Load monitoring (bw) issue

Question

Hi friends,
               iam in support project load monitoring(pc), i have 1 delta load(transaction data) in support system,this load fail due to special char, i copied that special char and executed  in RSKC transaction after this, i delete the (red) request without changing the QM status and   i selected  Repeat Delta in Rsa7 and  sheduled the info package, after clicking START button, it is showing msg like
(Last delta update is not yet completed therefore, no new delta update is possible, you can start the request again , if the last delta req is Red or Green in the Monitor.).
And i tried to reconstruct the cube by selecting the Req and clicked on Reconstruct/insert, it is showing
Req not marked as correct,this Req can not be used for Reconstruction.
load is going from data source to psa and target, but in psa there is no req found.
can anyone plz help me what can i do now.

Hi Hemanth, thanks for ur reply,
                                                i already delete the request without changing QM status in target, may i know where can i get tha Req  again? and i tried to change the QM status by using Reconstruction Req (Tab)
by clicking here the monitor option, ofcorse its gone to monitor screen, that status tab is showing already Red because of issue. and i doubleclicked this red status but it is comming like this
If you set a 'red' delta upload to green,
with the next request, BW sends a delta request
to the source system and this delivers the next delta data.
The data from the 'red' delta load is then no longer available
(even with a repeat).  This can lead to loss of data.
Do you want to execute a QM Action?

what need to do now can u plz give me the solution for this
