Loading a Video to Facebook?

I am a little new at this. What's the best way to take a movie created on my mac and load it up to Facebook? It has a 300mb limit.
I tried to send the thing to myself by mail, but it was really tiny.
Help appreciated!

Firefox is blocking me from up-loading a video onto Facebook. How do I stop this?

Am trying to up load a video to Facebook but they tell me that Firefox is blocking that from happening. I went to Firefox's pop up blocking page & typed in www.facebook.com as an exception but that didn't make it work. Is Firefox compatable with Facebook? Do I need to get a different server? You may have an unwanted extension that is injecting interstitial ads or inserting them into sites. Try this:
Disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.

Videos from Facebook or youtube won't load on my iPhone 5

Videos from Facebook and youtube continuously load its the same with safari videos. It's just come on and I have no idea why this has happened.
I have an iPhone 5 which I've had for about a year with all the latest software.
Any help would be great appreciated.

Facebook decided people with the iPhone 3G were not the sort of users they want. Your only choice is to get a newer phone. And complain to Facebook.

Cannot load the "new" flash so I can play videos on Facebook via Firefox on OS 10.6.8. Have followed instuctions by after "save file" nothing happens, even after I trash the previous version of flash I have.

Adobe decided to limit to Lion, each operating system they support means more quality assurance.
The APIs they used for video is not supported in Snow Leopard (I upgraded just for that)
Adding another one means more quality assurance, tests, detrimental to the new features.
If you are a creative cloud subscriber you can also install Photoshop CS6 that has a video module compatible with 10.6.8

1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

I have never seen any Adobe posted limits for the Premiere Elements upload to Facebook feature, but....
In the following online article posted about a year ago, the responder makes a distinction between Facebook
unverified and phone-verified accounts.
Unverified account limit = 100 MB 10 minutes
Phone-verified account limit = 1024 MB 20 minutes

I suspect that the unverified account limit is what can be used in the Premiere Elements feature within the program
and not the phone-verified one which can probably just be used for uploads to Facebook at the Facebook web site. But I do
not know for sure at this time. There is a similar situation that exists with YouTube with its regular and extended time accounts
and when and where you can use them. YouTube, I know first hand. I am not involved with Facebook in anyway.
If that online article of over a year ago is correct for now....your 843 MB 3 minutes 45 seconds failed on file size if your account
is one of those unverified ones. You could look into the Facebook phone-verified accounts to see if that resolves any of
your Facebook issues.
If you are exporting in Premiere Elements to a file saved to the hard drive for upload to Facebook at the Facebook web site, you might consider lowering the bitrate under the Advanced Button/Video Tab of the export preset to decrease the file size but still maintain quality.

Problem uploading video to facebook

Hello I am having a problem uploading a video to facebook. It iwll only load 20% and then it fails. However it takes a long time to fail and my phone is really hot during that time. Is there a limit to how long the video can be? This one is about 3 mins. I am not sure why it will not upload. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

How did that work out for you? If you’re still having problems, have you tried removing & reinserting the battery? You can also try clearing the Facebook application Cache in the Settings menu: http://bit.ly/ISd3cz These instructions are for resetting an application, however instead of “Clear Data” try “Clear Cache” first. I cant play videos on Facebook

I cant play some videos on Facebook ( although I can on YouTube for instance) . I get the message "Flash Player upgrade required" When I see if I have Flash Player installed, the message is that its either not installed or not enabled.I checked I have got Flash Player installed and enabled and it is. When I try to download the upgrade, it always gets to 70% installed, it stops then the message to close Internet Explorer. I checked the Task manager and its clear of any programs running. Problem is not flash player. I am having same issues. I cannot view any of my Facebook videos on my new iPad 4th either thru the Facebook app or safari. On the app i get the wheel that eternally looks like it is loading but never plays and on safari I get adobe flash message. I can play all the same videos on my iPhone 4 (iOS 5.1) and iPad 2 (ios5.?) just fine. Is it something to do with ios 6? Would love a solution.

Quicktime doesn't open any video files (app loads, no video)

I've done my best to search for a solution, but I have come up with nothing.
Whenever I try to load any video files (.mov, .mp4, .avi, etc) Quicktime Player 10.1 opens, but no video file is displayed. Same results if I use the "open" command from within Quicktime. All of the videos play fine in VLC.
The only exception to this rule is when viewing a trailer on trailers.apple.com. If I "download" an HD trailer, Quicktime opens and begins to stream the trailer, however the ram runs away (8+gb instantly) and the computer starts chugging very badly.
In the old days I would have just reinstalled quicktime, however with how deeply it is integrated into Lion I am unsure of how to proceed (short of a clean install). Thanks in advance!

Try this first.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
And then try this.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
And ... Are you using the mobile YouTube website?

Merely clicking the Preview icon in the Dock doesn't cause it to open anything, unless you had one or more windows open the last time it quit.
If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test.
1. If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, triple-click the line below to select it:
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins Right-click or control-click the highlighted text and select
Services ▹ Open
from the contextual menu. A folder should open. If there is more than one item in the folder with the words "Flash Player" (not "flashplayer") in the name, open the respective Info windows, check the version numbers, and delete all except the latest. My macbook pro cannot play videos on facebook, but I installed adobe flash and I can see youtube videos and others. My version is OS X 10.8 when I bought it few days ago, and I just upgraded to OS X Mountain Lion.
