it back on, and import. Ensure that the UID's are in the 1001+ range.
And got the following results:

Resulted in the following console output: The names match. There is nothing to change.
The touch command resulted in "No such file or directory." I circumvented this by manually creating the migration directory, then running the command again. The killall command failed saying "No matching processes were found." Opening the server app after that shows no change.
My trusted certificate was apparently not restored from the backup, as it was no longer listed. I switched to the self-signed one until a CSR can be made.
I'm not clear on what this actually means. There is no unbind or rebind functionality in the server app. Not to mention that my users or groups are no longer listed.
Nothing changed after rebooting the server.
Have always logged into server using the local server admin account.
Where is this done? I don't see any place to do this in the Server App.
At this point I'm suspecting that there are some serious Time Machine recovery bugs with server, as I have tried with multiple different restore points all ending in the exact same result.
Any recommendations on where to go from here? I would love to do a fresh install, but need to archive the data from the server first. Unfortunately, I don't see how I can export each users' data without being able to log in as them.

There seem to be some issues with PostgreSQL not running. Marketcircle Daylite and Billings Pro also won't start, and are showing errors to that effect.

IPad 1 3G in India - Unable to load network list

I am using iPad 1 - 3G in India (Pune) for past a few months. It was working properly using a cropped BSNL 3G sim. Even in roaming I had no issues.
A few days back it first started showing only EDGE instead of 3G and now it has stopped communicating using cellular network. I get the error that "Unable to load network list". WiFi works fine. Now I have upgraded to iOS 4.3.5 (that is after the 3G stopped working).
I was under the impression that iPads are not bound to any cellular provider but there seems to be something that I do not know about Apple devices. I am new to Apple devices and have not used any before this iPad.

I had kind of the same thing where i would arrive abroad or back in the UK after being abroad and my iPhone would take 20-30 minutes to get a signal and when loading up network selection would always get unable to display message.
Had phone replaced by apple and the issue hasnt occured in the once ive been abroad since - connected pretty much straight away.
Just wondering if you are having the issue of delayed text messages where people text you and sometimes it takes 30mins-few hours to get delivered to your phone. Or the issue of people sometimes call you and you good signal and it goes straight to voicemail??

IPhone 4 Unable to Load Network List & No SIM Connectivity Problems

Hi,
I have an iPhone 4. It has been working fine. Only recently, the phone goes off network giving an error message saying that the phone has lost the network. When trying to update the carrier list, the message "Unable to Load Network List" pops up. A while later, the phone sometimes gives a message: No SIM.
I tried restoring the phone's original settings and the problem is still there.
Any recommendations?

I would try reseating the SIM and if that does not work, replace the SIM.

Failed to load context list: Code 500

Hi, after upgrading our SSM 10.0 system to SP07 FP2 we are not able to open our SSM user interface and the system is displaying "Failed to load context list: code 500":
After the upgrade we were getting some "Undefined" fields in the Admin interface which lead to problems assigning the Default Model Connection to our Contexts. We have resolved the "undefined" issue by re-importing "bootstrap.zip" using the Transport Tool. However, we're stuck at this error in the User Interface.
We have checked all model connections and all are connecting properly.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Error: translators were not loaded due to errors

Whenever I use Dreamweaver CS3, I keep getting the following
error message pop up:
"The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
Spry.htm: has configuration information that is invalid."
I tried renaming the configuration folder inside C:\Program
Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 but then Dreamweaver wouldn't
work, so I changed it back to the original name. I have NOT used
any of the spry framework for form validation.

Spotlight, Privacy List Errors, and Ineffective sudo commands

Good Evening Apple Spport Community,
I've been having an issue with Spotlight recently. Basically, it was/is not indexing correctly/at all.
My current situation: Spotlight does not display search results for anything but definitions. No Applications. No Folders. No Files. Nothing. I've attempted several things to remedy this issue.
For instance, I've tried adding and removing my HD from the Spotlight preferences under System Preferences. I receive the Privacy List Error: The item couldn't be added or removed because you don't have the appropriate permissions.
So I read more around the interweb/community and find several suggested sudo commands that may help. I've tried:
sudo launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.metadata.mds.plist
sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.metadata.mds.plist
sudo mdutil -a -i off
sudo mdutil -a -i on
These do not seem to work.
A possibly unrelated issues is that my TimeMachine (using an external drive) has spot backing up. It'll just sit there with the "preparing backup" message and never go anywhere beyond that.
I've tried my luck trying to interpret a lot of the more technical vernacular on my own, but to no avail of my issue. Thus, I am trying a more direct approach. Any assistance you could provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if Essbase 7x will run properly on a Windows XP Home box.
However, I ran into a similar issue this morning on a Windows 2003 Server box. Previously there were no issues on this box. Then the latest Windows Security patches were installed. After that I could only start or create apps if Essbase was running as a service. If it was running as an app in the foreground it would give the same errors that you have listed.
I uninstalled all the recent Windows patches then reinstalled them one by one, rebooting in between each, that fixed the issue.
That is not saying that this is the same as your issue, just odd coincidence perhaps. Try running it as a service and see if you can create apps.

Implement the BADI: CRM_MKTLIST_BADI and it has got different methods to check and load for business partners.
debug and change the code as per your requirement.

Open Directory: "Unable to load replica list"

I'm currently running Mavericks Server 3.1 on my Mac Mini at the home network. I had some issues with the client logins and went for local accounts on the clients instead. Today I finally wanted to fix the problem and go all Open Directory. But the Open Directory service was shut off when I opened the server software. I tried to turn it on but got a message saying "Unable to load replica list". I updated the software to the latest 3.1 but are still having the same issue. I never had any replica list, I only had a standard one from the start, but it seems I can't do anyhing there now.

I just installed LV2011 and one dll from my vi won't load with the error "application configuration is incorrect", which is Windows lingo for "missing package dependencies". All the computers at my company with 2010 loaded seem to do OK. When I do a Dependencies Walk I get missing Visual C debug dll's missing plus IEshims and wer which both have a whole tree of dependencies missing on my machine. The Windows install is the same "Windows XP version 2002 Service Pack 3" on my PC and the working PC's. So I'm thinking I have to uninstall 2011 and go back to 2010. Is this correct? Those VC debug dll's were installed on the machines with 2010 in them but were not installed in mine.
I've heard the advice to recompile the dll with debug turned off but I don't have access to the source code.

And, once again, IESHMS and WER have other dependencies. So perhaps i need to install the Visual C++ development environment.
IESHIMS.dll is an Internet Explorer DLL that gets usually delay loaded by shdocvw.dll. As delay load it can not cause DLL load errors but only runtime errors. Maybe your DLL has it as direct dependency but that is unlikely since it does not have a documented interface.
WER.dll is Windows error reporting for Vista/Win7.
MFC90D.dll is the Microsoft Foundation classes and MSVCR90D.dll is the MS C runtime library, both as debug variant.
So all the DLLs you mention are actually MS DLLs! You haven't identified the DLL that you try to access in LabVIEW that causes these error messages. IESHIMS and WER are usually delay loaded by any component that needs it and should not likely be used by non MS code.
What is the DLL you try to load into LabVIEW and by whom? Get the provider of that DLL to provide you a non Debug build of the DLL. Installing Visual C on all the machines just to make the DLL load is not a solution, besides that it is likely not legal since I doubt you have that many licenses.

Do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.
